If you do not have allergies, start to quickly develop them - any allergies! It is an automatic medical exemption. For the moment, I think this will be the only way you will be able to legally refuse to participate. Employers have much leeway in deciding terms of employment. Therefore, with the help of your doctor, you need to get some kind of medical reason why you can't be jabbed. Otherwise, start looking for another job or make them sign a financial disclosure to be responsible for any and all damages you may suffer as a result of vaccine injury. Employees need to start holding their employer's feet to the fire on this. Insurance companies are refusing to pay for vax injuries. So, if they are going to force their employees to vaxinate, then they need to accept the liability.

If they don't cover you for these issues (maybe they will even state the vaccine is experimental) you can use that in your argument for not getting the vaccine. Or you can say "I will get the vaccine, but the company will have to cover my medical bill if there are complications.

I would add if management talks to you in person or on phone about it, record it. Tell them you are recording for your records & protection, in case this subject comes up again and they threaten to or fire you. Don’t give them the satisfaction of quitting! If you are talking about OSHA, they temporarily suspended a regulation talking about vaccination and injury from work.

If it's emails, find a way to get pictures/archives of those emails to a non-work computer. If it's fliers around the office, grab pictures of them or a video of you walking through the office looking at the signs.
If it ends up being a legal battle, first hand evidence of those emails I think would be a big help. Don't be bitter, don't lash out. Take it on the chin, collect your evidence, do your legal research, find someone to counsel you and, if needed/recommended, take 'em to court.

The jab is not an FDA approved vaccine, it is a serum that has an Emergency Use Authorization from the FDA. Human clinical trials won't finish until 2023 and later. If you want to keep your job, the best, most iron clad way is to secure a medical or religious exemption.
If you want a medical exemption, very specifically ask for an accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act, in writing. You'll need a doctor's note to back that up - due to allergies, heart condition, whatever you can muster.
If you want a religious accommodation, submit a request in writing for a religious exemption under the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Submit your reasoning (for example you're Catholic, the Vatican vehemently opposes abortion and the vaccine was developed using aborted fetal tissue - there are links out there somewhere that can help you prove this, so I've been told - and add, most importantly, that submitting to the vaccine would "violate your sincerely held religious beliefs") or whatever applies instead of my example.
Your company is required, by longstanding and commonly understood federal law, to provide exemptions under the Americans with Disabilities Act and for sincerely held religious beliefs under the Civil Rights Act of 1964. These two options are not controversial and have decades of case law to support them. Your employer should back down with one of these approaches.
