Why would they need a plane to re-engineer that? They can just look at the intel and plans our dual-citizen senators and reps give them. Far easier.
That skin coating, painting, and material on the jet exhaust are all top secret material that until i post this, no other country knows the detail about, even US allies (they got the “export version”). Russia can built better jet performance wise but stealth? They aren’t comparable in RCS. Su 57 still have 6x the RCS of F35 and 15x the F22. The coating and the nozzle exhaust are the only thing they still can’t figure out.
Depends on why he ejected. If it was a flight control failure and the jet was in level flight, it could have gone a long ways. If he squawked Emer before he got out, the FAA should know where it went down.

Yep, but the plane sometimes can go quite some distance before hitting the ground. I remember the time when a pilot got in a PIO (pilot induced oscillation) situation where the jet becomes uncontrollable. When he punched out the jet stabilized and flew for many miles.

Losing control of an airplane AFTER THE PILOT EJECTS is par for the course. They are not equipped with remote control. If the "mishap" was a failure of the aircraft onboard systems, that easily could include any transponder signals.

Unless it came down in the ocean, there's enough population on land in say a 500 mile radius of where it "allegedly" was ditched. Provided, it wasn't refueled midflight or gracefully landed remotely.

They found its debris field. End of mystery. You have an immense overestimation of how much popular surveillance is available when unpopulated land is involved. I once had fifteen acres of undeveloped land in a rural setting, and went out to it by myself just to look around. A five-acre portion was unharvested forest. I was in the middle of that when I realized that if something happened to me, my cries for help would not be heard by any neighbor...who would never have known that I was there. That was a creepy enough realization that I immediately got out of those woods and left for home.

Probably included as a "Thank You!" in the billions given to Iran ( but of course, THAT money can't be used for terrorism, nuclear weapons, etc.) If you are an American of ANY notoriety (journalist, politician, famous person), then you would be crazy to travel overseas right now, because this deal with Iran is essentially an open invitation to be arrested, or possibly kidnapped, by quite a few countries.
