Our doctor has never questioned our decision to decline any "shots" (covid, flu, any of that BS). But he did comment once that he had sufficient participation in his practice that our declining did not hurt anything.

My pastor's mom was ok until she took the Covid vaccines. Granted that she is in her 90. My mom is 93. She is still sharp and cranky.
Our family does not get flu shots. For the first time in years, we got the flu this winter. My little guys ate it for lunch and were fine in a day or two. I had it and was rough for a day then rebounded. Meanwhile all the vax happy people in our social circle were out for WEEKS with the same strain. Make it make sense.
It doesn't make sense except for the fact that it is slow-release poison.
Can't even remember the last time I had the flu, never taken the vaccine either, thought it was stupid to get it if you're rarely sick. Nutrition, exercise, and a healthy lifestyle is key to keep from getting sick.
Last time I have the flu was when I was 23 or something like that.
I have not yet been able to meet my grandson (now 3 mos old) because I didn't get the flu shot. (Maybe someday soon my son and DIL will understand.)

When I was in the Army, it was MANDATORY every freakin year! I did my damndest to avoid them because I was ALWAYS sick as a dog for several weeks afterwards. I managed to avoid most of them, but there was one time my boss told the guys to handcuff me and escort me to the health clinic to get it so that the unit would have 100% participation. Yeah, that was one of the times I couldn't avoid it.
