Mostly optimistic, I think I was expecting Trump to come at them sideways with something less tedious and fact intensive, as they seem to be able to change the narrative pretty easily on the FISA stuff because it's so technical. This does NOT seem like FISA declass to me and it does not seem sticky worthy, as it implies misinformation. That is, it implies that this declassification is the acclaimed FISA declass. It is not.
