No but we do need roads. Public utilities are also helpful if you're in a city & police & fire too. Not that we need any of them. We can go back to policing ourselves & everyone being a volunteer fireman like in the old days. We certainly don't need schools, boards of education even less and 99% of the crap the that unelected keeps saying that we need.
Heck, if they are going to be authoritarian about it, I'd like to go back to bushwhacking
If you're going to take it that far then next up on the chopping block would be the military, farmer subsidies, GI Bill, Medicare, interstates, and a lot more.
Think eggs and milk are expensive right now, dear God!
I think federal income tax is just wrong, but the idea that taxes don't really pay for anything useful is just silly.
If we really want to get rid of the income tax, we need to find alternative things to pay for all this.
Cutting out all the BS programs and subsidies is obviously step one. But are we going to go back to paying toll fees to drive every few miles? Are people really dedicated enough to pay $10+ for a gallon of milk? And considering how many Anons I've argued with here about their need for public schools, that is going to be one hell of a headache. Not sure how much money anyone here is paying in taxes, but if it comes close to paying for private school tuition, then hats off to you.
It's easy to just shake our fists and yell that it's theft, but for it to ever get done, people have to realize that these issues will have to be dealt with.
Fuck that. Our founders got it right. Duties, imposts, and excises paid for everything without a sales tax, flat tax, or income tax. A flat tax is nothing more than a prettier version of VAT.
Here's the tough question to get our heads around: What are we going to do about it? Our taxes to despots, including England and the Vatican, much less the Ukraine, Israel, and the Middle East, just doesn't do it for me.
I was saying to my wife this morning, all of America, or all of us Patriots should start a tax boycott and millions of us state publically we are refusing to file here in 2023 until the government is Completed with its election investigation of 2020, and 2022. And we’ll start at the Brunson Case indeed moving forward.
The way the system falls apart is when enough people refuse to participate in it.
That will be a byproduct of the Great Awakening. I personally didn't file last year and I'm not filing this year. 2020 was rigged. This government is illegitimate and is thereby stealing from me and you and everyone else no matter their vote.
Agreed! Trading hours for money is not a gain either. I'm losing hours of my life for money... How is that a gain? Time is more precious than money - every one knows that. But in the world of taxes, money for time is a gain. LOL it's all so corrupt!
What of an entire town in a red state just ALL refused to do it as one? That could inspire more and more towns until an entire state refuses to pay taxes and drive federal policy change?
What would happen if literally every person in America stopped paying. No one files. HR departments don't have anyone file withholdings. Payroll stops collecting fed/state/FICA. Bank employees just stop enabling tax levies on accounts and mortgages. Retailers stop charging sales tax.
What are they gonna do, arrest 300 million people?
This is why taxes are taken out each paycheck instead of once a year. If they tried to collect it all at once, people would riot.
My biggest complaint about the conservative patriot movement is the general lack of ability to see the bigger picture, and because of that it has become reactionary only.
The "enemy" is very well organized and efficient at planning and achieving generational goals, for instance... And it seems like there's zero respect for that - and so they are misunderstood and underestimated, dismissed, and basically invisible behind their army of fools.
WWI and II were planned for decades before they started, and for much different reasons than what so-called history books claim. WW1 started soon after the Titanic fiasco and The Fed - with it, the best men and boys of a generation were killed first, prodded with shame and named cowards if they didn't go along (sound familiar?). By the end of The Great War, Europe was left with the absolute worst of a generation and millions of orphans for the State to educate and indoctrinate.. The Ottomans were toppled, Palestine was stolen from the Arabs, along with their blood and reputation. After WWI gold confiscation by centralized governments was magically a worldwide phenomena, fiat currencies blossomed, and medicine became a mechanism of human farming and population control..
There's much much more to it, but for the moment I'm out of time to write the rest of my thoughts, sorry.
we got all our money from tarriffs and billing other countries for stuff we provided. thats basically all be removed on stuff coming into the country yet every country charges us for our exports.
we also provide free military services which i didnt know they were supposed to be paying the US until Trump told us about it.
if we stopped giving all this bogus aid and went back to what Trump was doing we would have little to no tax "responsibility"
Yep, we're pretty much the world's "charity" fund which probably mostly goes back into politicians pockets. Ukraine is a prime example... So many Americans are hurting... 46% of credit card owners are delinquent but we have bottomless pockets to fund wars and supplement illegals. All paid for by the working class of Americans who don't get a damn thing... Our Social Security system is collapsing. But hey, there's a war over there we can fight! We have billions for that!
They didn't start withholding until about 1942 with the "Victory Tax". Even then, the "income" limit to pay income taxes was high enough that most people didn't have to pay.
I put "income" in quotes because earning a living isn't "income". The interest you earn on savings is "income" (e.g. increase). They just twist words and throw people in jail to enforce their lies.
I don't disagree with that. But OP posted a tweet that said 1913 introduced the income tax. The truth is that 1862 introduced the income tax, long before 1913. And regular people didn't pay it until WWII, long after 1913.
The Israelites were taxed into poverty and slavery by the pharaoh of Egypt. There is nothing new under the sun. Same as now. When the pharaoh finally let God's people go there was such the transfer of wealth from the Egyptians to the Israelites that the Egyptians were left with nothing. We need another even greater Exodus to save us from our enemies and restore what has been stolen from us.
Since people get paid to work for the government, I would argue it's technically wage slavery... But I'm just splitting hairs because I'm bored and there's nothing going on at my day job.
I recently watched Kakeguri (live action version) on Netflix. Whether you like the show or not is one thing but it is a 100% accurate representation of our society and the evils that money inherently creates.
The "roads" are in terrible shape. Just view a Big Rig Travels broadcast and You'll see what I mean. For example, interstate 76 in Colorado is in tough shape as is plenty of other interstates including I-94 in North Dakota. I am sure others have their own experiences.
Taxes are auto deducted from your paycheck on YOUR labor exchanged for money. Value for value. It is NOT. Income....yet we are taxed illegally. Then we file "income tax" requests every year to get "some" of our capital back. It's called stealing by the federal government.
The only reason the income (and property) tax is a thing is that people are ignorant about it. Both these taxes are direct taxes and are, therefore, unconstitutional. People must be interested enough to learn these things but, they are not. Enough people standing up for their damned rights, town by town, and we'd have a new country. Too much ignorance and apathy, IMHO.
I have always said the fastest way to revolution is stop withholding, and stop rolling the property taxes into the mortgage payment. If everyone had to cut a separate check and see the number, they would lose their shit.
The property tax bills here are separate and still there are no organized and loud objections. We're the poorest county in Assachusetts and the second highest taxes. It really is appalling.
Can you tax your neighbor? No, you can't. How when can you transfer something, aka a right you don't have, to the government? Coclusion? Taxation is Theft.
Gee, maybe handshakes should learn to pick fights that matter instead on reeeing over unimportant things. Do you dissagree with the premise of the post or did you just decide the board needed more division to spice things up?
Does that matter? u/purkiss80 - while NOT an American - manages to dig up a lot of info re: the corruption which extends world wide. I'd say all world citizens are affected and as such, have equal interest in the truth being unveiled. u/purkiss80 surely is worth his/her weight in gold. I'm personally PROUD to call him a brother in arms. That's a very narrow view you have there.
I've already been through a conversation with someone here explaining why I asked. Feel free to read that conversation for your answer. I don't feel the need to have the same conversation again. Thanks. ✌️
Yes, that's pretty much the conclusion I came to myself and admitted to in said conversation.

It's difficult to read tone online. I actively have to remember to give people the benefit of the doubt and not project my own feelings/opinions/biases/whatever onto others when reading their posts. I also have difficulty expressing myself online. I tend to come off as brusque and confrontational, which is something I constantly have to work on. And cases like this reinforce the need for me to pay attention to how I phrase things.
So....not sure why we're going through all this again.
But we need sidewalks for the kids to ride their bikes on! Spez to add the /s in case you can’t hear my sarcasm in my words…
Sidewalks in the Ukraine doesn't do it for me.
No but we do need roads. Public utilities are also helpful if you're in a city & police & fire too. Not that we need any of them. If you are to believe this " tax on gasoline pays for roads"
That works, imho but like you say "If you are to believe" they will charge it but it'll never get to the roads
1913 seems like a big jump in the lizard plans for destroying us specifically.
How many time should we be taxed on the money that was already taxed?
If you're going to take it that far then next up on the chopping block would be the military, farmer subsidies, GI Bill, Medicare, interstates, and a lot more.

The Federal government charged import duties to generate revenue.
Our income taxes pay for nothing more than the interest on government debt. That's it.
9 9 9 flat tax. There I fixed it.
Fuck that. Our founders got it right. Duties, imposts, and excises paid for everything without a sales tax, flat tax, or income tax. A flat tax is nothing more than a prettier version of VAT.
Well damn. You've got me convinced.
Here's the tough question to get our heads around: What are we going to do about it? Our taxes to despots, including England and the Vatican, much less the Ukraine, Israel, and the Middle East, just doesn't do it for me.
Especially after rigged elections. We can't even get honest representation. They steal our money and they steal our vote.
NO TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION!!!!!!!!
I was saying to my wife this morning, all of America, or all of us Patriots should start a tax boycott and millions of us state publically we are refusing to file here in 2023 until the government is Completed with its election investigation of 2020, and 2022. You should get the book and learn this. Get all your money refunded. Wages are NOT income.

If you work for someone else, they already take out taxes before you get your compensation.
... I say we need to wait until they bring all of that corporate income, 900B, back to USA to be taxed. Where we go 1 we go all.
What of an entire town in a red state just ALL refused to do it as one? That could inspire more and more towns until an entire state refuses to pay taxes and drive federal policy change?
Somehow, some way I feel we need to just do it and see what happens I guess.
No taxation. Period. With representation or not.
What would happen if literally every person in America stopped paying. No one files. HR departments don't have anyone file withholdings. Payroll stops collecting fed/state/FICA. Bank employees just stop enabling tax levies on accounts and mortgages. Retailers stop charging sales tax.

This is why taxes are taken out each paycheck instead of once a year. If they tried to collect it all at once, people would riot.
It's fucking criminal.
Abolish property taxes.
Also passing of 17th amendment in the annus horribilis of 1913
The House represented the People. The Senate represented State Rights. Well, until 1913.
I'm really getting to like this woman.
Agreed. Had her in the same bucket as MTG but she climbed out some time ago.

But but bud, what about that $2000 check I get when I file? /s
That's all some people see.
All I see is theft.
What if it were actually illegal to pay taxes?
Because helping to fund a criminal organization is a criminal act.
Which would make me a criminal for funding our government.
If one patriot lawyer could show this it just might change everything.
They also introduced it as a tax on only the rich …
My favorite tax, in place from 1898 - 2006 -
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/War_Revenue_Act_of_1898
https://taxfoundation.org/spanish-american-war-tax-1898-2006
At least they helped us feel wholesome, by way of “501-C discounts” and other “rebate coupons” (deductions)😂
Yes, yes it is Miss Boebert. So say we all.
If we need reparations, how about for the "income tax" that we were forced to pay, not to mention property taxes.
https://badlands.substack.com/p/1913

Only if it is from investment in a federally-chartered corporation or US Treasury.
The only difference between a pirate and a privateer is the latter has a government charter...
The Income Tax was signed into law by Abraham Lincoln in the Revenue Act of 1862, and almost nobody paid it until WWII.
Here's a 1942 clip of Disney propaganda encouraging people to pay income tax:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eMU-KGKK6q8
What's 1913 got to do with it?
FED = taxes go to private central banks, not our own country
I don't disagree with that. But OP posted a tweet that said 1913 introduced the income tax. The truth is that 1862 introduced the income tax, long before 1913. And regular people didn't pay it until WWII, long after 1913.

Gotta keep busy. Idle hands and all that...

Not true. Revenue Act of 1862 and 1863 funded Lincoln's war of choice to enforce insanely high import taxes of up to 50%
Bravo Purkiss. For the job you do, Cheers
🙏🏻😉
insert "wHaT aBoUt ThE rOaDs" argument here
The "roads" are in terrible shape. Just view a Big Rig Travels broadcast and You'll see what I mean. For example, interstate 76 in Colorado is in tough shape as is plenty of other interstates including I-94 in North Dakota. I am sure others have their own experiences.
You should come see my roads in NJ despite nearly the highest taxes in the country.
Taxes are auto deducted from your paycheck on YOUR labor exchanged for money. Value for value. It is NOT. Income....yet we are taxed illegally. Then we file "income tax" requests every year to get "some" of our capital back. It's called stealing by the federal government.

Watch the video “Theft By Deception”.
But when it comes right down to it, how many actually have the balls to stop paying? Very few.
Even just reading the tax code is crippling hard work. It's purposely designed to torture us and waste our time.
Did anything of note happen in 1912?
Time to Audit the Federal Reserve. Time to repeal the 16th Amendment (1913). Time to repeal the Federal Reserve Act of 1913!!!
Oh, Ron Paul gets it. So does Rand.
Can you tax your neighbor? No, you can't. How when can you transfer something, aka a right you don't have, to the government? Coclusion? Taxation is Theft.
Well, that's just fucking great, Lauren. Thanks for popping off about how unjust and absolutely criminal the tax system is.
My question is: WHAT THE FUCK are you actually going to do about returning our nation to pre-1913 besides posting on Twitter?
Don't bother responding because I already know. Not a fucking thing.
Virtue signal much?
I didn't realize you were a US citizen.
?? Who?...Me...Unfortunately not...😉
Then what's up with the title/heading to your post?
By the way, We are all the same in this movement of Awakened souls...makes no difference where you come from...
Should have been "1913 made the US slaves"...Sorry..cant edit once posted...just a question...Does it make a difference whether I am one or not?...
Just not a big fan of people who aren't American citizens pretending to be American citizens.
Gee, maybe handshakes should learn to pick fights that matter instead on reeeing over unimportant things. Do you dissagree with the premise of the post or did you just decide the board needed more division to spice things up?
Not sure where you're seeing a handshake....

but, that's not the issue. What was your intention for posting was what I asked and what you did not answer.
I have never pretended to be Anything else Than South African...As fucked up as it is its still the Country of my birth...So don't think otherwise...

Read it before I posted. Perhaps you need some self reflection.
Yes, that's pretty much the conclusion I came to myself and admitted to in said conversation.
So....not sure why we're going through all this again.
