We will have to shutdown the government run foster care system, so we will all have to take at least one or two children. It will be difficult, but that's what will be required to rebuild our country, no more childless parents simply sliding on by without contributing to society. The only people who should be exempt are those who already have four or more children.

Having worked postpartum, adoptive parents were given a room next to the birth mother. Both sets of parents were banded so that the baby or babies could be given from the nursery to those who were the parents. If the birth mother was a surrogate and several eggs were fertilized twins could have resulted. Surrogates through attorneys, make legal deals: surrogacy for a fee including medical care coverage, etc. Or this could have been a straight up adoption, where the birth parent (s) selected this couple to adopt the twins. Usually lawyers and expenses are covered.
