Five min clip of **several IRS agents, including some IRS investigators,** saying they realized 'There is NO law, THERE IS NO LAW (2x sic) requiring American citizens to pay taxes.' Be interesting if that was Hunter's defense at his tax trial that just started... [to SHOW the PEOPLE.] (youtu.be)

This video is old, like 2010 or something.
It is an excerpt - full documentary here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O6ayb02bwp0

http://www.losthorizons.com, not connected to this video however that dude has been teaching this stuff for decades and last I checked is still standing. So many claim to be experts, but Pete has stood the test of time.

Doing business as a corporation for instance... 1871 anyone?

According to the former IRS agents in the video, no one should be paying taxes on wages.

Right: wages, tips etc. are not "INCOME" in the strict sense; they are an even exchange for the hours and labor you put in. Taxing you on your labor is immoral and reprehensible. Communists notwithstanding, no other people have any legitimate claim to the fruits of your labor. You can GIVE FREELY of your wealth to others out of love; but it can never be FORCED out of you. You don't OWE the money.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– GA_Logic 1 point 1 year ago +1 / -0

A lot of the tax code does not hold up to scrutiny. This is why the talk of re-doing the entire tax code is often discussed but not really grappled.

It is not grappled because it takes a lot of will power and political currency to undertake such a massive change. It would change society drastically and some would resist such a change.

Estate taxes and property taxes are a big wealth transfer to the state that suppress the ability of families to build generational wealth.

Those with existing massive generational wealth are not impacted by estate taxes and property taxes as much because they can hire an army of attorneys and lawyers to circumvent this all.

By claiming citizenship you are tacitly claiming you are a corporation based in the District of Columbia and volunteer yourself into the corporate jurisdiction to pay taxes. It’s all kinds of legalistic fuckery where words have different legal meanings than common everyday use meanings.

The 13th amendment may have freed the slaves but the 14th amendment made slaves of us all by creating the legalistic title of Citizen. Being a Citizen is far less than being a free man. We as citizens have privileges as where free men and women have inalienable rights endowed by their creator. Jesus wasn’t kidding when He said the truth sets you free. There are layers of truths to that comment.

Edit: the District of Columbia is a foreign nation structured as a corporation for those that don’t know. You are claiming citizenship to the corporate entity USA INC.

They do it by US Code Section 26. Using a nebulous definition of "taxable income" which is never explicitly defined. But thanks to the Chevron Deference, the courts were legally bound to accept, without contest, the IRS's definition of what this actually meant.

Things could be very different in the future now that this doctrine has been overturned.

The IRS is a non-governmental agency. A private Delaware corporation operating under color of law. Nearly everywhere they operate is outside their legal jurisdiction.

I suppose the same way they can, after the statute of limitation has passed (on a misdemeanor), bump it up to a felony, and then proceed to indict and convict a former president without articulating the actual crime, by a non-unanimous jury.

Perhaps?

because those people probably hired a lawyer. their loyalty lies with the bar association so if they can get you to confess then you just threw yourself under the bus.

the only thing a lawyer will guarantee is a plea deal. they are not your friends.

FOUNDATIONAL CONTRACT FOR BASIC ETHICS

I, the undersigned, being learned counsel or authorized legal professional, hereby pledge to ___________________________ (hereinafter "Principal") that if and while I am in, or communicating about the possibility of being in, the role of legal service provider, I will:

  1. uphold all of Principal's rights and not knowingly waive any of them vicariously,
  2. be completely honest and tell only the truth,
  3. follow the law and not commit crimes or fraud,
  4. avoid following any policy that violates the law or Principal's rights,
  5. maintain ethical standards and not violate the code of professional conduct, and
  6. make good faith efforts to prevent or mitigate others' lawlessness in this respect.

This contract is not in itself one of legal representation and no representation is inferred. Whether or not we choose to enter into any additional contracts for legal representation, such as are needed to fairly and accurately measure the details of mutual considerations, this foundational contract is, and must remain, the core and primary condition thereof.

So where does the 16th amendment to the Constitution come in to play? If income tax is not a law then what does this say? I am confused. Article I, Section 8, Clause 1:

The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defense and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States; . . .

Yes they have the power… They have to pass a law first though.
Can anyone please find the law? For a long time there was a $50,000 reward for anyone that could prove it.
Legalese is not my strongest suit but I do know that specific words have very specific meanings and not-meanings. "Wages" vs "Income" seems to be the sticking point.

Btw thank you for the comment u/barbie555.

Ah yes, their gobbledygook speech & written word. Ever wonder why they require newspapers to print articles in plain easy 8th grade level English and why we can’t understand the bills, regulations & guidelines they write or speak? We hear it and read it, but it doesn’t mean what we think it means. Then they put what the bill is in the title example: “Inflation Reduction Act” But in reality it’s not. They do this to mock us. “Affordable Care Act…” They do this to MOCK us.

P.S. Newspaper print easy to understand language because they want us to be indoctrinated & trust them.

– ZeroDeltaTango 3 points 1 year ago +3 / -0

Yup, you'll enjoy the dig on that one. There are a number of things that must be done EXACTLY a certain specific way for a Constitutional amendment to be legitimately ratified. If any of them is not done, the amendment is not ratified. Several were not done in the proper way with the 16th, you'll find. For example, the wording must be exactly—to the letter and punctuation—what was passed by the Congresscritters. No exceptions or deviations allowed at all, or it's null and void.

We've been scammed for over 100 years on just this one thing, the income tax.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 2 ▼
– Le_Pew2 2 points 1 year ago +2 / -0

It's not true, it was both passed by Congress and ratified by 42 of the then 48 states (only 36 were required for the amendment to be ratified). The ability of the government to collect income tax has been examined, clarified, and upheld multiple times by the Supreme Court and Federal courts. Please, for your own sake, doing listen to these people and pay your taxes so you don't end up with a huge tax bill or jail time.

▲ 4 ▼

Pretty sure the taxes are not uniform because of the income brackets being assessed differently. Also we’re not paying any debts, we’re just paying interest and keep running up the debt. The border isn’t secure and the overall welfare of the people is getting worse under current administration.

The problem, it seems, is that you'll have a target on your back once you tell IRS to piss off. Would starving the federal government prevent IRS/FBI from going after us? I don't know - hopefully we'll have a subtle ok signal at some point.

Out of curiosity, has anyone here ever wondered how long it would take adult humans to notice that their biological aging had slowed to 1/10th the 'norm'?
How many years until humanity noticed?

Jesus's disciples said to him tell us where the kingdom is… Jesus said to them, 'if the religious rulers say to you it is in the sky, then the birds have preceded you. And if they say to you it is in the sea, then the fish have preceded you. Rather the Kingdom is both inside you and outside you but you do not see it.'

"Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed." ~ 1 Corinthians 15:51-52

Has anyone else thought long and hard, perhaps over a nice cigar, what that could possibly mean?

If you never pay they basically can't touch you. My older brother never paid taxes and they never went after him.

yeah yeah yeah

everyone has known this for years

yet if you don't pay, your entire life becomes about the IRS and their endless funding to pursue you, bankrupt you, destroy you

people have been trying for a century to avoid paying the income tax, and they always end up suffering in the end - being able to tell the IRS to screw off, you don't owe the money is equivalent to NESARA / GESARA: fantastic in principle, looks great on paper, but in practice it's a no go

thought Trump was going to finally take out the IRS and the Fed - didn't happen then, isn't going to happen now

not Trump's fault - we would have needed both houses of Congress to pass a Constitutional amendment repealing the 16th and forbidding any future income tax, then another amendment for a 1% national sales tax, which is all the fedgov would need to survive - clearly Congress will never do this, like voting themselves a pay decrease or term limits LOL

Yeah I remember when Trump was president, he added a crap ton to the debt. I don't remember exactly how much, but it was a crazy amount. I remember thinking "he must have a reason. I don't have to know, but it will come to light." Turns out, like 6 years or so later, I still don't know, and we still have crushing debt. Even more so now with inflation. I'm sure he still has a plan, hopefully it's taking on the Fed and IRS!!

I asked ChatGPT to state the US law which requires private citizens to pay taxes:

The law requiring private citizens to pay federal income taxes in the United States is primarily found in the Internal Revenue Code (IRC), which is codified at Title 26 of the United States Code. The foundational legal authority for income taxes is derived from the 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which grants Congress the power to levy taxes on income. The IRC outlines the specifics of how income tax is to be assessed, collected, and enforced.

My two cents worth..it would make more sense to me to pay the tax and then file a claim in the Courts for refund on the basis of the various theories discussed herein ie

  1. The 16th amendment was not properly ratified.
  2. It is unlawful to tax wages.
  3. Only Corporations are subject to tax so an and so forth. At least this avoids the trap many find by not paying and then are jailed. I believe that there are many novel legal arguments upon which one may prevail particularly if appealed all the way to the Supreme Court.

I don't think this has anything to do with Hunter. First - the trial hasn't started yet. Second, and this is the big one - he changed his plea last-minute to guilty. It isn't known yet if it includes all charges or just some, but it wasn't a plea deal. He completely surprised the prosecutors.

I have read this as well in articles. The IRS still persecute you & can steal your assets.

You must be prepared to die doing this but if enough people say no then we win.

If the republic reverts back to prior to 1871 Act, the IRS law is wiped as well.
