I suspect, as many of you do I'm sure, that after the '20 election debacle, justices were met by men in black suits.
I can't say with certainty what I would do if some stranger showed up and showed me a picture of my child and said "We know where little Jimmy goes to school. Now there was no election interference, right? RIGHT?"
But if that had happened, I can say with absolute certainty how I would rule on this case.
I can tell you first hand this is exactly what happened to me, when I took highlevel evidence to the NY JTTF, within weeks of 9/11... "I have kids at home, I can't do anything with this"...but at least he helped me find a way forward, surreptiiously.
When indisputable evidence of extreme criminal corruption involving high level politicians, foundations, media, corporations and secret society alliances connected to Wisconsin and other key swing states was provided to top enforcement officials, the witnesses and whistleblowers, including their families, were targeted. Some had their lives destroyed, others disrupted, others threatened, and some ended up dead.

Some field agents at regional branches who were made aware gave not-so-subtle hints as to how deep the corruption went and why they could not investigate or get approval to.
The boyfriend of one of my cousin-n-laws was the guy that reported to the authorities that there were no windows in the jets that he say in NY on 911, and I think he got maltreated too.

Just look at the GA govenor who's daughter's boyfriend (and aide to Loffler who was facing a run-off election for senator) was killed in a fiery crash shortly after the election.... The same day Pence was holding a rally for Loffler.

Even though the case is against the EPA, a broad ruling could apply to EVERY federal agency. It's possible that SCOTUS rules that congress doesn't have the authority to delegate its own authority to federal agencies. They actually have to make all the laws themselves. This would gut the federal government over night and be the biggest win for states rights in basically ever.

Federal agencies are effectively the Legislature (which is accountable to the People) outsourcing law-making to unelected bureaucrats. if all the bureaucracies running our lives through "rule and regulations" are found unconstitutional..... imagine the opportunity.

The EPA comes up with all those rules about what can be built and where, so, for example, where I live they were going to build a 70-floor high-rise building, but the environmental agency comes out and tells them that they have to cap the building at 58 floors or the shadow on the river will cool the water down too much and potentially harm the fish. So, the whole building has to be redesigned after it's already 2/3 built.

Think about it, we are subject to so many laws and things that NEVER went thru congress as a,result of these agencies. So essentially taxation without representation. FAUCI, CDC, FDA... these people aren't elected and can serve for decades making them the definition of deep state and answerable to no one

Iirc this is the one that basically says unelected agencies cannot dictate policy. So if they go down, potentially SEC, ATF, IRS, etc will all come down too.

Now it makes sense why the RvW decision was allowed to be leaked. Imagine getting all the people chanting "My body my choice. I want to kill as many babies as I want. No choice no sex, yada yada" to now say - "OMG, there is something far more important than RvW that we have to fight. Lets regroup and protest the EPA ruling".

So what exactly happens to existing regulations/laws if it were deemed that all or most federal agencies were unconstitutional? Would it all just dissolve, or would Congress start voting on which 'existing' legislation would remain active?
My guess, at first it will appear that nothing changed. As each agency is challenged in court the agency will back down just before the Supreme court hears the case.
That's it the way they always play the game. I think this time their goose is cooked. I am thinking that a massive amounts of lawsuits are headed their way.

The vaccine mandate "authority" comes from the CDC which does not have regulatory authority, but it is a federal agency under Dep of HHS. Can the CDC be dismantled if the EPA goes down. Oh please.
The mandates are instilled by governors under the recommendation of the CDC. That's why some areas passed them, and others have not. Federal government did pass some as well, but via executive order, not from CDC's "authority"
