It's more of an issue for jilted lovers. He gets a picture of her doing all sorts of dirty things. They break up. He threatens to send a picture of her deep throating him to her new employer. Or threatens to show doggy style pics to her parents (who might not approve of the interracial element). Or threatens to reveal the pics from that party where there were four guys from the football team... you get the point. That kind of thing. It happens. Especially with the younger generation which have been inculcated with "sex positive" education encouraging them to try out any and all types of kink. And they seem to think they need to record everything on their phones, or they're took drunk to stop their partner from recording it, or too high, etc.
Of course common sense says don't do anything which you would be ashamed to tell others about, but bedroom activities push the limits on that kind of advice.
I only know of Hunter Biden who allows himself to be photographed smoking crack and diddling underage children. Most others that make that mistake usually end up in prison.

Context is key. He's talking about revenge porn where after a break-up one partner blackmails the other with the sex pics they took while they were together. It's despicable and should be a crime if it isn't already. It's not a new issue either. It's been an issue on college campuses and among young people for at least a decade.
