I think Roberts switched his vote (again).
It was 5-4, then Roberts switched, making it 6-3. Roberts wrote a concurring opinion, but his opinion said he did not disagree with the Roe v. Wade decision. He just agreed with the majority on the Mississippi law (which was the actual decsion).
When did this happen. Where is the sauce mate.
Last I read was that Roberts did not think RVW should be overturned at this time, but that he agreed with Mississippi right to restrict abortion.
If states effectively have to right to restrict abortion, I think in his mind it would have been a back end to states having the call on whether abortions were performed in a particular state of not, but I could be wrong.
If the above was true, then Roberts is a candy ass for not realizing that constitution never protected abortion except in error.

Roe v Wade was a roadblock to total banning of abortion, but it was ALSO a roadblock to extreme abortion, and failing to take that into account is going to lead to a bunch of ignored, dead babies. LITERAL babies this time.
