We are under attack, Cabal has started a total war on mankind. I'm not dooming, let me explain my observations:
I believe in a worldwide resistance against the Pagans, the Cabal, whatever name you call them. A very old resistance, thousands of years old. We call it Q, but it has always been there, deep underground, a network of agents fighting the Devil and his Demons. This resistance went public on Oct., 28, 2017 because of an unknown reason. Could be that "now is the time for the endgame", or "now we need to involve the masses, aka the Great Awakening".
This network spins globally, think of it as the opposite of the Cabal, same structures, a secret society of fighters fighting for humanity with the help of God. They, and through Q we, are God's army on earth.
Things in my opinion are escalating so quickly, because a lot of anti Cabal sleeper agents are suddenly (suddenly means the last 4 1/2 ys, remember Oct 2017) attacking from multiple directions. The Cabal has to counter these attacks, but it ran out of options other than simply going to full war.
So, what could the sleeper agent have done that forces the Cabal to their actions? I try to summarize a few events, there may be much more, hidden in the background:
EU: Brexit. It was a test, and it was an inspiration for other nations to follow the UK. There were rumors in 2018, 2019 about Italy and Greece could be the next exiteers, this would end the EU once and forever. The Cabal could not let this happen. I think Italy was really considering it, search for "Italexit". What happened in late 2019? Which country in the EU was hit the hardest? Covid was a message, first to Italy, and finally to all other Nations to comply to the Cabal.
US: they are short of defaulting their debt. This is not a popular opinion, but imo it's inevitable. The consequences for the US and the world economy will be devastating. The Cabal can not allow this to happen, they will loose their cashcow, and they will loose control over the global economy, because their monopoly will crumble. A global devastating recession will come, it will last a short period of time (who has all the Gold? Q? Will it finally be used for we, the people? I'm not talking Nesara/Gesara, but using it to rebuild a stable economy with much different rules.)
What happens? The US is hit by chemical desasters with far reaching consequences. And again, it's a message.

we cant rule out nitric acid. I saw the video of the reddish orange color. Did anyone observe it changing to a more yellow color the longer it was in the air? The video was probably too short to witness this.

Nitric Acid is used in fertilizers and for bomb making. It is not hazardous to breathe in but it can be highly explosive under the right conditions. It is used for Ammonium Anhydrous and nitrogen in fertilizers. I use high quantities of it for my operation and business I am in. Nitrous Oxide is laughing gas and is totally harmless.

There was a MASSIVE rainstorm that came through phoenix last, fast wind, slushy hail etc, and went on for hours. IF anything made it that far north, it most certainly was diluted to the point of being rendered passive.
I can't believe there isn't a better solution than what is being provided here for a chemical accident like this. Is it wrong to suggest the emergency response here borderlines on ineptness? How about investing in minutemen 'crack' chemical spill teams instead of SWAT? Let's equip them with 'military' style armaments for neutralizing hazardous spills. Yes, there's a little 'play' on the wording here. From all the hazardous spills of late, it sounds like its time has come for every city to have a well developed minuteman chemical response teams.
Why isn't a process for neutralizing/diluting the nitric acid being used here? Nitric acid is H3NO and as it decomposes gives off a brownish yellowish color. You can see the release of nitric acid by the color of the cloud. Nitric Acid decomposes into water, nitrogen dioxide, and oxygen. This is the brownish yellow you see coming from the truck and is evidence the nitric acid is decomposing (albeit, at a slow rate). I'm aware of the very caustic characteristic nitric acid has, especially if it is spilled on your skin. The procedure is to immediately wash it off with running water. This dilutes and removes the nitric acid. The nitric acid that has penetrated the skin can be neutralized with the use of baking soda. The combination will stop its strong oxidizing process.
I would think a similar mindset could be used for the AZ accident. Water would dilute it and an alkali compound of some sort like baking soda would neutralize it. Calcium hydroxide (slag lime) is another possibility. The process for neutralizing the nitric acid in the container would be to pump calcium hydroxide into the container using a boom. Even an ammonia/compound could be used to neutralize the nitric acid and would form a resultant ammonium nitrate. Both these are readily available and inexpensive.
Instead, it appears they are allowing it to slowly boil off, while traffic is redirected, an advisory to stay in doors and turning off air conditioners. Houses are not hermetically sealed and are designed to circulate air from the outside. Turning off air conditioners hardly helps a damn thing. The solution is to immediately contain the hazard. IMHO, the advice being given is bordering on incompetence.
