Right now, he's sitting in a Florida jail, but the FBI has access to him, but I'm sure under careful watch, so they really can't do anything.

They do NOT have to turn him over to feds ... IF they are investigating their own charges (which they should, because feds do NOT have jurisdiction; state does).
I hope he is not allowed to share a cell with anybody. Plus, maybe he shouldn't be held in a jail cell, a posh room at a comfy Motel 6 might be the thing to keep him alive. Plus, will the FBI just bullrush the county jail and take him out of there with brute force, even against sheriff officers?

FCC Coleman is a big one but he's in the custody of the Sheriff's dept I think. If he goes into a Fed facility he will be killed so he doesn't talk.
