Yeah, something is definitely up with the royals - this article on Kate was published recently about her not being seen since Christmas because she’s prepping for abdominal surgery.
Initially I thought it could be a little time off to recover from some cosmetic procedures on her face. But now I’m thinking there’s possibly more to it:
