I would love to see Ben Carson as the Surgeon General or as Health and Human Services Czar - his medical training is sorely needed to keep the WHO, CDC, etc in check against the plandemics - he would know the experts in the world. A smart, smart man who may be able to rework the medical insurance disaster caused by Obamacare.

I've always thought it would be Carson but I'm not too sure. I haven't followed Donalds too closely but he's been impressive from what I've seen. Gov. Dewine would probably replace Vance with a rino and Vance has said some nasty things about Trump in the past, though he seems to be fully MAGA now. He called Trump 'America's Hitler' back in 2017.
This is a movie with a lot of players. My vote is........Mike Pence. Gotta have someone in there who can take over if something happens to Trump AND who is read in on rhe Q plan. If Pence was a bad dude why would Q pick him as a vice President? Look beyond your hurt feelings and realize Pence was playing a critical role on the plan. He was forewarned that his electoral college decision would garner him a lot of arrows. He has the experience and thick skin.

I'm not completely sold that Pence is a Judas. If he wanted to truly screw over trump, he would have signed the 25th amendment when they were trying to do it. theres also a million other things he could have done.

Carson would be a sensible middle of the road choice. And at least tolerable to most factions of Trumps Base. And moderate enough at least as far as rhetoric goes to make a plausible shot an olive branch to the left. He’d be a decent choice to start sewing things back together domestically and helping the people rebuild their lives.
Some have ventured Flynn, Erik Prince, or another Military Leader. And treating any potential problem next term as a nail and wielding Executive Power including the office of the VP as a hammer.
The left treated him abominably during the 2016 run.

Trump can be a little more statesman like (not too much) and send out his pit bull to rip up the DS. It can be, but doesn’t have to be a politician. It should also make the left scared of taking down Trump.
I have someone in mind that would be very comfortable in that role, and not necessarily be focused on 2028. There are a few others, but 2028 would be in play. But they would still be focused on their role.
