Think a bit. We know that a critical element of the Plan is to accelerate the Cabal's evil agenda at a break neck speed (as opposed to their usual glacial speed) hence making the enemy expose their evil to the people.
How did they manage to move thins at breakneck speed? How is trans agenda infiltrating every classroom so quickly? How is "I believe in the current thing" happens so perfectly, with every media, every outlet, repeating the same lies and all NPCs happily obey this?
Even if they had all the media in their control, would it have been possible without easy narrative shaping? Narrative shaping used to take decades. They had to ram down Will and Grace on TV for 10 years before they could even think about same sex marriage. Think about it.
Twitter is the vehicle of narrative shaping. Shiva exposed some of the advanced tools they have in their arsenal, but we haven't seen anything. I think Twitter is THE command and control center for the Cabal to rush their agenda at breakneck speed, and when that control is sabotaged the speed will indeed break their neck as everything comes to a crashing halt.
But dont expect things to happen right away. Elon's bid being accepted means he has provided some sort of guarantee to the Cabal. Maybe they think they finally got him in their clutches.
Its all still moving the pieces and getting ready fo checkmate, but we have to wait patiently for the actual Checkmate.
Elon is more of a libertarian than anything. But he also knows that AI and tech in general is going to go a certain way so that is why he gets in those circles. I think he figures "if things are going to go this way and I cannot stop it, at least I can get in the middle and try to steer it." At least that is how his actions and behavior look to me.
I don't think Elon is evil. If anything he is chaotic neutral for the D&D fans out there.

Especially considering he’s pioneering brain micro chips and AI-human intelligence hybridizations, no one else is running human test trials or had development that far along yet. Those companies already working on it or have patents aren't going to change the functionality/directive of their invention, tech isn’t really a ‘steerable’ field.

Elon admitted that he was for socialist healthcare, but freedom loving capitalist for everything else on the particular subjects of trade and healthcare. While the two are currently one, he appears to be more split on the matter of being partial with constitutional freedom of trade and socialistic healthcare. I would say it's more akin to being agnostic - sitting on the fence.
He reminds me more of a centrist John Jacob Astor IV than a Nikola Tesla (The two being significant friends).
