Rubieroo woke me up to the US sealed indictment system 12 months ago.
What I find most encouraging is that it’s yet another thing that Q brought to our attention.
They’ve been simmering in the background a few hundred a year. Now in the last 5 years the numbers are compounding ever higher.
Outside of here no one asks why.
Something, someone ,some entity must be responsible for this ‘ Anomoly’.
Chatter between liberals must have questioned it, conservatives have but in the mainstream normie world silence.
Do the Cuomo family go to bed each night oblivious to them or do they have sleepless nights wondering whether a past misdemeanour will catch up with them.
NOTE: Replace Cuomo with the US Democratic Name of your choice.
Cuomo is responsible for the deaths of over 10k elderly. He didn't resign in disgrace, he resigned so people would stop throwing flak his way. He unfortunately does sleep soundly at night.
Do we let our enemies walk through the front door?
YES. In ancient battles, the ONLY way to completely annihilate your enemy was to get them to push forward in the center while they are surrounded. Your center MUST retreat until the flanks have completely enveloped the enemy.
If you do not do this, then the enemy WILL retreat and scatter once they sense they are losing.
NOTE that once they realize they are completely encircled, they will fight like dragons. Your men must be ready for their ferocity.
Eventually, they will become paralyzed with fear and despair. At this point, the "work of death" begins as you slaughter them in large quantities.
Play it right, and you can kill every last one of them.
Note that you must decapitate their army first. The generals are there to prevent falling victim to this tactic.
Gettysburg was a different scenario. Rifles and artillery change the scale of the battlefield. The assault was an attempt to gain a favorable position on the flank. Had they succeeded, the entire Northern position would be in danger. The dynamics of the Civil War made it desirable for the South to get a decisive victory, while the North simply had to hold together and outlast them. This, the South had to take the hill.
I am thinking more along the lines of ancient battles where encirclement was the outcome. This happens in modern warfare but at a much larger scale. We call it "cutting off supply lines" and such.
Awe. I see. I did understand what he was trying to achieve, and considering the disadvantage of the North having the high ground and Longstreet's objections, his decision is a true conundrum and so very un-Lee like. I thought perhaps he was pulling on some ancient battlefield wisdom. Like Patton. Thanks. Married to a Civil War nut. Visited Andersonville on my honeymoon. My knowledge is based on forced osmoses.
I spent (before moving to TN) the last decade living near Antietam, about 12 miles away. Really got into the history of all the nearby battlefields & took a LOT of pictures. To say the whole area is haunted is an understatement.
Frederick? And, yes. Ghosts. Same with Gettysburg and we are close to Point Lookout and the locals have amazing tales to tell. Took the boat there many times and no denying an off atmosphere near the lighthouse.
Obama indictment coming based on “change we can believe in” note, sounds like to me. Biden too. If you listened to Trump’s interview with Glenn Beck he talks about how it went allll the way up to the highest level (Obama at the time) and the Vice level (Biden). He really emphasized vice and I swear Trump almost chuckles when he says it - certainly a double meaning there, too.
"The 25th Amendment is of zero risk to me but will come back to haunt Joe Biden and the Biden administration. As the expression goes, be careful what you wish for," Trump said, reading from prepared remarks.
Nothing more than good speaker. The marxist table had been set so to speak by the globalists, media, institutions and Hollywood. Decades of marxist propaganda on race set the stage for an obama. His skin color was the coup de grace to the sensibilities Americans should have used to know he was otherwise completely unqualified for the highest office in the land. But liberals and middle of the road independents ate it up and the chance to slay their white guilt by electing the first black man. Evil genius really.
I can’t even classify him as an ave speaker....umm, now folks ummm ahhh, I, me my, mine, hundreds of time per speech. Reagan had wit, timing for impact. Obama was a zero in every way.
Wow, thanks. What great hopium. It explains why it had to be this way. The plan is running. And, they know NCSWIC. It makes sense that they wanted the chaos. They would have had an easy time making us out as the terrorists. Now the nation will be able to see who the real criminals are.
I love he addresses that the indictments have already been done which means the investigations are done and that's why we are seeing the drip drip. There is no way Durham just started this investigation and I have to laugh at people who think he is just getting to the parts that have been released. They wouldn't be releasing information if they were still in the investigation phase. Come on people, get with it.
As always, great post! But I have questions. Who are these grand jurors? If they are hearing evidence and finding cause for all these sealed indictments then there is a compliment of people who know who’s names are sealed, right? And if so, how is it that none of those grand jurors are talking?
Opsec of a very superior kind.. NO LEAKS in all the years Grand Juries have convened-imagine being on one of those Grand Juries!! talk about being based!!
I worked with a guy who’s a Federal Grand Juror. Based doesn’t come close to describing how stable he is. After certain cases he would tell me some things. He had the go-ahead by Management to take time-off whenever required, and was usually gone for at least a week every two months or so. Really Patriotic 🇺🇸
They're not talking because they want to live and they want their families to live. Start putting names together with crimes to the wrong person and you'll see families get killed wholesale.
I'd have to look more closely at the spreadsheet. It could be that some counts are just total cumulative counts from when this site started counting, which seems to coincide with when Q started posting. It could also be it's a total current (non-cumulative) count of ALL sealed cases, but my guess is that's still too large. If people are tying this to Durham then my guess is, and I'm not familiar with sealed cases or anything lawyerly, we probably only want to be looking at criminal cases.
Ok thanks, I was trying to look into it because my Dad brought it up. I told him I didn't think it mattered because this is likely to take place in military tribunal
Yes and no. The statute is met if the indictment is returned within the applicable time frame. When the indictment becomes public or unsealed is not relevant. So it's not really a "bypass" if that makes any sense. The charging indictment is what needs to happen before the statute of limitations runs.
A very helpful post. In the years since indictment counting became popular, I've seen a couple of other posts that said there were other types of sealed documents such as divorce settlements which were being confused with sealed indictments, leading to overcounting indictments. To what extent do you think that is true?
I don't know where I placed the file, but there was a reddit user (ironically anti-Q) who was a lawyer and got into that very debate. You might be able to find the thread if you search for it. It was a reddit post where Q-hating shills were trying to discredit the "sealed indictments" idea. It's about 2 to 3 years old. The lawyer went into the details (unintentionally disproving their claims and not even realizing it) that 95% of indictments are CRIMINAL.
I believe one term he used was "sealed matters". However, this is only from my memory at the moment. Even he admitted that there was an extraordinary amount of sealed matters at the time. This was a post from 2-3 years ago. It has grown since then.
Can you imagine the look on his face when he came to the realization that he redpilled himself?? 🤣 Just one small reason our hard work is worth it in the end. WWG1WGA! thanks for the stellar Q post as usual good sir!
That seems about when I would have seen it, seems like it was on r/TD or TD.win. It was quite well written but not so well received because readers couldn't believe, or didn't want to believe, that all those sealed documents didn't pertain to spygate. I didn't save it.
No, it was never on any pro-Q forum (not the one I'm talking about). I saw it on a rabidly anti-Q forum where they were desperately trying to debunk the sealed indictments. They ended up debunking themselves and didn't even realize it (which was hilarious to read). They are trying to believe that sealed indictments are just things like "speeding tickets". This is the same crowd that probably went on to triple mask.
Are all those sealed indictments about Spygate? No, of course not. There are many other criminal matters, but even the lawyer on that anti-Q site admitted that even two years ago there were an abnormally high amount of sealed indictments. Even he could see that it was far higher than it should be. It's only grown since then. Along with shills desperation to believe nothing is happening.
The problem is that no one is clearly defining what they count as "part of the Deep State". Do you count the criminal arms (drug and human trafficking and hit men) side of the DS? Do you count indictments against Antifa and MS-13 criminal elements (arms of the DS)? If so, then a lot of those indictments would be against members of the criminal arms.
If the definition is only politicians and ceos and media figures then you narrow what are indictments against the DS.
Also do they only count Durham's indictments? There are many indictments happening outside of Durham's massive investigation. So when people talk about the number of Sealed Indictments they really need to define who they mean by "Deep State". Who are counting as part of it? It's a rather massive structure that's being dismantled.
Do they mean the number of Durham-only sealed indictments?
In reading through this post, I was wondering if the people on the grand jury could be military people?
Maybe one of the meanings of "military is the only way"?
It's been kept so quiet and nothing has leaked and I was wondering if it's because the grand juries were comprised of military members or does it have to be a jury of "your peers"...meaning civilians?
I don’t know, but I reason that Grand Jury members do NOT have to be a “jury of your peers” because they aren’t actually pert of your trial. The Grand Jury can’t convict you, they can only decide that there is enough evidence to indict you. From there, it would go to trial, where you have a chance to defend yourself in front of a “jury or your peers”.
According to a five-count indictment unsealed Thursday, FBI agents interviewed Danchenko several times between January and November 2017 as they attempted to vet the materials.
That's how those arrests work. You arrest the person before you unseal in order to prevent them from trying to escape.
How many sealed Federal Indictments are there currently? I saw a number somewhere about a year ago, but have not seen anything or even heard anything since? Does anyone know? Serious question...
Who is serving on the grand juries? How do they stay quiet, cuz they would have heard all the evidence and know who is being indicted. Can they go to prison if they talk about what evidence they heard? There must be thousands of people around the country who have served on these grand juries.
Greetings.... I see you've been here on GAW for 79 days at this time. Quite a few of us have been on the Q Train almost since the beginning in 2017 and this is old news to us. To answer your question, there is a DOJ website (at least I think it's DOJ) that lists all the sealed indictments by state. Here is an old pic of the table in 2018:
https://operationq.pub/media/950ffc514becbcf660641ded72f1e8b44af9cb059a9b3b36f4946a88c0a5109d.jpeg
The list grew and grew after this posting in Q drop 1659. Also look at Q drop 2072, where it cites over 50,000 sealed indictments.
I wish I had the time to track down the site showing the current status of sealed indictments, but I am on the move today.
Perhaps some other anon knows where that page is and can post it here.
There's a system called PACER that lets you look at how many indictments there are around the country. There are also people that keep track of the numbers.
Terrific post! You answered so many of my questions! Thank you! Much love to you❤️
Rubieroo woke me up to the US sealed indictment system 12 months ago.

As all sociopaths do.. 😒
He does not sleep soundly.
We hear you breathing
You must hear my swamp ass.
Ah, the source of all UFOs... 😁
I would hope you are right, but I believe otherwise--he is despicable and probably has no thought about what he did, or what he does after he does it.
Why would he not sleep soundly?
cause its cold and damp where he's at.
How many are there now in PACER? I 'member when we were agasp at the pace of the rising numbers back in 2017.
I believe this site pulls them from PACER:
https://bad-boys.us/
If you select the "Sealed" button and scroll to the bottom it says there are 7,722 remaining sealed CR (criminal) cases.
Thanks!

Lee at Gettysburg? Is this the answer to the question oh why Pickett's charge? Man, I need another lifetime to learn what I have missed.

Excellent and entirely appropriate analogy fren. Reminding us the great awakening is a military operation is a good way to bring focus to events.
Obama indictment coming based on “change we can believe in” note, sounds like to me. Biden too. Didnt Trump say something like “ be careful what you wish for it might come back to bite you” when they trumped up the impeachment.
Think so, at Alamo. He was talking Impeachment 2 and calls for Pence to use 25th amendment to remove him from office.
"The 25th Amendment is of zero risk to me but will come back to haunt Joe Biden and the Biden administration. As the expression goes, be careful what you wish for," Trump said, reading from prepared remarks.
I still wonder what happened during the 85 min that Joe invoked the 25th to get his colonoscopy.
There are many levels higher than hussein. He was literally just a good speaker. Take away the teleprompter and he's a fucking idiot.
Nothing more than good speaker. The marxist table had been set so to speak by the globalists, media, institutions and Hollywood. Decades of marxist propaganda on race set the stage for an obama. correct, this goes up to the hidden hands whose names we don't see everyday. Higher than Soreass....the black nobility

imagine being a lib on the grand jury and getting red pilled on the daily.
They're not talking because they want to live and they want their families to live. Start putting names together with crimes to the wrong person and you'll see families get killed wholesale.
That's a good point. Where do federal jurors come from? If they come from DC, that might explain the weird security presence there.
Durham is driving the Bus! NCSWIC. Nothing!
Excellent Post SS. As usual you never disappoint. Anyone know what the “count” is now? Last I heard over 300K?

Gotcha. Tx for this. 👍🏽
I'm hoping that the first arrests are media dirtbags.
Is this how they can bypass the statute of limitations?
Many of the crimes involve NO statute of limitations..i.e. murder/genocide, etc.
Ok thanks, I was trying to look into it because my Dad brought it up. I told him I didn't think it mattered because this is likely to take place in military tribunal

Maybe the settlements with with a certain minimum amount of assets and money in the bank.
Supra, this is fantastic work!
Thank you, this is excellent!
This is good, and as usual leads me to ask more questions.
How have corrupt prosecutors or judges used sealed indictments?
Consequently, how many sealed indictments are corrupted or illegal?
Does it matter? Is there a way to self-correct the sealed indictment?
Interesting that Q said "Unity and Change". How similar to Obama's slogan of "Hope and Change".

What indictments have been unsealed so far? List?
Do you mean specifically from Durham?

Micheal Sussmann

Here is just one of many articles on it if you dig. I encourage you to make your own list and dig up the information yourself.

Very well done, thank yoU! Would be a good Sticky
u/SemperSupra, do you know what's the latest tally on the sealed indictments?
Looks to be 270325. Thanks to u/ToeBlake34 for providing the link.
