... oh and hey check out this new "mrna drug" we have coming that can "cure" heart attacks.
So this articles theory kind of skirts around the 25th amendment. It understands the 22nd amendment blocks obama from being elected president, but he could still become vice president and then become acting president through the process below.
#2 in the article's "legal" path would not work as eloquently. The only person who can just pick a vice president is the president.
The more legal route would require the 25th amendment on biden (or he could just simply step down) thus elevating kamala to president. Then she could nominate obama as her vice president. He would then need to be confirmed in the senate by a simple majority. It would take only one rino to commit political suicide to fully confirm him as vice president. Then kamala could get the 25th amendment on her (or just simply step down) elevating obama to president unelected (avoiding the 22nd amendment) allowing him to serve as president until the end of the term. Oh and he gets to pick a vp.
Should the two dopeheads in charge of the executive not want to simply step aside, triggering the 25th amendment would have an incredibly high bar needing 2/3rds of congress (house and senate) should the process fully play out.
Not all banks and credit unions are the same - so do your homework. The one I use has no account minimums for the basic savings account. I also have two separate checking accounts. No monthly fee.
Many countries use the date format day.month.year (ascending order)
I personally like to use year/month/day/time (descending order)
So, even without mirroring 11.3, in many countires that would read as March 11th.
You lease a cell phone !?
That looks staged because it was staged. This is clearly from a movie and some one is just reposting it. I just don't know which one.
- Crowds don't run in a straight ordered line when being shot at.
- The audio is level balanced like a movie would be. It the "shooting" was really as close as the audio suggests then all of those people would be dead.
- No one in Ukraine dresses like that.
- Tank is foreground is from WW2. It's also not running.
- The explosion in the background was a cinematic explosion. If that was a real one it woudl have leveled that area with dirt and debris and pink mist all over.
Stand ground now and get stomped on while the whole world watches. Or leave now and get stomped into the ground later when no ones watching. While both options are painful, the first one is the win condition.
The biggest deterrent on modifying the ECU is the warranty voiding. The average person isn't going to risk voiding the warranty on a brand new vehicle. The small percent of people tuning cars doesn't eat into the manufacturer or dealer profits so it's not really on their 'radar'.
No one will ever be able to stop tuners doing what they do. Modern vehicles are nothing more than a computer with wheels and an engine. Like any computer, it will be hacked / datamined / reverse engineered. Even if "kill switches" (that's still a big if) are even implemented there will almost certainly be defeats.
If its anything like zoning where I live, the zoning board is all one family or friends of one family. They get to play "lord" of whatever village, town, city by controlling who gets to build what and where.
If you get on their good graces your odds of success are higher. Oftentimes lining their pockets with cash or favors goes a long way.
Sorry for not having a really good solution, just pointing out the problem.
Local elections are critical.
I guess we'll find out in 2030. But there has been a long history of companies in general saying they will stop doing 'X' but then continue to do it. Or promise to do 'Y' and do the opposite.
Companies care more about money than any social issues. If the sales/demand of gas engines remains high then they'll continue to make/sell them.
People have been and will continue to scream bloody murder about oceans rising, ozone increasing, acid rain, nuclear bad, running out of oil, etc.
Meanwhile, we just dig deeper for oil, we still use aerosols, acid rainstorms that melt your face and cause famine don't exist, and nuclear energy is probably the cleanest most reliable form of energy humans have discovered.
All that said , what is happening is the government has a noose around the neck of manufactuerers and a boot on the chair ready to kick. Constant mandates and regulations have strangled/stifled humanity from the start.
I don't know much about the guy. Good or bad ... I have no idea. Personally my trust is in God, not man. That said, you can tell how much a parent loves their children or grand children or life in general by how seriously they take health advice. So that is always nice to see.
People should start to realize the stores have no legal protection (from the state) when they toss people out of their stores for not wearing a mask. All it will take is a few people to start lawsuits for discrimination for being denied entry to a pharmacy or grocery store.
The EO that gave businesses in NYS the power to enforce masks expired last year. I understand some cities might still have city wide ordinances though.
This has been floating around in many forms even before the soon to be Supreme Court bench vaccancy.
Sure, it is possible. But extremely unlikely*. It would also require republicant support in the Senate.
*Currently Senate is 50-50 with kamala as tie breaker, if she goes then there is no one to tie break a controversial VP nomination. This could all change in the midterms if the dems pick up just one more Senate seat.
The BATFE hit polymer80 (and other retailers) with subpoenas for customer data on who bought build-a-kits for pistols. If I recall, all of the subpoenas were ignored.
It depends on the level of cooperation on the retailer, the severity of the item, and the quantity sold. Something that only has a few hundred sales would be easier to track down and confiscate than something that sold millions of units. A small mom & pop retailer might fold under a subpoena but a larger retailer would have resources to litigate it.
The court didn't rule that the mask mandate as a concept is unconstitutional. They ruled that the way in which Hochul enacted the mandate was unconstitutional.
Hochul never issued an Executive Order regarding a mask mandate for the "pandemic" or had it reviewed by the legislature, which is required by NYS law.
I believe the emergency stay is 'till Friday when the court will hear the letitia james appeal. If the court has any brains they'll strike down her appeal and uphold the decision. It clearly is unconstitutional the way hochul went about this. There was a law the legislature passed that requires governors to seek approval of the legislature to issue or update EO's & dictates (in regards to the pandemic). And it was passed while she was Lt. Governor.
This whole thing is about the manner in which the mandate was enacted, nothing to do really with the masks. If the court upholds the decision, hochul could still enact the mask mandate by going through the proper hoops according to NYS law.
The court is essentially saying here "you can't just tell every one to wear a mask and expect it to magically be a lawful order" which is what she did in regards to masks.
Great question. What you are referencing is the EO that cuomo made. He signed an Executive Order attached to the declared state of emergency regarding the pandemic that enables businesses to enforce masking just like they would for shirts and shoes. That has long since expired.
Please be advised that the COVID-19 Disaster Emergency declared by former Governor Andrew Cuomo, pursuant to Executive Order 202 issued on March 7, 2020, and each successor Executive Order to Executive Order 202 have expired as of June 25, 2021.
But, if you read carefully the court's decision here (which aparently not many people have), the court has found a problem with the way in which hochul enacted the mandate. She did not actually make an executive order, it was a decree; but every one fell for it. After cuomo was making EOs left and right the state legislature signed into law that all EOs and EO extentions regarding the pandemic need to be run by them, the legislature. hochul did not do that and thus this ruling. There is a good chance hochul will go through the proper hoops this time and the very democrat legislature will accept it and the mandate could come back.
A lot of lumber comes from Canada. But where I am from most of it arrives here via rail. From what I understand the rail and ports seem to be unaffected, only cross border trucking seems to be impacted.
I think your looking for the I-Mask+ Protocols ?
The Democrats have a majority in the House. They could pass anything they want in the House.
All but 9 Republicans voted 'No', 9 didn't vote at all. (even if they all voted 'no' they could not beat all the dems 'yes' votes)
The complication is that a lot of people will still be supporting ATT for their internet and phone service. Unfortunately, with ATT having nearly 50% market share, some people may have serious problems finding non-ATT alternatives to internet/phone/tv service.
I'm not sure if it's a Youtube thing or just a workflow thing. Some youtubers livestreams seem to stay up forever and sometimes others go away right after or soon after the stream ends.
RSBN's live streams, in the past, usually end and stay up for a few minutes then disappear. They get uploaded as a video some time later.
6G would presumably be the next wireless mobile specification after 5G.
8K is becoming increasingly popular replacing 4K for resolution.
It seems the meme is trying to convey the upgraded technology. As technology marches on, source material for memes are going to get much clearer and more lifelike. Also china has made an aparent breakthrough in what they call 6G technology.
While it is a really good anti-parasitic, it looks like the reason why it's useful in regards to the chinese flu (and other viruses) is that it acts like a protease inhibitor.
It might not be a full blown protease inhibitor, but it does seem to block a specific enzyme 'CYP3A4'. Interestingly hydroxychloroquine and grapefruit also block this enzyme (that's why some medicines have warnings against grapefruit usage). I am sure there is a laundry list of other things that also potentially block this enzyme.
The new drug coming out, paxlovid, now has similar side effects and warnings as protease inhibitors (ie don't take with statins, blood thinners, changes in insulin levels). This signals that the path "they" are going seems to be pointing towards widespread use of protease inhibitors as a therapudic. (which will have its own difficulties but that is another story)
tl;dr An enzyme (maybe CYP3A4) or process is being blocked, preventing the virus (and likely other things good and bad) to not be able to replicate/reproduce/function and thus not be able to spread.
^correction: I may be wrong about HCQ blocking cyp3a4 enzyme, it does block an enzyme(s) but it might be a different one. the above conclusion still seems appropriate though.
A vast majority of footage and audio prior to 2022 has Kiev pronouced as key-ev. Which is the historical Russian pronounciation of that city. You can hear it especially well in all the footage from the last time there was war in Ukraine and was invaded 8yrs ago
