What if the content of R_v_W isn't as significant as we think and it's moreso about states rights getting a SCOTUS precedent? I know some things are happening in AZ and TX where the GOP is rejecting the 2020 results so maybe this entire ruling was just to give more legal ammo to the states when they start challenging the results of 2020. That would explain why RvW gets the ball rolling finally and is the 113 marker. "Once 11.3 verifies as 1st marker" and why it "had to be this way". States rights needed to be brought to the fore before the election can be corrected.

This is surely a bi-directional strategy, to break up the Federal stranglehold while simultaneously building up the states and localities. I can't help but feel that it's also the only way the Convention of States will be possible.
Was just going to say this.
These are the two reasons the demons are so upset.
Loss of Federal slush funds for them and reinforcement of the states’ individual powers.
Exactly, Wasn't it just a couple weeks ago that some eejit said that the federal gov't is higher than the states?
I think that people are missing a couple of things with the convention of states:
(1) Do we really think that people of integrity, honor and total have any decent knowledge of the Constitution and the rest of the Founders' writings? This would be the perfect opportunity for the slimy snakes, with their BAR lawyers, to steer or take over such a convention....and bye bye Republic.
(2) Virtually NONE of our public servants know and/or care what our Constitution says and why it says it. They violate their oaths of office just as soon as they've sworn that oath. So, changing our Constitution--a very dangerous move--is going to THEN make the snakes in public office obey the Constitution?
A convention of states MIGHT be a good thing at a later time but I see it as a very easy way to finish the takeover of this country. They make it sound so good, as though changing words is going to make things "right". This, I think is a sweetly baited trap for well-meaning but still-ignorant Americans who desperately (and rightly) want to set things right.
We have been heavily infiltrated and are infested with the worst of the worst and I can guarantee that they're very adept at hiding their true intentions. Satan is oh, so deceptive.
^^^^^This should be the top comment here, IMHO.
We dont need a convention of states.
We only need states to take their rightful position over the federal govt.
AND the people to learn what they were never taught about their rightful place and power to take back their towns and counties, ensure that we have truly constitutional sheriffs--they're as ignorant as the rest of us, and take back the committeeman process which was stolen from us by the parties....It 's our duty but how many of us have any idea at all what to do?
I'm learning as fast as I can.
Those are words I love to hear.
So they never reverse bad policy, just push more bad policy under guise of good intentions.
No, read what poster is saying. If you give the asshats in charge right now the ability to gut the Constitution, they will gut the Constitution. The protections provided by the Constitution are the only things keeping us from having a full blown tyrannical dictatorship.
Dude, I think Act of 1871 created a corporate placebo constitution that allowed for 13th-15th+++ amendments.
They will fuck up now because they will not clean up all the mess Act of 1871 made so that the US can go back to its original constitution that has been dormant ever since.
They wont cleaning up because they are bankrupt and it's way down on their priorities list. They'll just disband as an institution. Broken up maybe as a monopoly which it certainly is. And try to reform infer some new mask.
That's a great insight. Let's calm down, get rid of as many snakes as we can and concentrate on our own state's abilities right now.
And satan has a lot more lawyers than we do.
We do not need to have a convention of States. If we had one of those then all bets are off. you can bet the bill of rights will be mostly gone.
"We do not need to have a convention of States."
You're right. If one were held, you can bet that the delegates would mainly be selected by local democrat machine organizations.
I thought that was a Constitutional Convention, or are they the same?
And for the people to be active at the conventions not the leftist trolls.
Multi front war against the DS. This will divide their resources - while they fight to restore their federal right to human sacrifices, their support for election theft, riots, etc is dwindling.
It sure does confirm future direction
The fed.gov only exists because of the agreement between the States that created it. Hence, the States (and therefore We The People) are the rightful masters of the fed. Not the other way around. It's high time we got back to that and slay the leviathan that the fed has become. Literally rip out its teeth and talons.
AKA the 10th Amendment
If we take back our towns & counties and once again control the committeeman process, WE get to choose whose papers are walked to get onto the ballot. It was always the responsibility of we, the people, to do that AND then to watch carefully what each and every public servant does that came from our towns and counties. Elected public servants (probably with a few exceptions) will never police themselves. We KNOW what power does and there are always people ready to threaten, coerce and/or pay off weak public servants.
Consider how a county, with a strong constitutional sheriff, can respond to state or federal crap. This is how it begins, from individual to family, to neighborhood, to town, to county.
NO !!! - R_v_W being overturned is important on its own merits because it was bad law that created a right not spelled out in the Constitution and eroded states rights by doing so.
The election issues need to be addressed by demonstrating that the methods used to steal the election violated state election law. The precedence has already been set by previous SCOTUS decision so the cases would be slam-dunks if they are presented correctly. For example, if drop boxes are not in the local election laws then any ballots collected that way are illegal. Period. If mail-in ballots are not in state election law than any mail-in ballots are illegal and should not be counted. Period. If signature verification is required by state election law but was not used or ballots that had no signature were counted, those votes should not be counted. Period. If mail-in ballots need to be post marked by election day than any ballots received with a post mark past that date should not be counted. Period. Each issue needs to be addressed individually in court and boiled down to its simplest form - did the election procedure violate state election law. The problem is corrupt local judges and a lack of will by many to keep arguing the case to get it through the various layers that could then put it before the SCOTUS where it would have a national imnplication.
Isn't it interesting how, for 50 years, many believed that the feds had the right to put their blessing on abortion. Not only was that a wrong decision by the SCOTUS BUT the people should have all but rioted at that time--it is and always was murder of an unborn child. Since they did not, this color-of-law decision stood. Now that the decision is rightfully going back to the states, they get to decide whether stupid, evil women have the "right" to murder an innocent and voiceless life. I hope there are enough strong, Godly people who will stand up in the filthy blue states against continuing this satanic practice.
Blue states have entrenched voter fraud like masshole so it won't matter if the people wanted it changed....you wouldn't know.
Yes, I am a masshole but I believe the fraud is everywhere, just worse in this hellhole.
Maybe that is why the scotus pushed off the election lawsuits till they could get this done...
No - they didn't take any of the cases because they wanted to live.
holy shit man
See this right here is what this thing really was about. Not the mean conservative christians trying to shit on the rights of crazy bitches.
Got chills when i read this, like a lightbulb went off. This could quite easily be a big part of a larger move
Agreed
This makes sense. The states wake up to their true power. These are the United States, not a monolithic Federal State. Once Americans understand this, things can proceed apace!
We are the United States....not the untied states
This on top of the New York 2A ruling that applies to all states as well, they seem to be gearing up for something.
The ball is rolling
Hmmm 🤔 interesting theory ..
Wow man what a great point of view.. really gets you thinkin like this whole RvW thing was just the precedent for the states to have more power to challenge the election
It take a lot of money, planning and time to control every locality. Federal control was a dream come true for the cabal. Now no more.
It should 99% be states' rights. Remember the quote from National Treasure?
"Before the Civil War, the states were all separate. People used to say "United States are." Wasn't until the war ended, people started saying "The United States is." Under Lincoln, we became one nation."
The Founding Fathers meant for us to be separate states united federally. We were still one nation when threatened but each state took care of itself for the most part. There was no Federal nanny state.
I love that idea. Thanks.
RvW was the work of Satan and Friday's ruling was the work of Jesus. I don't think there's any misdirection, I think it was a loud and direct statement that Christ will be more prominent in our society.
Let me preface this with "I know nothing about the law".
While it seems a good example for states rights not sure it set any precedent for states rights.
Wasn't 11.3 tied to Podesta Indictment?
Perhaps I'm not sure. It was also surmised to be a chapter in the Law of War. Can anyone but Q claim to know for sure?
The precedent for states rights was set in the 10th amendment. Pretending like we needed RvW overturned first doesn't make sense, at all. SCOTUS even looked at a case based on state rights after the election and told the American people to go fuck themselves and that we didn't have standing to challenge our own elections. If they're going to flip flop on this it'll just make them more illegitimate than they already are.
Then how was Roe ever passed if it violated the 10th amendment that was already in place? Why wasn't it overturned sooner if it violated the 10th amendment which was already in place?
The answer to that is they didn't have a case in front of them that they'd vote for. All I'm saying is the RvW case didn't have to change if they wanted to make a ruling on the election. I also have a hard time understanding "why it had to be this way", so take my opinion for what it's worth to you. The idea of making good people suffer because we have to wait on the lost to wake up is lost on me.
The public attention span is that of a goldfish, civics is no longer taught in schools, and we have a hostile media and a shadow gov actively fighting us. Anything to bring state's rights into the public psyche, esp with a case as big as Roe which is penetrating left wing echo chambers because of nonstop coverage in the left wing media is moving the ball down the field. Sadly it doesn't matter what you or I think - the collective sway of public opinion will matter in the long run. Racking up more and more victories for states rights will start to hammer the concept through some thick skulls.
Or mandates.. states rights in general. In fact, i seem to remember that we've had this conversation as a blossoming nation before..
This entire awakening is about states rights.
We are arguing against cadavers - Walking Dead. Is it even worth it? Well they had states rights for “kowviiiid nine taaaeeen” just like what prompted the American Civil War, basically. “States Rights”. Except, the American Civil War was actual GENOCIDE in motion. No Southern went North, no Southern wanted to fight, but they invaded and the faux hero, actual MASS MURDER of Slaves - watching them die and drown, starving women, children, elderly who they chose to face while RUNNING AWAY FROM BATTLE…RAN AWAY…from the reason they were even there in the first place…the weakest move, not smart. Despicable. Democrat. Did NOT fight, just raped / murder / loot / pillage. Burning ATL WAS THE SAME as 2020, just a couple of lifetimes apart. We can see who is a failure and traitor, now. They need to be on a “town hall” debate their issues. They’d get beat down every time. 2A comes just before r v w did, and I can’t find any violence or their gay humping anywhere. NOW, isn’t that saying everything without a word? If anyone wants to die for the right they have NO CLUE they’ll ever need; to kill babies, then let them. Stupid is as stupid does. That’s why they want 2A gone, they can’t cheat, they can’t win, they can’t get their way, they can’t plan violence because they’ll never know who the ccw people are among them. They’re scared to death, and if anyone wants to put their life on the line for an issue LIKE WE HAVE BEEN FOR 7 YEARS, then you’ll see who and what is truly important and sensical. People in menopause and lesbians are always pissed and protest anything to get the demons out. 👀 Men just do it because their are groups of girls. Not smart because they hate men. They can walk away into fire along as well for being stupid and left. Then what’s left? THERE WILL BE NONE.
you all got it wrong
it's about the privacy thing RvW set as precedent.
They had to get rid of it so the vaxx mandate cases can be dismissed by SCOTUS in the future
it's a trap
Explain.
Roe v Wade was never decided based on morality or choice.
It was decided because of a non existent "Right of Privacy" that does not exist in the Constitution.
This imaginary "right" is a legal stumbling block for a federal Mandatory Vaccines push.
Furthermore, all the talk about how the current SCOTUS abortion case will somehow overturn Roe v Wade is conditioning the public to accept a faulty premise ... the same way the Gay Marriage License case somehow made Gay marriage legal in all the states automatically.
What happened in the gay marriage license case in SCOTUS was more trickery. That court case was about whether or not one state had to recognize a same sex marriage license from another state. Even if the answer is "yes" (according to SCOTUS), this by no means automatically meant that all states must ISSUE same sex marriage licenses .... it only meant that it had to recognize one from out of state.
Yet, somehow ... magically ... that one court case forced all states to ISSUE same sex marriage licenses.
The same type of trickery will be used here. The Mississippi Abortion case will be upheld and will amazingly somehow kill Roe v Wade. The Right Wing Christians will celebrate.
And then ..... one or multiple Vaccine mandate court cases that have been blocked recently will ... in perfect timing ... be heard by SCOTUS ... now without a troublesome "Right to Privacy" precedent.
Now ... there is no My Body My Choice ... now there is no right to your bodily autonomy and privacy ... and SCOTUS will now have the "legal" moral authority to allow Vaccine Mandates on a federal level.
IT IS A TRAP.
and the fact that NO RIGHT WING PUNDITS are talking about this analysis ..... only shows you how the fix is in.
Or its just something to distract people from the economy
