On the other hand, a person who perpetrates a heinous, terrible action, and intentionally evades the authorities to avoid punishment is evil, they do what they do with purpose and intent, they run away to not get caught so they can do it again, it has a control element. If someone can stop the action temporarily, or hide evidence of the action, it isn't about "I am smarter", it's all about not getting caught b/c they know full well what is being done will get them imprisoned or culled out of society.
