I'll get flamed for this but as I explained when it first came out, IMHO while there are similarities in TONE, the ACCENTS are different.
Podesta has the thick, flat, classic harsh twang of his native Chicago. People don't drop a strong regional accent like that when agitated or excited; instead it would come out MORE.

There is a video/audio sample of Podesta's known voice side by side with the 'Kid in the Cage' video using voice analysis software that was put out the same week as the video in question hit the net.
They are identical in almost every way. While it isn't conclusive proof, its damning especially considering the analyst who did the video is a trained professional.

I could be wrong, but from what I understand there is rebellion afoot within departments all across the government including the DoD - even they cannot tolerate the corruption any longer.
