Asking for prayers because my father is at the ER now. Something's wrong with his stomach/groin and I'm hoping they are doing everything properly for my father and not forcing the clotshot on him. He's old, has COPD and high blood pressure, and he's pretty much all I have right now outside of my immediate family. It's almost my birthday and I'd not want something drastic to happen close to something I celebrate every year.
Other than a birthday wish for his speedy recovery, prayers will help as well.

I don't know how to pray, and I'm not religious, but I hope everything goes OK with your dad. A few years ago my elderly father had something similar. Turns out he had gallstones (stomach pain) and kidney stones (cause of the pain in the groin). A quick surgery for the gallstones and a Shockwave for the other, and he was good as new in a few days. Stay positive mate. It helps.
