Edit: I think I get it now. It's not that no new bills have been printed, but rather that no new series have been authorized since 2017. That is indeed somewhat odd considering that historically new series would come out every 2 to 3, maybe 4 years max, seemingly around starts of new presidential administrations or changes in Sec of Treasury.

I assumed that it was to break the lockdowns and the damage that would have caused. I’m not sure how the vax stops China Dust.
The Cabal wanted to lockdown the economy and vaccinate the billions. They release the plandemic. If Trump calls it out or creates any hurdles for the vaccines, they (and this is my guess) threatened to release the China Dust.
If Trump did not go along with this, then millions would have died.
