Nothing in this day and age is truly untraceable, just harder to trace. If money went out, it turned up somewhere else. The DOGE team may have to access private accounts, many in foreign countries, but I have faith that these young patriots will eventually find that trail that this money traveled on.

"Untraceable" seems unlikely unless the government is putting building sized stacks of dollar bills outside unwatched and allowing it to disappear. Those payments most likely went to accounts that can be tracked and prosecuted.
