This looks exactly like a scenario you run in basic training. Essentially, they use SIM rounds and fake artillery shells to create a fake warzone and have you run through it as a training exercise.

The audio is level balanced like a movie would be. It the "shooting" was really as close as the audio suggests then all of those people would be dead.

I went to Google earth street view in the rural areas around Kiev and observed any pedestrians I could find walking along the road. I located 3 people in about 5 minutes. None of their clothing would look the slightest bit out of place in any American city. This video is propaganda.
