Neigh.... kek!
Keklands?
Shetlands?! 🤣
As a horse, my point of reference are those delicious tubes of apple flavored gel. What’s the conversion rate of tube to tablet?
I've seen questions here for dosing. I found this chart to be accurate based on what the AFLD prescribed for my husband and I for prophylaxis and theraputic dosing. Not medical advice... just thought it might be helpful to share.
EDIT: First real post, First sticky. So I'm still figuring this out..
I was prescribed, all once per day:
Prophylaxis: 12mg - day 1, day 3, day 7, then weekly thereafter.
Theraputic: 12mg - per day for 5 days.
This dosage is consitant with my weight according to the chart I posted. My husband was prescribed 16mg in the same format as above. Also constant with his weight and the chart posted.
It is accurate, yep. I was prescribed a bit lower than what the chart says but the doctor I had really phoned in the consultation. Kinda glossed over shit and took my $90
So this is if you are sick , or not sick ? I thought you were supposed to take more if you were sick
We were not told to increase amount when sick just take 5 days in a row. I have another document that explains this pretty well. Stay tuned I have to find it.
My doc prescribed the exact same.
Good to know!! Thank you for sharing that!

Let me know if this doesn't help. Don't want to bore you with our story unnecessarily.
Thanks fren ! My brother is sick, I have the ‘mectin, just need the dose and frequency for him !
There's no reason not to increase the dosage. This is one of the safest drugs out there, period.
.4 mg per kg of body weight has been standard for when you are actually sick, .2 mg per kg is regarded as preventative.
My research has proven to me that you are 100% correct... very safe medicine! Took it without hesitation.. I'm not offering medical advice or saying increase or not. I only know that we were prescribed the same dose for prophylaxis and therapeutics with only an increase in frequency, by a doctor. The link I shared in my response immediately above does suggest more advanced symptoms would require an increase in dosing. A doctors advice is always recommended! The hard part is sometimes finding a doctor that practices actually medicine. I hope by sharing it helps someone.
If you increase the frequency over the course of a day while keeping the individual dosage the same, you are increasing the total dosage.
It's just a different way of doing the same thing. You could argue if it's more or less effective but that's a bit beyond my level.
Another thing to note is that Ivermectin is a drug that you want to take after a meal or at least some fatty food, you'll have better absorption/application of the drug.
It'll certainly help regardless of the dosage, but if someone has a serious case due to bad health to start with, they definitely don't need to be underdosing.
Thank you, words matter!
I was prescribed 12mg - day 1, day 3, day 7, then weekly thereafter for prophylaxis. If or when I became sick the prescription was to take 12mg - per day for 5 days.
You could definitely go higher if you so desired, but of course that's your choice.
I honestly find the horse versions to be easier to use, because it's easier than taking so many stupid pills every day. I don't get why most forms of ivermectin come in 3mg tablets.
There is benefits of taking " not sick" . I'm not a doctor but we give it to our animals so they don't get sick with parasites ! They still kicking
This is the preventative dose. If you have Covid, you have to double it.
Helpful post, ianutshell. While my dosage @ 191 lbs. is 18mg per dose. my prescribed Prophylaxis or, if needed, Treatment protocols are exactly the same as you rec'd.
Thanks for sharing this!
ThanQ! Saving this useful chart for others!
thank you for this
The tube doesn’t have tablets, but it does have weight markers. Apparently saves you money, too
And the weight markers are the same as the charts... .2 mg/kg so you just need to mark for your weight.
Between 3 and 4mg per notch on the plunger.
My point is if you dose per your weight the math is already done at .2 gm/kg. Not all plungers are notched at 50# intervals...some are at 250# intervals. Just dose per your weight and that is the correct dose.
The notches are 3-4mg per notch, I never look at the numbers. Divide the total content by the amount of paste and you'll see. I never looked at the weight on the plunger, it's evenly distributed and works out to 3-4mg Ivermectin per notch.
Doubt me if you want, I don't rely on horse dosage vs human dosage pound for pound.
The notches on different brands of horse ivermectin are NOT uniformly set. Some brands have 5 notches that equals 250#. Others have 2 notches that equals 250#. How can each of these notches be equal to 3-4 mg of IVM?
By the way horse dosage AND human dosage is .2mg/kg...THE SAME...which is why you can just dose by weight.
Which brand has 2 notches that equal 250 lbs lol. I used duramectin buy all I've seen have the same ridged plunger.
But maybe you're right.
The brand is ProMectin E Paste by Vedco. I bought it online from a horse supply warehouse. It is not the thick gel like the DuraMectin (which I have, have used, prefer and has 25 notches) but thinner white paste that has the consistency of the white cream in chocolate covered cherries. I personally am using this and sharing the DuraMectin which is easier to calculate by weight by notches. I did all the math before I took any and realized that the horse weight is equal to people weight for proper dosing. I figured out my dosing of pills or paste/gel and saw that it all equaled .2 mg/kg so I knew the easiest way to use paste/gel was just to dose according to weight. I have a 3rd brand, Zimectrin, which has 25 notches so that is probably the most common plunger BUT others do exist so we can't make a blanket statement each notch is 50# or 3-4 mg. IVM. You are correct in your calculations if there are 25 notches but not if there are only 10.
And you take it for 5 days, right?
I picked up a couple of boxes of pills but looks like I’ll only get 1-2 doses out of it after looking at weight chart. Bummer.
But I have a few tubes. Hubby just tested positive.
You can. But myself and a couple of relatives merely took 1 full dose of the paste, along with continuing use of zinc/quercetin/vitamin D and it knocked out COVID in a few days for us. We noticed reduction in symptoms within 24 hours of taking that single dose of ivermectin paste. This stuff works very well. To ensure you kill it off quick and prevent long haul symptoms, you could do multiple doses though.
I took the horse paste and I took it for over 2 weeks straight. I followed the FLCCC protocol generally for all my supplements and had already taken it prophylactically when I got covid. I am 70 and wanted to be very sure I didn't end up in the hospital with pneumonia during the 2nd phase. Look up the FLCCC protocols and all their charts online. There are some that show the 3 phases and how much ivermectin you can take and for how long. I didn't see said charts in the download from MuckeyDuck. I downloaded about 70+ pages of info, protocol, references, etc.. I am perfectly fine and I continue to take ivermectin once a week.
Yeah the 3 mg. pills don't go very far. I used the horse paste because it was fairly easy to acquire. I basically took NAC, quercetin, zinc, C, melatonin, iodine in saline solution for nose, Thieves mouthwash to gargle as the basic protocol. In addition I treated the various symptoms with colloidal silver, essential oils, homeopathies, herbs, vitamins, zapper just like you would treat any flu, cold, cough or sore throat. FLCCC recommends some antibiotics and OTC stuff but I just use alternative equivalents. Just remember to take the quercetin combo in the morning and IVM at night with food. I put the paste on the back of my tongue and just drank water. Good luck!
no one should be horse-in around with that stuff!! fouchi would NOT approve!
Do you have info for over 440lb for my cousin?
I don't have that info but this document has mg per kg though you'd have to convert from lbs but those calculators can be found online.
https://www.peakprosperity.com/forum-topic/from-dr-kory-ivermectin-dosing-increase/
It's basic 5th-6th grade math. You have everything you need in the OP if you just want to follow their dosing levels.
440lbs is double 220lbs...
Given how badly they want ivermectin hidden i cant help but wonder whether parasites are a problem for most of us, not even related to covid.
Just fyi, many providers have now increased to 0.4 to 0.6 mg/kg for severe/active covid cases.
Thank you for sharing that info! My favorite part of what you've said is "many providers"... makes me feel more like we are winning!
The hospital systems and shitty gov agencies are doing all they can to smear and delegitimize independent providers but the fight continues. We will win if we keep spreading truth.
I have this same chart as a pic on my phone. I send it to people in my circle frequently.
Was sent you me somewhere along the line by my brother-in-law... created the post to answer another post asking for dosing bc I couldn't figure out how to add the photo on his thread. Second ever post and got stickied... so I'm doing damage control bc the post itself lacked info I am learning.
THANK YOU!! Exactly what we’ve been looking for! So grateful for this chart! 🙏🎶
How much is that in horse paste?
Each syringe click is 50lbs and it’s labeled weight at every 5 clicks: 250lb, 500, 750 ect...so you can dose your whole herd!
Thanks! We haven’t needed it but I’m considering getting the paste at Tractor supply just in case.
Hows black cumin seed in comparison to this?
It helps, but isn't as good by itself.
https://vladimirzelenkomd.com/treatment-protocol/ has a higher dose:
Ivermectin 0.4-0.5mg/kg/day for 5-7 days Either or both HCQ and IVM can be used, and if one only, the second agent may be added after about 2 days of treatment if obvious recovery has not yet been observed etc.
Thank you for sharing this!! Higher risk certainly seems to be the common thread for higher dosing. Doctors advice is always recommended based on an individuals personal history!
You can check the dosage on America's Frontline Doctor's protocol page.
I actually have the horse one for emergency purposes, but after giving you guys shit for taking it prophylactically and for an anti parasite regime, I actually think I am going to try it.
Is this the dose for the horse stuff? So, if I want to genuinely just do a routine let’s say annual or semi annual parasite cleanse, which at this point I’ve decided can’t harm and probably will help anyone, do I take it once a day? For how many days? Is it more impactful if I do it while fasting? I’m thinking it would be. Starve the parasites of nutrition and hit them with this. I’m just not going to do it unless I block my calendar in case I feel bad. Do you think if I do a 72 hour fast and take one dose daily that is a good cleanse, or do you need to take it longer than that?
Thanks for any advice. If I do this I will make a post about it. At this point I don’t believe in Covid but I do believe pretty much everyone is infected with parasites, so since I have this ivermectin I might as well put it to use. I assumed with all the fasting I do I killed anything, but who knows…
We took prophylactically bc my husband was going through treatment for cancer this summer.
He got sick, flu-like after his first dose (pill form, we can't answer for paste) spiked a fever middle of the night, sweat it out, toilet stuff the next day... called AFLD back before the 2nd dose and they said he was likely expelling parasites. Second dose same but milder.... third dose fine from there. Doctor said without hesitation that he did not get sick FROM Ivermectin. Doc said empty stomach for 1 hour if taking for parasites specifically but since we were not to eat a few crackers but nothing else for 1 hour after taking the once daily dose.
Prophylactically for us was day 1, day 3, day 7, then weekly thereafter.
He did also get covid after his 4th dose. So we have no advise on whether prophylaxis works. Kek. Exposed at work his first week back after treatment. He then took the same 16mg, once a day, for 5 days in a row, plus HCQ and Z pack and all other Zelenko protocol stuff...
I did not get sick at all so suppose no parasite for me??
Again, we know nothing about paste at this time... but lots of comments on this thread from folks that seem to know more. Hope this helps!
Not to shame you or your husband, but why are you guys testing to see whether you have Covid or not?
I never got the test and never will. They also said the PCR testing have been doing it wrong the whole time, which means almost all of the tests, if not all, have been "false positive".
If I were you and your husband, I'll stop doing the testing, it's fake and stupid, and should have never been done in the first place because we never got a test done for cold/flu in the first place pre-"Covid".
I think your husband was getting rid of the parasites and somehow it "triggered" a false positive with the PCR testing but if he's feeling better while being "infected with Covid" then I wouldn't worry too much about that part.
I've gone through 2020 and 2021 without wearing a mask, socially distancing, using the antibacterial gel and no vaccine, and I still don't know if I have had it or not. Besides not knowing whether I had it or not (and I don't care), I have had a very mild cold that lasted 3 days and that was it, in over 2 years and I did the Zelenko protocol (Quercetin with Bromelain, zinc, Vit D, Vit C and I added NAC).
Thank you for your comments! Had it not been for the recent cancer diagnosus/treatment our story would be very different. We used non-invasive home tests so we did not add to the public numbers. The only caution I have for you is what we had, months ago now, was not a typical cold/flu. I would not have believed it either without the experience... but we did the research upfront, had the right meds and did really well. Praise God.
Thank you!
So my husband started taking prophylactically before he returned to work after cancer treatment... not sure which of my responses you read. So he was not sick prior to starting Ivermectin. His medicine was doctor perscribed.
16mg - once in the morning with just a few crackers and no other food for one hour. Day 1, Day 3, Day 7, then weekly from there.
He took his first prophylactic dose and yes middle of the night spiked a fever, headache, body aches, as you say much like the flu. Before he took the Day 3 dose we called the doctor to double check since he had "a reaction" . The doctor felt certain his body was ridding parasites and was NOT any "bad reaction" to Ivermectin. He took the Day 3 dose and more of the same but milder... then the Day 7 and the following weeks he was fine taking it.
Then he did get exposed to covid after returning to work... that sick is not at all like the flu.
Thanks for your comment hope this helps.
Saving for later thanks
What's the dosage rate over time (i.e doses/day?)
I believe it’s 1x daily.
Great chart OP.
And for anyone not using tablets who wants to know the conversion factor to lbs used for prophylaxis and treatment doses of 0.4 mg/kg, 0.5 mg/kg and 0.6 mg/kg, here ya go:
Prophylaxis dose:
0.2 mg/kg = 0.0907 mg/lb
Treatment dose:
0.4 mg/kg = 0.1814 mg/lb
0.5 mg/kg = 0.2268 mg/lb
0.6 mg/kg = 0.2722 mg/lb
You must've misunderstood. I'm in the states and was providing an easy conversion for those who are using paste, not pills, and want to know how much to take based on their weight in lbs (not kilos).
So if you weigh 200 lbs and want to know how much to take for a treatment dose at 0.6 mg/kg you simply multiply 200 X 0.2722 to get how many mg's to take.
I'm very well aware of the method used in medicine. I was offering a simplified alternative by converting it from kilos to lbs so those of us who were raised using the imperial system can use this conversion factor with our weight in lbs seeing as the clicks on the paste dispenser are denominated in lbs.
For example:
Bimectin Paste:
6.08 g x 0.0187 (1.87% dilution) = 0.113696 g (113.696 mg) per syringe
Each syringe is for up to 1250 lbs
There are 5 clicks for every 250 lb line for a total of 25 clicks per dispenser.
Each click is for 50 lbs of body weight at the Prophylaxis Dose of 0.2 mg/kg (0.0907 mg/lb)
Each click is for 25 lbs of body weight at the Treatment Dose of 0.4 mg/kg (0.1814 mg/lb)
Each click is for 20 lbs of body weight at the Treatment Dose of 0.5 mg/kg (0.2268 mg /lb)
Each click is for 16.66 lbs of body weight at the Treatment Dose of 0.6 mg/kg (0.2722 mg/lb)
For the Tubes, you can take your normal weight for prevention and if you are sick you take double your weight. Thats .2 mg/kg and .4 mg/kg respectively.
Thank you for posting this.
I use the bovine/swine injectable for my...pigs... 2ml for females, 3ml for males once a month. If you're concerned about infection of some type, just do it for 10 days straight. Also I never ever ever inject. They like it with a little juice, bottoms up. Whatever they like.
So I fall into the 111-130 lb category. It says take 12 mg (or 3, 3 mg tablets). Is this per day for 5 days? I’m asking bc the mectin I’ve seen comes in boxes of 4 tabs. If it’s per day for 5 days then 1 person needs several boxes. Or am I missing something?
The boxes our local pharmacy filled contained 44 - 3mg pills. But you're not missing anything. I am in the same weight category and was prescribed 4 tabs (12mg) for 5 days when I was sick.
This is per day?
It's been 5 mons ago and there is a lot of more exact info in the thread from many folks with experience. I'm not a doctor, not giving advice, just info bc I found the chart helpful. But to answer your question I was prescribed once per day for 5 days as treatment for covid.
Thank you.
Excellent. One question. Invermectin is used to treat a wide variety of conditions, while recommended dosages differ according to condition being treated. For what specified condition is the above regimen? Does it say? Thanks
I was never able to source the chart in the OP so I cannot answer your prevailing question.. What I can say is I've done extensive research and have found this dose per body weight to be fairly accurate. Then was prescribed, by a doctor, for covid prophylaxis and treatment in exact ratios. For someone searching who has nothing else to go on I felt confident posting it given my own comparisons and research.. Research however should only be trusted when it's your own or someone you trust AND doctors advice is always recommended.
Yes, I am sure you are correct. Thanks for sharing Certainly beats dying on a ventilator!!!
How many times per day and for how many days?
First real post, First sticky. So I'm still figuring this out.. noting holes in my post and trying to fix it! Thank you!
I was prescribed, all once per day: Prophylaxis: 12mg - day 1, day 3, day 7, then weekly thereafter.
Theraputic: 12mg - per day for 5 days.
This dosage is consitant with my weight according to the chart I posted. My husband was prescribed 16mg in the same format as above. Also constant with his weight and the chart posted. I cross referenced other research and found this to remain consistent so I decided to share.
Many have weighed in regarding their experiences with increased dosing when sick. This is just our experience with the AFLD.
Your bodyweight / 10 in my
That's prophylaxis only.
2x or 3x that for treatment if you have covid
One dose per day?
Over what period?
WWG1WGA
I was sick and took 26mg husband 52mg. This chart is a low dose/prophylactic dose. Dosing is in the 0.4mg-0.6mg range.
Thank you for sharing this!
Well if I ever get head above water enough to get some this will be helpful. Thank you. Still just using vitamins and airborne. But at least 2 if the covidiots at work are also masked.
Is that what you chow down per day?
So what is that 7 tablets a day?
3 clicks for me.
