I understand that the act abolished the cities of Washington and Georgetown and made a consolidated government for the entire District of Columbia, but how exactly does this affect the rest of the United States, let alone turn it into a business corporation?

It didn't transform the USA. Instead it created a corporation, established to govern the United States. Ever since, the regular USA Republic has been unstaffed, with positions unfilled. But the corporation called USA Inc has been fully staffed, effectively overseeing and usurping the sovereignty.
That's the eagle's eye view. Reading the actual laws gets very thick in the weeds. But I did read some of the old opinion pieces written about it at the time, and it's clear that some people at the time saw it as selling out the country and enslaving the citizenry. Sorry, no sources but that's what I got after looking into it.
You're one of the few I trust when you say "sorry no source, trust me". Thanks for a broad overview. o7
Thanks. Very kind of you. I read and remember a lot, but I'm bad at keeping my sources. I admire the anons that post with sauce.
For those who want to dig, start with the Organic Act of 1871.
I am very much the same as you like this.
Me too, except for the remembering part.
Kek. Yeah, that happens too.
And the gas lighting that happens.
Same here
People who read a lot of history probably don't recall much of where they read specific items. Or if they do, trying to find 1 paragraph in 1000 pages isn't easy to do.
This is a research board. On important issues like this, you shouldn't even post if you haven't any sources. Human memory is frail, and fanciful to what you would LIKE to believe.
Do yourself a favor. Make this the first post to which you add sources.
Get out your shovel and start digging, anon.
I've done posts that were well-sourced. It seemed that the OP was asking for an explanation of the basic idea not a proof. I think there's room on the board for theory and summary, especially when stated as such.
But if you have proof this concept is wrong, don't hesitate to bash it. Tons of good proofs are uncovered by back-and-forth. Other anons have already chipped in a few data points.
It's just that I've made unsourced posts myself that turned out to be hilariously wrong. The entirety of the posting may be veritable, and it's possible other brains are not as prone to this sort of folly as I am.
It's all good. I posted a decent explanation of the theory, nothing more. Probably should've made explicit emphasis on the theory part, but I tried. WWG1WGA.
There's a lot of junk out there for the casual googler, and it's all messy and can take a few years off the eyeballs. I made an effort to find some decent ones. https://greatawakening.win/p/16c2425ucg/the-whole-1871-thing-with-decent/
"The only absolute and unqualified right of a United States citizen is to residence within the territorial boundaries of the United States." Supreme Court: US vs. Valentine 288 F. Supp. 957
"The privileges and immunities clause of the 14th Amendment protects very few rights because it neither incorporates the Bill of Rights, nor protects all rights of individual citizens. Instead this provision protects only those rights peculiar to being a citizen of the federal government; it does not protect those rights which relate to state citizenship." Supreme Court: Jones v. I firmly believe this is the meaning behind WWG1WGA
Almost .... the positions are being filled.
Yeah, I was wondering about that. It's possible the 2020 election had correct results actually entered in the 37 states that existed at that time (since any states admitted after 1871 wouldn't be in the Old Republic) even while the fraudulent ones were allowed to stand for the corporation. I remember Trump meeting with state legislators after November 2020, and if he met with a quorum from 3/5 of those state, that might have qualified him to be president 19, after Ulysses S Grant while Biden became president of the Corp. Makes me wonder if we have shadow state governments operating as well. (New California anyone?)
If anyone has records or digs of those meetings between Trump and state legislators, we could try to see which states were represented.
Here's a little snippet:

That's a good reminder. Wow, that NPR spin, though. There was a time I really enjoyed their take on things.
I missed that one. Thank you, for this intriguing addition!
Maybe this is a dumb thought, but when Trump on Jan 6 said he would walk with us to the Capitol, did he mean a different Capitol??
Trump is very careful with his words. I don't think it's at all dumb to revisit and analyze them carefully. If he didn't actually join the walk (he didn't, did he?), he might've been referring to a time in the future, and a different place.
He never went - Secret Service wouldn't let him.
Remember the whole thing about him supposedly grabbing the steering wheel in "the Beast" to force them to go to the Capitol? Him and his 6 foot arms?
Yeah there was no way USSS would ever let him go to that.
Just blown away, wow! Ty for this anon.
Oh. You just kind of u/#MindBlown
So, it was operating "in effect" as a corporation, with the actual certificate of incorporation being filed in 1925? This has always been of interest to me, despite wading through murky documents!

A bankrupt republic from the War between the states, Greenback production permanently stalled since Lincoln's assassination (a Rothschild hire), threats of economic and military conflict from the British crown, a cowardly legislature, and a president that signed the treasonous act into law. I might add when Czarist Russia stymied the British intent to get involved in the warring states, this is when the crown (City of London) looked to exact revenge against Czarist Russia.
Based on my research, small point of order, it would be Secretary of War Edwin Stanton who was the Rothschild hire - Boothe I believe would be Stanton's hire.
Yes. Thanks. I believe it was the SoT, Salmon Chase, who came up withe the greenback idea and then the Legal Tender Act passed Congress and was signed into law. Stanton was the agent for the Rothschilds in Lincoln's Administration.
Who looks at an adorable little newborn baby and says "I'm gonna name this one SALMON!!! And his face will be on the ten thousand-dollar bill!!!"
Had a big open gaping mouth...bada boom bada bing...
As in John Wilkes Booth? No “e”, is that what you’re referring to?
This video is hard to watch but it's pure facts.
Yeah, that was a razor wire pill...
Thanks for that video, anon! It led me eventually to find the text below.
Ain't THIS some shit:
"Capital must protect itself in every way, through combination and through legislation. Debts must be collected and loans and mortgages foreclosed as soon as possible. When through a process of law the common people have lost their homes, they will be more tractable and more easily governed by the strong arm of the law, applied by the central power of wealth, under control of leading financiers. People without homes will not quarrel with their leaders. This is well known among our principal men now engaged in forming an imperialism of capital to govern the world. By dividing the people we can get them to expand their energies in fighting over questions of no importance to us except as teachers of the common herd. Thus by discreet action we can secure for ourselves what has been generally planned and successfully accomplished."
The above was printed from the "Banker's Manifest", for the private circulation among leading bankers only, taken from the "Civil Servants' Year Book, "The Organizer" of January, 1934.
The Banker's Manifesto ties in with U.S. Senate Document No. 43, 73rd Congress, 1st Session (1934), to wit:
"The ultimate ownership of all property is in the State; individual so-called "ownership" is only by virtue of Government, i.e., law, amounting to mere "user" and use must be in acceptance with law and subordinate to the necessities of the State."
You vill own nussing! Und you vill be heppy!

You just spurred a thought...
These states that we cannot fathom even exist... Like NJ, California.. ect
They have entered a pact with the United States corp. It all makes sense now. Corpo money flows through these states unabated ... I'm beginning to really get a 40,000 ft view.
It all makes sense.
The invisible enemy is the corporation we never knew existed.
Also, holy shit. That's what space force is! The military of the United States of America, the states military Force.. That's why they took over operations!
Keep going...I want to hear more about what you have discovered.
I always thought that there are 2 states. First, there's the for instance, "organic"/physical state of new jersey - then there's the "state" of NJ, which is like an overlay - a realm - like a state of consciousness or a state of being or state of the art, per se.
And that's why the border is more important than we know. They use open borders to terrorize the states on behalf of the corp.
Once you start seeing everything through the lens of States vs corporation of the United States, everything makes perfect sense.
We DO have two presidents. We have our president Trump, and the president of the corporation in Biden.
Space force is being mentioned everywhere now. It's been working in the background getting things done and now slowly being recognized especially with Jan H.??
Anyone remember Karen Hudes?
https://rumble.com/v1ox71l-world-banker-karen-hudes-reveals-secret-us-constitution-drafted-in-1871.html
We see it everywhere, any time you see a municipal government its an incorporated governmental body. They do this to avoid direct responsibility. These people hide behind an office to avoid direct responsibility of their policies and actions. They blame the position not themselves.
Afaik the whole "corporation" theory comes from a lack of understanding of legal terminology. Look up why countries are referred to as corporations in legal documents. It doesn't mean what people here seem to think it does. Tbh that makes me question a lot of other conclusions people on here have come to.
Here's a link: https://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/corporation
Excerpt:
6. Nations or states, are denominated by publicists, bodies politic, and are said to have their affairs and interests, and to deliberate and resolve, in common. They thus become as moral persons, having an understanding and will peculiar to themselves, and are susceptible of obligations and laws. Vattel, 49. In this extensive sense the United States may be termed a corporation; and so may each state singly. Per Iredell, J. 3 Dall. 447.
I'm glad to see this reply as I did some similar reading myself. The dictionary definition of corporation also suggests this "A company or group of people authorized to act as a single entity (legally a person) and recognized as such in law." Given that definition, combined with the legalese you elaborated on, it really makes one wonder about the accuracy of this theory
Random fun fact: you as a corporation have a tax liability, you as a man do not.
That’s what this entire theory has always been, just not understanding what corporation or to incorporate actually means legally. A lot of stuff like this eats up tremendous attention here and elsewhere.
Here's whistleblower Karen Hudes explaining the topic. As a former Senior Counsel at World Bank until 2007, possibly she is not operating from the "lack of understanding of legal terminology" plaguing us plebs. See if you agree:

So, how do we get out from under this corporation and back to the original constitution? Can today's SCOTUS rule that the Act of 1871 was unconstitutional and therefore null and void?
And IF SO, what other things could/should be gotten rid of, as well?
Someone posted this video yesterday regarding the Corporation Story. Don't know if this helps or not.
https://rumble.com/v1203f0-sergeant-robert-horton-war-castles-overview.html
Anyone have any sauce on the disclosure that 1999 was the last bankruptcy payment that was missed thereby rendering the us corp null and void?
It seems so alien because it was never taught in schools. It's like finding out your wife belongs to her relatives and you are only the husband on paper as long as you continue to pay taxes. WTF. OH and your children are " wards" of the state. Making them state property.
Does anyone have a link to the video on this that was stickied yesterday?

it wasnt 1871 from what i can find, its 1913 as part of the federal reserve act

same thing
USA isnt even a country, its a corporation
u/#q1871
The only evidence Lisa Guliani provides is: US CODE: Title 28,3002. Definitions (15) “United States” means — (A) a Federal corporation; (B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; or (C) an instrumentality of the United States.
(A) does not mean that the United States is a corporation. Federal corporations are things like Amtrak or the post office. This definition is just saying that what the statute that follows says about the United States applies to these corporations, and also to federal agencies and other United States "entities" or "instrumentalities." So if the statute says something about suing the United States, it says that about suing Amtrak, too. Just an example; I don't know what the rest of this statute says.
OK, she also says the real title of the Constitution is "the Constitution FOR the united states [lower case] of America." Where to begin? The original handwritten Constitution has no title, but just starts off with "We the People." In that Preamble, the phrase "Constitution for the United States of America" appears (that's what we the people say we are establishing), but "United States" is capitalized. It is not fully capitalized, however, in the Declaration of Independence, which begins: "The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America." Maybe that's where she got this idea. And the Constitution has been called "the Constitution OF the United States" in Supreme Court opinions going back to the 1790s. It's what it's always been called.
As for the "articles of incorporation," they are just that, the articles of incorporation for an oddly-named Florida corporation set up by three New Yorkers in 1925 to do various kinds of business. Nothing to do with the government or the United States, even though it's called "United States Corporation Company."
Can someone explain how the Organic Act of 1871, in which Congress relieved itself of the burden of governing DC directly and gave it home rule, makes the United States a corporation? Because DC is the capital and I guess a corporation? But the city of DC doesn't rule the country. Actually, it's the reverse: Congress (representing the country) can still veto any law the DC Council passes. And DC only makes local laws governing the residents living there. It doesn't make laws for the country. CAPITALS don't govern countries. Governments do. A capital is just the location for the government.
Is anyone really confused about this?
There are many, many things that are not widely known and very interesting--vital, actually--to uncover and talk about. This isn't one of them, IMO. Looks like a distraction to me.
28 USC 3002
Or created a cancerous growth. Foreign soil, managed by the 👑.
Corporation....
Corpus orate, it literally means a talking dead entity. A zombie.
We died as a nation, and we're raised from the dead in the form of a counterfeit version. Hence all the legalese, all caps, etc.
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA == United States for America.
