Greetings Gentlemen,
I am grateful to be apart of such amazing times as we live in now. The things we have experienced in our recent years, and will experience in the next few years will indeed, be some of the most interesting times of our lives, and I am optimistic for what is to come, and what our future, and even our nation will become.
Our nation has been demoralized, our families have been divided, our culture has been split into a million pieces and the creativity, the drive and innovation of individuals has all but disappeared.
If you are not familiar with the incorporation of the united states, that is a subject of research I welcome you to venture into.
We live in a corporate world, and it’s important I think to realize that the interest of any corporation is the corporation. It is a matter of fact that governments of the world have incorporated themselves, and it is useful to recognize that fact, and consider the implications of such when reading in order to fully comprehend the scope of EO 13848.
It should be recognized, and it should be directly obvious to anyone that the purpose of government is to serve the people in any nation. What is not obvious to many is that for over a century, our own government has operated on the corporate level, to the extent that people are represented as individual “corporations” as opposed to people. According to the laws of the land, and the rules of English, any name is written in the manner such as “george washington”. There is no capitalization in a name, indeed, there is no instance in English where a name can exist written in a manner that uses only capitalization. Certainly, you can be taught differently, and perhaps you may read differently. However if the foundation of your nation exists on writing written and represented by words that have meanings and rules different than the ones that exist presently, in order to properly interpret such a document, it must be according to the rules of that time.
If you take out your wallet, and look upon the name written on your identification card, you may find it written in such a way that says “GEORGE WASHINGTON”. It is important to recognize that is not your name. It is equally important to recognize that you are not your name, just as much as water is not the word water. When a judge, an officer, or any member of government asks if you are “GEORGE WASHINGTON”, or you hand your identification card over, you are representing yourself as an individual corporation, making contracts with another corporation. Any time you sign your name, you are signing into contract, placing your individual corporation as the debtor and your physical body as surety (collateral). This is why when you are “charged” by government in some capacity, if you do not pay their fees, your physical body serves the consequences as opposed to the corporate fiction.
I would like to bring attention to several details of EO 13848. The first is that it was placed initially by Donald Trump, and extended two times by Joe Biden.
It is titled as following: “Donald J. Trump, Executive Order 13848—Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election”
Let’s review Sec. 2. (a) Sec. 2. (a) All property and interests in property that are in the United States, that hereafter come within the United States, or that are or hereafter come within the possession or control of any United States person of the following persons are blocked and may not be transferred, paid, exported, withdrawn, or otherwise dealt in: any foreign person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Homeland Security:
Take note please in regards to “the following persons”.
(i) to have directly or indirectly engaged in, sponsored, concealed, or otherwise been complicit in foreign interference in a United States election; (ii) to have materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material, or technological support for, or goods or services to or in support of, any activity described in subsection (a)(i) of this section or any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; or (iii) to be owned or controlled by, or to have acted or purported to act for or on behalf of, directly or indirectly, any person whose property or interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order.
This is very broad when you consider the implications. It is worth considering the implications that this executive order, although established by the last President is renewed now twice under Joe Biden.
Now consider for a moment how many corporations are owned, partially owned, operated, or in some manner handled from over seas.
I am not pointing fingers at anyone, I am making no accusation nor endorsement of any person, I won’t say there was election fraud in any recent elections that would cause this EO to be triggered. Instead what I will do is simply point out what I have noticed:
Walmart has completely changed. They actually have good customer service now. They no longer try to dress people in rags, and they are providing quality displays and clothing. Furthermore, the self checkouts all have “Notes” as opposed to “Us Dollar” on the registers. You can consider those implications, I will just leave it there.
YouTube no longer shows recommendations to anyone with search history off and cleared. How could it before, and why won’t it now? Consider the implications.
Consider the main stream Media in the United States. There has been a very clear shift in what is being said. Consider the implications.
If you just look around you at all the subtle changes in leadership, and in corporations you will see a very clear trend. They are becoming better for the public, and especially being more transparent in what they do behind the scenes. Consider the implications.
Why would someone downvote this?
It's obviously anti-semitic and deeply transphobic. /s
Shills
OP should list some of their ‘implications’ for the rest of us smooth brains……
All I know is that my family can't afford to shop at Walmart anymore. Aldi's now. Should've made that change years ago.
Did you know, Aldi's owns Trader Joe's? Bought them in the 1970's.
Just an interesting fact.
When did China buy Traitor Joe??? 🤔
Traitor not the same as trader...
You lost the humor...
Yes, Aldi is owned by German brother #1; Lidl owned by German brother #2. For those that don't know.
I love Aldi. They even put their eggs in cardboard cartons ♥️
In the 70’s
There was a 2-for-1 sale on Joes a while back....
Aldi and Trader Joe's are both owned by the same parent company, Albrecht Discounts.
German Cabal billionaire family. I don't wanna know what shit is in their products. I don't trust these fuckers. I'm from Germany and I avoid Aldi most of the time. Local butcher, farmer's market, baking my own bread is my way to go. It's not more expensive, it's just more inconveniant.
Convenience and comfort are powerful drugs.
They are owned by 2 brothers.
I feel your pain. Joe Biden's America sucks.
Well supposedly Aldi’s has a lot “cleaner” ingredients in a lot of their food. Off name brands = less money.
I think most generics are the same foods as name brands. From the same production line. Just relabeled.
They might not have the same quality, though. The best example I can think of is frozen French fries. The generics have much more ends and broken fries than name brands. Name brands have more full sized fries.
Often times they are seconds or a company will negotiate to have a product from a Name Brand label it for their store brand.
Yup. I used to have a list of which name-brand products were the same as which generics. Foods, cosmetics, vitamins, dog food, cleaning products. I lost it, though. Bummer.
It was a real eye-opener when I first found it. Crazy that a product could have a 200% markup because of the name on the label.
Name brands relabeled.
I can't afford to shop ANYWHERE!
We shop at Aldi weekly and have been for many years. Go to Kroger's only for specials. Buy meat at Sams.
There has been more corporate cleanup happening even as we speak than what most people raise. This is a controlled demolition and go will go broke it’s just one of the covers

Maybe he wasn't talking to the women because he hoped we wouldn't comment on his post because we like to point out plot holes? 🤷
Grammar pedantry
I thought the same thing. Was going to say something then I got distracted by the post and comments.
Top 5 posts of 2023. There is a shift. I'm just saying if you plan a very well sting operation and you have all the good guys in the right positions, all the rules written, you really care only about finishing the operation, that BTW is so extended to require few years. They are in control, they don't even need another election to prove it. If biden is illegitimate by law we'll have 4 years of Trump without the need of any new election. You have to give back the diamonds, we can't go back in time. Period. It'll be only necessary to prove in a court of law, that could be military court of course, and they have to give back the win to Trump, that is not president he's the CIC, so Trump will be president again without any new election. Is inevitable and that's why NCSWIC
Very interesting… food for thought, thanks.
I'd like to apologize to you for mislabeling your post as being that of the Sovereign Citizen Movement. I was wrong to do that.
I should have been more specific and said that part of what you said (the part about your name being in all caps on your ID and signing your name on contracts) was the same thing those who call themselves Sovereign Citizens say.
I jumped the gun, wanting to prevent people from looking this stuff up and running with it without knowing that it doesn't work (the things that Sovereign Citizens claim, I mean).
The conversation resulting from that was just one misunderstanding after another.
Thank you to u/Space_Monkey for finally beating me over the head enough to get me to realize my mistake.
Again, I apologize sincerely. I promise to try to not jump the gun in future conversations.
No worries fren. If you ever want to discuss this topic I love talking about it and have a pretty good collection of literature on it that I can share.
Thanks for being kind while accepting my apology. ✌️
Well done! You have been very observant!

The YouTube thing is just part of the general Web 3.0ing. The reason why they cut the functionality is the same reason every social media service that used to just be made up of visible HTML pages now has landing overlays and spiders on every page badgering you to sign in - so you can see targeted ads.
Ads on the internet used to be like fishing - you set up an ad on a site that every visitor will see. You try and tailor your bait to the fishing hole, and serve your ad to an audience you think will bite. But now ads are heat-seeking missiles, or really more like a swarm of homing nanobots. These new nanobot ads pay way more than the old model, and every form of internet ad is paying out less than it used to. And Google has been an advertising company with some tech initiatives on the side for almost decades now.
The implication is simple: give us your brain data or suffer a "worse" UX
That is the best way I've ever heard targeted ads described. Bravo! 👏👏👏
PS, I'm totally stealing your description. 😁
Occasionally in all my verbal pickaxe flailing I strike upon a seam of something intelligent! 😊 Thank you, it is appreciated!
I've been on the Internet since it was text only. I find it difficult to believe ads are effective anymore. I know I completely ignore those I'm not already blocking. They don't even register in my brain anymore. Maybe there are a lot of people still vulnerable to them, but it's got to be micro fractions of total views. I know they sort of fund the Internet (although porn seems to largely exist without them) and I don't see a valid alternative, but I also can't see how much longer they can be viable, especially when many people can't afford to buy things no matter how attractively they're advertised.
...porn seems to largely exist without them??? Um... maybe you have ad blocker turned on and forgot, or you are using some bespoke fancy porn sites for gentlemen with handlebar mustaches, but ads are everywhere? However, those are still the classic "fishing" style ads - these still work because porn sites are about the only sites of such specific and marketable interests (sex and sex-adjacent products and services) to bring in such volume that this method still works.
Porn sites would love to pull a social media and make it so every user has to have an account, so tailored fetish ads could follow the user instead of having to rely on user tagging to put the right sexuality of porn ad on the right porn. But the vast majority of users want to leave zero lingering (digital) traces of their deed, and porn is too easy to make and distribute now for the industry to engage in "UX-fixing" like social media platforms did.
So here's the thing - ads are much much much less effective than they were. These are numbers just for example - let's say that back in 2004, your webcomic about gamers on couches earned you one hundredth of a penny for every ad view, and one full penny for every ad click. Today you may be getting closer to one hundredth of a penny for every click, and... a thousandth or something for every view? Ten thousandth? Point is, the rates have gone way down, because humans are not really the users in modern internet economics - we are the product.
The market has become flooded with product (users), causing the individual price of each product to fall. The selling point for advertising on the net underwent a painful transformation from "reach a small dedicated niche audience that inherently has some leisure capital to spend!" to "reach literally everyone on the planet who could possibly give you money". Millions of middlemen in the system went under and lost their shirts.
But even with all of that, Google keeps it up because making fractions of fractions of pennies adds up with their massive volume. Sites and blogs and channels keep it up because 1) might as well try and get a little pizza money for "free", and 2) the service you're using will probably put ads up regardless, so you really might as well. Advertisers keep it up because, well, this is now where everyone is.
Besides, it's not like classic tv or paper ads translated into direct trackable purchases. Even an internet that uses ads less than it used to still gives companies so much more better data than tv ads ever could, and that's even before they introduced the nanobot swarm.
As for how they could even be effective... well for one thing, the economy is a shell game. Funny money exists everywhere, and this is just one facet. But also, if you are the age you indicate than you are well out of the most coveted advertising demo, 18-35. You are no longer in the Socially Incentivised To Be Dumb With Your Money age bracket, your societal role (according to marketers) is to raise the next crop of 18-35 year olds.
And 18-35 year olds? They are depressed, they are certain the future is only going to get worse, and many of them came of age in a time where they were isolated and disconnected but had regular government cheddar rolling in, and only one place to spend it. The internet. And during that time they gave their brain data away (and many had already been doing that throughout high school), and now the nanobot swarm knows precisely how they would spend their extra income if they actually had a decent amount. So their own brain data can be used against them with algorithmic persistence. Buying a 12 dollar trinket gives them an opioid burst instantly, then another one when it arrives in two days, followed by a short sequence of decreasingly powerful hits.
This is much more enticing than "save up to have stability in a future all but guaranteed to be chaotic and unstable!" The kids know they'll never see a dime of all the social security they're paying into. They feel stuck and squeezed and like they are a commodity or product for techbro billionaires more than sentient individual beings, so might as well spend your vanishingly small extra income on shiny things to look at while waiting for the grave to swallow you. Bread and circuses, etc.
I did not mean for this to get that depressing, but this is where we are.
I was thinking just yesterday about how inconvenient it is to have to boycott so many stores and places. Then I thought, fuggetaboutit. We should just reverse infiltrate and take it all back. Target, Walmart, beer companies. Even California.
California, yes because it is so geographically blessed. The rest should settle out with free market competition, once we get out of clown world.
yeah, it does seem like there is a secret white hat op & we are winning
It's hard to grasp sometimes that it is our generation, here and now, that is alive for this.
When it first came out, someone here posted a Bible verse using those numbers that seemed to fit very well
1st three words, "I am grateful..."
Nice.
Has any reporter asked mushroom head why Biden renewed this at a press conference?
GREAT POST!
I'm not sure where this would have come from, but since it's so obviously untrue on its face, the source would be of some interest (if you have one and aren't just making it up :).
You should dive down the rabbithole of For The Claim of Life.
It details the legalities of capitalization and such technicalities.
Ex.: Your name in all capitals on your birth certificate indicates you are a ship at sea, thus under Admiralty law. You are a corporation.
😂😂😂😂 This is one of the stupidest things I've read in a while. Truly.
Give me one court case where someone has had a charge dismissed, or won a case, because their name was or was not written in ALL CAPS on anything.
I'll wait.
Yeah, this whole corporation stuff sounds like fake news. I think someone posted recently that they found no reference to the US Corporation in whatever 1871 (or whatever the date was) document.
I think much of it stems from people reading parts of the Constitution and other laws we have, seeing the term "corporation", and thinking it means "a business run for profit" instead of the other definition "a group of people working together".
And they kind of work backward trying to manufacture stuff about the US being sold as a company, or whatever the various theories are surrounding it.
: Russell-Jay: Gould. He should be made a saint, another something something nobody seems to know or care about
This is Sovereign Citizen Movement stuff.
And I have never seen anything they advise working in any court of law. Whenever I ask to be given the name of a case where someone won a case or had it dismissed due to their tactics, no one can do that.
But I have seen plenty of YouTube videos of Sovereign Citizens getting tazed, getting their car windows bashed out and dragged out of cars, getting their houses foreclosed on and get dragged out of them by sheriffs, losing custody of their kids to their exes, and get sentenced to contempt of court and generally getting thrown in jail for trying to use some of the stuff mentioned here.
So before going down this path because you (I mean the general "you" as in anyone that reads this, not to the OP here) think it sounds good, no court of law is going to make any decision based on whether your name is written in all caps or not. If you think you're going to walk into a court and have anything go your way using this nonsense, then you really should go spend some time watching other Sovereign Citizens do it on YouTube.
But, hey, maybe you'll be different from all the others and it will work for you. 🤷 I, for one, never get tired of watching those videos and welcome the new content you'll create on YouTube.
No one is saying to go around and try to get out of stuff by pointing out an all caps name. That is not how it works.
This is not "Sovereign Citizen", that is a BS term made up to deride researchers, much like "conspiracy theorist".
OP is explaining the tactics they use to confuse us and trick us into giving up our rights, which the courts can pounce on because we are too stupid to recognize these tricks and call them out.
So you like to watch vids of cops busting people doors and car windows for trying to stand up for their rights? What the hell are you doing here then, bootlicker?
Here's another, important reason that shows the problems with what the Free Citizens/Sovereign Citizens/Whatever They Want To Call Themselves spout.
It completely goes against everything we've been fighting for here in getting people to pay for their crimes.
The Sovereign Citizens (that's what I'm going to call them, I don't care if you get butt hurt over it) basically believe the government has no jurisdiction over us. (I finally remembered that stuff you/they believe concerning the definition/meaning of "jurisdiction".)
And that applies to ANYONE who wants to claim that they are "free" because :Insert whatever word salad they come up with to justify their reasoning here:.
So what would stop all these pedophiles from using this defense? Or Biden? Or Obama? Or the Clintons? Or any of the other people involved in all the sick shit that goes down?
What is stopping any of them from suddenly discovering that they are "free" and using all this jibber jabber about jurisdiction and strawmen and being "hillary of the family clinton" and all the other stuff that those in the know tell people to say in court?
So if the government truly doesn't have any sort of jurisdiction over us, how do we expect to have all these criminals we've been fighting pay for their crimes?
That's not what it means and that's not what I said.
Whoever it is claiming they can just do whatever the fuck they want with no repercussions because "jurisdiction" is an idiot and if that's what you think it is then so are you.
It is harm to another human being that makes the difference.
A statute violation is not a crime without a victim. Why is that so hard for you to understand?
I don't think that's what jurisdiction is. I'm simply repeating what Sovereign Citizens say.
So the only crimes that matter and people can be punished over are ones where someone physically harmed someone else?
So how do we prosecute Biden for financial crimes? Or try anyone for treason?
Or any of the other thousands of crimes Democrats have committed where they haven't physically harmed someone?
That's why we're talking past each other. It's a psyop like I said so you're literally arguing a strawman, no pun intended.
I never said the harm had to be physical.
Fraud is a crime because it is harmful to its victims.
Treason is a crime because if you are elected to a trusted position and betray that trust, harm most certainly occurs to the people who elected you.
Wait, are you saying that the people who call themselves Sovereign Citizens (and who have chat boards to discuss how to win court cases and get their mortgages waved and other such things) are psyops? That they don't believe what they say?
What about the people who go to court, claiming that they are Sovereign Citizens and the courts have no jurisdiction on them? For anything from a speeding ticket to running your car into a crowd and killing six people. You know the Darrell Brooks case, right? They're all not real?
Because I have spent quite a bit of time talking to people on those chat boards, and on Facebook (before I dumped it), and on YouTube, and wherever else they popped up.
And what you're saying now doesn't really line up with what I've been hearing from them for years.
You seem to be trying to make Sovereign Citizen stuff only about piddly ass things like getting pulled over for a broken tail light or expired tags.
And from my experience with all those people claiming to be Sovereign Citizens over the past, damn, almost 20 years now (god, I'm getting old), it applies to pretty much everything.
By any chance, was your experience in the court case you mentioned earlier because of a traffic or parking violation?
Edited to add: Let me give some context here.
In 2005 people who called themselves Sovereign Citizens broke into my family's beach house and declared it was theirs because it had been abandoned and was vacant. It was not our primary residence, so duh it was vacant in February.
They squatted in it until we found out and tried to get them out of the house. They pulled all the stunts they could to stay. Stunts which are shared on chat boards and Facebook groups that people like them go to.
We won in the end. Duh, because like I've said, their silly mumbo jumbo doesn't work in court. But we were left with tens of thousands of dollars in lawyers bills and much more than that in the damage they did to the house.
Not to mention the theft or destruction of irreplaceable family heirlooms that went back three generations.
So that's when my interest in, and extreme dislike of, Sovereign Citizen crap began. And I spent a shit ton of time learning about them.
And it's why I try to warn people when I see posts like the OP here. Because nothing good comes out of that cesspool.
So I'm not talking about people who call themselves "Sovereign Citizens". I believe that term is an oxymoron and what you/they've been saying is the same BS I sorted through for years too. It's all a pack of garbage meant to entrap people into making mistakes and getting into more trouble like you are pointing out.
It is the wrong approach.
Openly defying law enforcement and trying to skirt around by claiming whatever doesn't apply "because I'm sovereign" or some shit is idiotic, I think we can agree on that.
What I'm talking about is understand rights. Like the right to own the fruit of your labor. The right to privacy and property. The control system is based on robbing us of our rights by tacit consent. Attach a fictional name to a physical body, then treat the body as if it is the name. It's how they take taxes out of your paycheck without you even noticing. That's literally robbing you of your time and labor. That's just one example.
If you know what's really happening, you can correct the record and actually use the law to your own benefit. There's an incredible amount of information that has been hidden because the powers that be don't want people to know about it.
But to know what's really happening, you have to allow your mind to grasp the esoteric side of it, how and why it is set up the way. You have to speak the same language they do. It doesn't mean going and causing a big scene in the courtroom shouting phrases you don't understand.
Here's another example. This video has a pretty good explanation and also check out the other videos on the channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DcPvq_L-sNI
There are plenty of ways to stand up for your rights that are legal and will work. I have no problem with people standing up for their rights.
I DO take issue with people who believe they're special little snowflakes who aren't required to follow the same laws as everyone else. And who are delusional enough to believe they can ride around in cars with no tags, or expired tags and not be pulled over. And when they're pulled over and refuse to give the officer their name or license, and start in with the "I don't need a driver's license to travel." nonsense and they get forcibly removed from the car, yes, it makes me laugh.
I don't know where anything from Q says we're not subject to laws here. And I'm pretty sure Q isn't about anarchy.
Not agreeing with everything the government does doesn't mean that I think I'm not subject to living by the laws here.
If I did think that, I wouldn't have a problem with all the illegal stuff BLM protesters do.
There are plenty of legal ways to fight corruption in the system. Smart ways.
Stating that you're too special to obey the laws because your name is in ALL CAPS on government-issued documents and whatever pseudo-legal gobbledygook they use isn't legal. Or smart.
So yes, I do laugh at them. Just like I laugh at all the other stupid people.
What's that saying? Play stupid games, win stupid prizes? I don't identify with them simply because I don't agree with everything the government does.
Everything you've said here is parroting the strawman argument of "Sovereign Citizens" which is the psyop designed to entrap people seeking to learn how to defend their rights lawfully.
This goes deep.
Unfortunately a lot of people get taken in by bullshit and get in trouble for not knowing what they are doing. Yes, it happens. It doesn't make them wrong or deserving of what happens to them. Some people have spent years behind bars for nothing except filling out a form wrong or trying to keep custody of their kids. Is that justice?
If anyone actually believes that, they are an idiot.
If you live in Texas do the laws of California apply to you?
What about the laws of Canada?
What about the laws of District of Columbia?
When you go to court one of the first things they look at is jurisdiction. The plaintiff has to prove the court has jurisdiction over the parties in the case, and show evidence that the defendant committed a crime. The defendant does not carry the burden of proof.
Now, if you know how jurisdiction works, you should understand what people are trying to do when they say that such and such doesn't apply to them. It's not being a snowflake.
Why exactly does that matter to you? If my tags are expired does that harm you? Does it cause you distress?
So you endorse violence against peaceful people who refuse to identify themselves to road pirates. Got it.
I don't even know where to start with all this.
I'm sorry that I'm not using the correct pronouns, I mean, name for whatever the people who call themselves Sovereign Citizens want to be called. I originally learned about all that from David Icke's forum board called, "Sovereign Citizens", so I thought that was what they were called. Silly me.
I don't know where you're getting all this anti-law stuff being part of Q. Nothing I've ever read from Q said any of the stuff you're saying.
I even remember when we were all about "Blue Lives Matter" and the "Thin Blue Line".
And yes, I laugh at people whose mouths write checks their asses can't cash. Just like I laugh when BLM protesters get what they deserve. Are you going to pretend you're supporting all those BLM protesters when they don't comply with the cops and get taken down?
This is what I was talking about on another thread here today. The blatant hypocrisy. You back those people that I don't know how to identify other than Sovereign Citizens for not being sheep and "standing up for their rights" and not complying with law enforcement. But I will bet anything that you aren't on the side of BLM, who are doing virtually the same thing. Breaking laws and resisting law enforcement because they don't agree with the rules and laws we're supposed to all live by. They just do it without all the pseudo-legal gibberish.
Edited to add:
I 100% support people who are fighting against unjust treatment by the government. But I disagree with you on what is considered "unjust treatment".
I'm going to take a shot in the dark here concerning all the "jurisdiction" comments in your post. No matter what state, county, or city you're a legal resident of, you still must comply with the laws of other states if you are physically in that state. Even if you are simply traveling. I do not think it's unjust treatment for someone to be pulled over for traffic violations in States they are not a resident of.
But for people whose rights have actually been violated, I support them 100%. I think they have every right to defend themselves. In a legal way. And preferably in a way that will work. And all the stuff that is spouted by "That Group" DOES NOT WORK. And more often than not results in additional fines and time served.
But prove me wrong. Give me the name of a case that someone had dropped or won thanks to the tactics of that group that must not be named.
I'll wait.
When did I mention Q in my comment? I never claimed any of this comes from or is related to Q. This has been around since way before anyone knew about Q. I will say that being familiar with esoteric legal theories helped when Q came along, to understand the nature of the long term plan. The legal system as we know it is not the same system the elites use, and ours is mostly used for population control - to break up families, impoverish and imprison people all for corporate benefit.
I'm not "backing" anyone that you're talking about. I'm against power tripping cops that go after people for victimless "violations" of statutes that harm no one, in order to collect fees, ruin innocent people's lives, then act like they are doing something virtuous.
If someone acts stupid and crashes their unregistered car into someone else's property, they are liable for damages. The unregistered/expired tag is incidental and has nothing to do with causing the damage. It harms no one to simply have an expired tag.
The difference is that BLM is actually harming people. The people you refer to as SovCits, most of the time, from what I've seen, are not going around smashing windows and burning down buildings. They are people who just want to be left alone and want the government to fuck off.
You keep speaking of "That Group" as if its a single organization or ideology. I already told you it's a psyop - a little bit of truth mixed with bullshit, just enough to make someone dangerous but not enough to know what they are doing. They tag someone as a "sovereign citizen" and then they can do all manner of things to them because they are considered a terrorist.
I'll do you one better. Ask me. I went through it. I know plenty of people who have done it too. Do you know what happens when you win? Nothing. The case goes away, they sweep it under the rug. Do you think they will actually admit "yeah, you're right, we don't have jurisdiction to prosecute you, you win" on the record?! Hell no. They just say have a nice day and hope you go away.
You asked what I was doing here if I wasn't down with the Sovereign Citizen spiel. I'm here because of Q. Because this is a board for Q supporters. So, since this has nothing to do with Q, why is it here?
I don't know you. Why would I believe you?
Never said you had to.
But why'd you ask for a reference if you're not gonna believe me?
'all for corporate benefit'
fascism
I said on a thread a few weeks ago anytime anything becomes incorporated you are dealing with a private entity, not the official government enshrined in the constitution.,
There is no such thing. Breaking the law, crimes, all of that is corporate rhetoric. You cannot break or bend the law. You have to understand what commit means to know what "Committing a crime" really means.
Law is just the abbreviation of Land, Air and Water, as outlined by Genesis Chapter 1:26-28, where it says: And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
We have a constitution that is supreme authority over how government can interact with people on land. The purpose of government is to serve people. The government cannot be a victim because it is not a man or a woman. Only a man or a woman can be a victim.
Sorry anon, but like the assertion that proper names can never contain any uppercase letters, this is more imaginary linguistics. IMHO you should skip the crazy word stuff (like others have written that "currency" comes from "current + sea", proving we're under Maritime Law :). The errors are detracting from your excellent points about the US corporation and the executive order.
law (n.)
Origin and meaning of law
Old English lagu (plural laga, combining form lah-) "ordinance, rule prescribed by authority, regulation; district governed by the same laws;" also sometimes "right, legal privilege," from Old Norse *lagu "law," collective plural of lag "layer, measure, stroke," literally "something laid down, that which is fixed or set."
This is reconstructed to be from Proto-Germanic *lagam "put, lay" (from PIE root *legh- "to lie down, lay"). The modern word is thus a twin of lay (n.2) as "that which is set or established."
Rare in Old English, it ousted the more usual ae and also gesetnes, which also were etymologically "something placed or set."
In physics, "a proposition which expresses the regular order of things," from 1660s. Law and order have been coupled since 1796. To lay down the law (1752) is pleonastic (the "law" in the figure is biblical law, laid down from the pulpit). Poor laws provided for the support of paupers at public expense; sumptuary laws restrained excesses in apparel, food, or luxuries.
It is more common for Indo-European languages to use different words for "a specific law" and for "law" in the general sense of "institution or body of laws," for example Latin lex "a law," ius "a right," especially "legal right, law."
Indo-European words for "a law" are most commonly from verbs for "to put, place, set, lay," such as Greek thesmos (from tithemi "to put, place"), Old English dom (from PIE *dhe- "to put, place, set"), Lithuanian įstatymas (from statyti "cause to stand, set up, establish"), Polish ustawa (from stać "stand"). Also compare Old English gesetnes (above), statute, from Latin statuere; German Gesetz "a law, statute," from Old High German gisatzida "a fixing, determination, assessment," with sezzen (modern German setzen) "to make sit, set, put."
Words for "law" in the general sense mostly mean etymologically "what is right" and often are connected with adjectives for "right" (themselves often figurative uses of words for "straight," "upright," "true," "fitting," or "usage, custom." Such are Greek nomos (as in numismatic); French droit, Spanish derecho, from Latin directus; Polish prawo, Russian pravo (from Old Church Slavonic pravŭ "straight," in the daughter languages "right"); also Old Norse rettr, Old English riht, Dutch recht, German Recht (see right (adj.1)).

To expand on this:
Land: Common Law, Natural rights, The Constitution = "Law of the Land"
Air: Contracts, corporations, fictional entities, Commercial law = "Law of the Air"
Water: International law, treaties, mercantilism, military, Admiralty law = "Law of the Sea"
What has happened is basically the Law of the Sea is being applied on land and that is why they say the Constitution doesn't matter in court. The Constitution only applies in a Common Law court.
Satan is the prince and power of the air. Seems related.
