Different PCR ct counts for unvaxed and vaxed, different criteria for registration of a case as covid or not based on vax status. If they don't have them yet and are fully vaccinated, they may be spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on infertility treatments to no avail.

Genetically sequencing virus fragments is simple with modern equipment. It is not quite so simple to find a complete viral dna sequence to sample. I think this is part of the confusion. In virology, there is quite a bit of extrapolation involved in dna sequencing.

Are they able to isolate it without having to use overlapping PCR products, and then using a computer to further generate data with just more parameters? I don’t see any live samples here that were sufficient enough to produce the required data to analyze it without having to first amplify the initial results from the collected specimen.
How about we first look at some traditional methods of actual legwork instead of just using “Modern” methods that rely on copy and past digital enhancement. Yeah, the PCRs are faster but traditional ways actually grow and culture to something that doesn’t require a simulation of data.

When they report that the hospitals are at capacity, what they fail to report is that capacity is relative to staffing. If they have 20 covid ICU beds, it doesn’t mean 20 beds are filled. If they only have staffing for five beds, they are at capacity of five are filled. There has been a nursing shortage for years. Now, many hospitals are mandating the vax and staff are leaving or being fired. Hospitals are now severely understaffed, especially in places like FL and TX
