To plan a direct and perfect target head on collision on a flowing highway unless it’s a movie set is like 1-10,000 chance to get it correct. And this accident surly does not looked planned nor as fishy as the Uvalde School Shooting. I’m pretty sure by all current reports this was an actual car accident. And I’m admitting now I could be wrong down the road. But all current reports show this was a regular flowing road and traffic, not a movie set.

In all honesty, it is very likely the lady fell asleep at the wheel, or drifted by accident. You get tunnel vision on that road a lot.

But to hack a vehicle’s computer one would need the exact VIN, make, model, and security computer code all to hack the vehicle and take steering control if it has computer controlled steering. If it has mechanical power steering, then no, It’s impossible to assume control to steer it. Maybe controlling brakes, but not steering if it’s mechanically controlled vs computer controlled. And most SUVs still have front wheel mechanical control, vs a computer making full physical steering gear control decisions.

She left Claypool at 12, and was hit 4 miles south of nappanee at 12:30. It takes 38 min to get there in good conditions. Warsaw has grown a lot, so if they went through town, it would have added 5-10 minutes, so there's that.
In addition, they said she was south bound, but nappanee is north of both Claypool and warsaw.

However, info I'm getting says the other car was older, which is common in this area. I believe they were on 19, which is a narrow road through there. I travel it a lot. It has also been under construction this spring/summer. Even had it closed off for a while, pain in the drain going around.
There are also lots of farm, heavy machinery, and big rigs in that area. One of four big rig repair shops not far from there, so it's always heavy traffic for such a small road.
In all honesty, it is very likely the lady fell asleep at the wheel, or drifted by accident. You get tunnel vision on that road a lot.

Yes, some can be depending on year, make, and model. But to hack a vehicle’s computer one would need the exact VIN, make, model, and security computer code all to hack the vehicle and take steering control if it has computer controlled steering. If it has mechanical power steering, then no, It’s impossible to assume control to steer it. Maybe controlling brakes, but not steering if it’s mechanically controlled vs computer controlled. And most SUVs still have front wheel mechanical control, vs a computer making full physical steering gear control decisions.
The fact that it is possible and that it has been talked about as an easy way to get rid of people means it's a valid point.
