If one postulates that DJT and team implemented devolution following the stollen election, it does seem possible that Byrne, Powell, Lindell, etc, were running a distraction operation that helped to keep the DS bamboozled.
When the allies invaded Normandy, they set up lots of different distractions, false positives, etc, to keep the Nazis from knowing what their real plan/location of attack was.
War is about deception. I haven't followed Byrne closely, but some discussion about those days by based patriots has me wondering if Byrne (along with many others) isn't playing some sort of asset role. Dunno, but I keep an open mind on that.
