I am a testament of what you just stated. I have been without a cell phone for over 3-years. There isn't really any occasion in that time that couldn't wait until I go home to take care of something. I feel so much more free being without it. My stress level has gone way down. Yes, you can say that cell phones are a stressor. No one bothers me when I am out. I attended January 6, I posted videos of that on Facebook, and here. I even posted picture of myself at January 6 here. I’m not ashamed of my presence there, I didn’t do anything wrong, I didn’t enter the capital, and it was one of the best days of my life.
I couldn’t have made a larger announcement of my presence at that location on that day. Not to mention the hotel that I stayed at, and Bank Of America giving out everyone’s information.
