I have a disease called leaky gut and I have to stick to strict diet otherwise ill experience inflammation all over my skin. I have not been doing this. I've been eating pleasurable, indulgent foods and it's hard to stop.
However, I want to change and I want to do it for you guys. As silly as this sounds, I feel like this movement merits me to make sacrifices. People fighting for our nation are making sacrifices, so I should be able to make sacrifices too.
This is gonna be hard, but I'm going to stop eating the pleasurable foods I shouldn't eat for the rest of this month. Wish me luck.
I’ve just asked The Lord to help you to stick to it🥰
Second that
Research Aajonus Vonderplanitz and you will cure ur leaky gut 100% Take that to the bank man. Had i known his research would cure me i would pay like 15,000 dollars for this information it saved me from chronic ibs/depression/ wounds wouldnt heal/ putting on weight after years of wasting away bo matter how mich i ate. everything fine now since I switched to raw meat diet his research proves diseases are a hoax they say bacteria cause disease meanwhile they are the key to our health he proves we can live past 150 easily you will see it will change everything you thought you knew about nutrition and human health and make sense finally of why there are seemingly so many contradictions about what is healthy but in reality we all start as raw milk drinkers there is only one optimal human diet and this information has been kept hidden for thousands of years
It's but one step in the right direction. You need to go deeper then that. That's like 4th floor stuff. We need to go to the foundation of things. Quantum biology.
When you realise the effect of light on biology (and what food really is) then you change things. Dramatically.
Quick recap. Food is made from the photosynthetic web. How does the body use that? Where does it happen? On the inner mitochondrial membrane. That's where the cytochromes are, and that's where electron chain transport happens (ETC). The electrons carry information from the light they grew under (photosynthesis). That is what food is. A barcode of light. Information quanta. It's not the lipid chain transport or the carbohydrate chain transport. It's electron chain transport.
So it's not just "eat meat". It's eating what you can eat in the environment which you exist. In a modern world - more and more drastic actions are needed to withstand the attack of our environment (artificial lights, emf, circadian disruption, pesticides, gmo, poisonous pill/foods etc.)
Food is just part of the environment in which you exist and a way for the body to make sense of the high entropy chaos around.
Very very intrigued by this theory and it would be the next progression in my understanding of human health and nutrition. Would love if you could point me in the direction of some further research or lectures to watch/listen to. Thanks.
A guy like Dr Jack Kruse really puts everything together. Look up his vermont talks on youtube or any interview/podcast with him. Happy to further help along after that. Those talks gives a really good overview over many of the concepts. It's simple, but it's really complex at the same time. Took me a very short time to grok - but has taken me a very long time to fully understand and put together the pieces (still at it by the way).
edit: I've lost track of how many people I've interacted with first hand who's improved tremendously and reversed diseases with the above info. Info that is by the way 1) free, and 2) free to carry out. No programs to buy, no supplements to buy, etc. Reconnecting with nature is free. (albeit quality living might not be cheap). That's essentially it. Also close family members have turned themselves around - myself included.
/u/rooftoptendie how did you go with this?
Awesome, I'll check it out. Thanks so much!
Because I enjoy this stuff, I'll do a quick recap of what actionable "to do" (which the why's are explained later, when you start to dig.) Just to give you a head start. All these have exact reasons as to why. It's not just random stuff.
Eliminate all artificial lights at night. use candles instead. Or incandescent lights and limit their use. Use blue blockers after sunset. Cover up your skin from artificial light at night. See every single sunrise. See as many sunsets as possible. open a window as much as possible, not just for fresh air but for that ray of un-polarised sunlight that has all the spectrum of light. Eliminate all/most EMF from your local environment (cell masts, smartmeter, wifi, magnetic fields, electrical fields, cordless phones, alarm systems, mobile phones, ground all appliances, your car, smart-watch, etc. etc.) list is long for here to improve. Otherwise inverse square law is your friend (more distance the x'2 less exposure.) Get as much sunlight as possible during the day. Never ever wear sunglasses or contacts outside. Also remove glasses outside if you wear them. Sun in eyes with nothing in between. Sun on skin as much as possible. NEVER wear sunscreen. Ever. Get your Vitamin D levels as high as possible through sun-exposure. Link between all disease and mortality and vitaminD levels. Eat low deuterium foods (i.e. avoid lab-made crap-stuff, hydrogenated oils, seed oils, candy stuff, many "health supplements" etc.). Eat as much seafood as possible (DHA, omega 3). Do cold therapy (winter bathing, cold showers, cold swims/dunks, especially if you are genetically from higher latitude). Ground as much as possible (bare-feet in dirt). Travel to the sun as much as possible, especially in winter times if you live up north. Drink good water (low deuterium water) from higher latitude than you live, or local. Never drink flouridated/chlorinated water. Eat only seasonal and local foods. use Red Light Therapy. Surround yourself with good people. Not energy vampires, etc. Remove those from your life.
Thank you for the thorough reply patriot. I love reading this because I started sungazing a week ago and got red lense light blockers for in the evening. Red bulbs for lamps around the house at night too. Wife thinks I'm crazy but I think I'm on to something here. I'll have to research more into red light therapy. ... I saw how expensive the lights were and didn't bother reading further into it. I also started wim hof breathing and cold exposure a month ago..I recommend that as well.
It's not crazy, at all. When you get the birds eye - it ALL falls into place. Like a big heureka, aha moment.
Blue light ruins melatonin release at night and unopposed blue light also ruins your eye and your dopamine production. (Melatonin is needed for autophagy and apoptosis - the control programs for your cells. If they don't work = disease, cancer etc.). Melatonin is made in the daylight by sunshine - just like vitamin d is synthesised by certain frequencies of light - then not all, but a lot of melatonin is produced that way too.
The thing with sunshine is that it's NOT unopposed specific frequencies. It's a spectrum with high entropy. There's ALWAYS red light in sunlight, so bluelight is never existing without red light in nature. Same with UV light. It's never existing without red or blue light in nature. (when I say never, it's not true - because cells release low frequencies of UV light for example..) But for the sake of the argument about sensible light exposure.
Red light therapy can ALSO just be lots of am sunlight. That's where you have most red in the sun compared to other times of the day. If gadgets - you can get cheaper panels, that aren't full sizes. Just don't skimp on quality, otherwise the sun is the better option. Always.
Wim Hof breathing is an issue. Not the cold, but the breathing is an issue because of the Bohr Effect and hypocapnia. So it seems good in the short term, but ends up not being good in the long term. Wim's strength is not his breathing but his cold exposure. (and his ability to access his nervous system). On the other hand the breathing is a hack to get to more cold exposure faster which is brilliant.. So ONLY use it for more cold exposure and not just on its own, if that makes sense. Use it as a vehicle to get places. Not just for a scenic drive.
Who's there?
I know how the rest goes.
I answered better above. Sorry if my OP was condescending.
Made me smile :D
So happy to see this posted. Thank you fellow patriot. God bless.
Can’t hurt to try the horse paste if u haven’t already. Someone told me it was helping her rosacea. If anything we’ve learned from all of this, ivermectin and HCQ are great drugs. . . Had a patient tell me that one of our old long gone doctors once told her to drink buttermilk every day for gut health. Also recently read to find a dairy that sales non pasteurized milk and it will build your immunity. Essentially u are consuming live cultures. Good luck and God bless!
Meat heals
Agreed, although i also have kefir and eggs. Some can't tolerate eggs or dairy though.
I cured horrible allergies this way: switching to meat-only was the most pleasurable thing i ever did. I had so many allergies that I was down to chard, lettuce and a spoonful of white rice once a day. Everything else itched.
Pleasurable is a steak!
Allergies are linked to low Vitamin D levels. Not just linked, sorry. causation. Fix your Vitamin D levels (used as a proxy for your "health") and fix your issues.
Only fixing your food doesn't fix the root cause. The root cause is not eggs or dairy. The root cause is a shitty environment. Fix that. (part of your environment is of course what you ingest and is a large part, but not the largest part).
Think about it like this: Where would you be better: be fed the best high quality food available but always be living inside a room with only artificial lights, filled with EMF, circadian disruptions etc. or live in a beach shack always sunshine, tanned, always in the water but eating kinda shitty food. Out of the two I know I would choose the latter. But luckily we can choose both outside living AND healthy foods.
That's also why you can see people change diets but where it doesn't work. But meat is essential and I've been living on beef only for several stretches in life.
Some people can after altering their diets heavily slowly reintroduce things. It's just tedious and nonsensical when it's really all about quantum biology and the effects of light on your biology. Light programs for t-cells, your histamine, etc. it's all connected.
I agree. Sunlight is very important.
As a carnivore I wholeheartedly support and agree with this...
Ozone therapy. Juice fasting. http://whale.to/c/oxygen.html

I suspect this was commonly available treatment before the Rockefellers had it banned.
Eat organic, thats the best advice.
Organic food costs a little more but your health is worth it.
Anything non- organic has been sprayed with Round Up.
Round Up will kill anything, plant or animal, causes lymphoma as well.
The worst shit you can eat is non organic strawberries and corn.
Round Up get stuck in all the little crevices of strawberries, can't be washed off.
GMO corn has something called Bacillus thuringiensis bacteria.
It causes death in the corn root worm by melting the worm intestinal tract.
This will also cause leaky gut syndrome in humans.
This is why we are seeing a rapid increase of gastrointestinal diseases.
Leaky gut syndrome, irritable bowel syndrome, colitis.
Leaky gut syndrome will cause early coronary artery disease.
The pores in your intestines should absorb nutrients from your food selectively.
Leaky gut causes absorption of food particles that are not fully broken down.
Your body does not recognize them and a inflammatory process occurs.
Your body releases macrophages to eliminate these unknown invaders.
The increased level of macrophages chews away at arterial inner lining.
This causes frayed edges of your endothelial cells.
The bodies response to fix the frayed edges is to lay down plaque.
Eat organic.
Find your local farmers market. Talk to the person selling the wares because they may or may not have even grown them. Ask about the scale of the farm, the varieties, how they tend the soil, and what they spray. You will easily tell if they are honestly growing it by the look on their face.
Very astute observation. The closer to the coast you'll find lots of people who pick up "from the docks". Who knows where that comes from. Even in south east PA that happens, even with Amish in the area. Market Gardening and No-Till are the new buzz words for small scale, low impact, natural farming methods. If you can search growers identifying by this you're in the right place. Happy Growing fren, almost time to start sowing seeds here.
Search "straw bale gardening" Awesome!

For all of your no spray, insect and pest management I highly recommend insect netting.
Love ground cherries.
There are several organizations that go to the site and validate/certify that the farmers are using organic processes to grow their crops. If anything is found that may violate the organic seal being placed on the food products, they will remove the right to label that product organic. The farmer can no longer ask for a higher price when he sends his product to the market. There is the possibility the people validating the organic nature of our food products could be corrupt and taking money to validate but I doubt it. I started feeling better when I went organic. Its hard to find options that are organic at times, I do my best.
If you're gonna do one, THAT is how you do a wall of text, people
Double space after each sentence so the eye and brain can take a tiny 'breath'
Makes it way easier to go back through and find things if necessary
upvoted for that and the useful, well-stated biological data
Agreed, I can't read some of these wall of texts that get posted here occasionally.
Always avoid GMO and glyphosate (and other pesticides).
But many organic products are not that. Especially when from specific locations in US or the world. In many places it's largely - and we know this form testing - just advertising.
You gotta tread carefully in a modern world. Not much is what it seems.
Have you tried the carnivore diet? Try it for three months and see if you can fix it.
Yes good for you. I understand. Prayers for God's presence in your life to help.
That's great you want to do it for us, but typically doing things like this for other people results in failure as in one way or another, we'll ultimately let you down. So... if you want to do it for us, do it because you also want to.
When I quit smoking and cut down on my drinking, I had to primarily do it because it is what I wanted. It sounds like that is where you at. You want this, but you need motivation. It's okay to use us some days as your motivation, but a lot of it has to come from you.
I don't envy your situation at all and personally I love eating food so honestly, my heart goes out to you. To quite smoking I tried to smoke less each day. And if I failed, I tried again the next day and the next until finally it stuck. I guess in your situation, try to eat less garbage each day. Too much change can shock your system, but at the same time I don't know your condition to determine a proper metric. So take my advice and apply it how you can or toss it. I won't be hurt, I promise.
Life changes like this are hard and there are going to be days when you're going to think life isn't fair and the truth is it isn't. Be honest with how you feel. Yeah others may have it worse. That doesn't mean you aren't allowed to have feelings. You want to do this, but you don't. It will be easier to overcome temptations when you don't fight it as hard and you acknowledge your desires. THEN when you accept yourself you can choose not to indulge.
Best of luck, prayers and good vibes to you. You absolutely can overcome this... and remember, and indulgence every now and then isn't gonna kill you, but you know your limits and what you have to do.
I can't eat healthily unless you do, so good luck Pede!
The diet will help, but you might want to consider getting an H.pylori test done asap. This bacteria "critter" embeds itself in your gut, it can cause ulcers and in severe cases create tiny pinholes that can cause "leaky gut". Leaky gut can also contribute to allergy issues. Easy test to do, and treatment works, but doctors don't usually think to do it, in fact, I had to argue with mine to do the test. I was having gut issues and this turned out to be the primary cause.
I’ll join you. ❤️
quinoa
How's you EMF exposure? It's linked to "leaky gut".
Whats your vitamin D status? Linked to leaky gut.
Did you ever read the Jeff leach studies on the Hazda tribe in Uganda, where he gave them antibiotics and a "shit western diet". Do you know what happened? Their gut microbiome reversed again within 24 hours.
What would happen if you did that to people in Canada? Their guts wouldn't return to normal. because environment.
Food is part of your environment. What else is a big part of your environment? Light. Light controls all your hormones etc. That's why the hazda tribe people were fine after no time. Because they live naked outside in the sun all day long. We sit in EMF soup which ruins our melatonin and Vitamin D production, inside in front of screens all day long and think not eating chocolates will save us form our miserable modern way of life.
I bet you you have low Vitamin D. 100% And get it from sunlight, not rockefeller pills. I could've put this much nicer and more informative - but dragging horses to water makes you tired.
You do the drinking. I'm all up for helping those with open ears and hearts.
Fast for 3 days.
No food, 72 hours.
I promise, you will break your addiction.
This is just hearsay, but I have heard the way to get around leaky gut is to do a hard reset of the colon.
Aka you fast and take laxatives (follow the insertions, for lord's sake just don't eat the box) for about 24 hours, expelling EVERYTHING in your colon and start off with a good solid probiotic blend like whole grains, yogurt, fermented foods like a light serving of pickles or sauerkraut along with some straight solid food. Give it a week or two, and then stay away from food high in MSG, which sadly, includes Chick-fill A.
Im doing keto bc I have similar issues. You can make delicious foods on this diet! Less of a sacrifice.
Fren, I have autoimmune diseases and obviously the leaky gut as well. It sucks changing your diet to something like AIP (Auto Immune Protocol) which is great for leaky gut. BUT what i can tell you is that after doing it for awhile. My bodies desires have "recalibrated" and i really have no interest in eating foods that aren't good for me as they make me sick. In fact i no longer crave "flavors" while i enjoy flavors i dont crave them. What i do crave, are the things my body tells me it needs, its strange but it will literally tell me... eat protein...eat fat... eat carb... eat animal product...eat plants etc. Its a really cool thing that we have broken with the fast food and incredible "diversity" of food choices. Its great for flavors but its not good The sacrifice is not in eating good food, the sacrifice is when you eat bad food and it destroys your body. You are sacrificing this glorious meat suit we have been blessed with.
With that sad, its far easier to eat this way now, then it was when i started. And when i started it was lot easier then the people i know that had to start in the 80s/90s.
So think of it differently, bad food = sacrifice/destroy your body.
It still is a difficult task at times, you will have to learn to buy and make food beforehand, store it in containers etc. For me i try to cook sunday and wednesday, making a large amount of food to carry me through the week AND i make sure to have plenty of food that doesnt need to be cooked
Good for you, fren. Maybe you could keep posting about it if it helps to give you a boost. One thing I'd like to suggest is, perhaps you could find a Functional Medicine Doctor in your area. If you've never heard of FMDs, they are medical doctors, but they put an emphasis on getting to the root of the matter as opposed to reaching for the prescription pad. I'd suggest trying to find a Christian FMD (which many FMDs are) if you can and see if s/he could help you. Good luck and all the best to you.
Right there with you. Started seeing a “functional dr” and on a plan now with short term supplements. After 6 weeks iof strictly following gluten free, dairy free and soy free with drastically reduced sugars, nearly all of the inflammation is gone. Headaches are now rare instead of 24x7, all joint pain gone and just a little hip pain remaining but I can now get up in the morning without hesitation or dread.
This has been life changing at my age and already down 12 pounds (38 to go). The initial motivation was that I paid a handsome price for the program so it made me want to do it., but living through both Thanksgiving and Christmas without the traditional comfort foods that were all around me and now not really missing them, I know I can make the lifestyle change especially with 90%+ of my daily pains now gone. (Which is now the primary motivation)
Quality food is not cheap and it’s easy to want to spend less on unhealthy food so every morning I ask myself if I would put water in my gas tank because water is cheaper. Obviously the answer is no, so why do we treat our bodies any different.
Be strong and you can break the programming we have been taught is sustainable food.
The only cure is more cowbell.
Don't do it for us - Do it for The Lord. He has a plan for you, and I doubt it's limited to, "doing it for us."
Pomegranate juice and lemon water,fren.
12 oz of Pom juice a day split in two 6 oz or two 4 oz cup
One lemon squeezed in hot water, no sugar, every morning followed by greek yogurt (unflavored, add a little honey and a banana if you need sweet)
Guavas, kiwi, and papaya are miracle workers for digestion as well as immunity and the heart.
Also, if you have asian grocery stores, find gen mai brown rice and eat it daily. This rice is several times more nutritional than any other rice
You will get to a point where you can enjoy things again.
The pleasurable food was hard for me to give up as well. If I may recommend, Purium 30day lifestyle transformation cleanse....
It helped me break my habits of nicotine, caffeine, and sugar. Feel like a whole new person since I did it.
Best of luck fren. You can do it!
Wishing you great success! You are setting a good example.
do whats right for you brother
This is the way. What diet are you going with ? GAP? Carnivore?
Praying for you, pede!
Are you talking about pysriosos?
Also look into healing leaky gut. It's possible.
I did this with alcohol because of things I found during a dig. The word alcohol derives from Arabic “Al-kuhl” meaning “the body eating spirit.” Alcohol is called "spirits" for a reason. Another translation is “stealing the essence of the soul”. Alcohol extraction is a process of removing essential oils, fats, and other chemical compounds from plants. It makes sense for plants and the soul. This movement changed me physically, mentally, and spiritually. You can do it too! If you need help, feel free to reach out to me.
I suspect this as well. 👍🏻
Good luck fren
