Most pharmaceuticals are derived from or synthesized from plants and things readily available in nature. Big Pharma started when the East India Company used to send agents into the colonies inSfrica, South America, etc to steal herbal remedies which had been around for thousands of years. These became “drugs”. Everything always involves “profit”.
Yup! So what I've been doing for years is to trace pharma meds back to their actual roots (sorry), and then buy the original. Or some cases just grow my own. I've been using vitamins and supplements for about forty years. I seek medical treatment for things like broken bones. other than that, not at all. God gave us all the cures. They are located outside, grow naturally and are free.

Thank you. A good starting place is to go to a store that sells vitamins and supplements. Most (not all) of the people that work there are very well versed in this subject. I'd suggest going to a local place that's been there for a while. Also, the small one- person owned shops are the best. These are the people who have devoted lots of time, energy and money are healthful living. Good luck, what we need is out there and it does not involve big pharma.

Thanks for the kind words. I'd suggest staring research online, save it to a thumbdrive and print it out. Some good places to start are online vitamin and supplement stores. Many times they'll even list what the stuff is good for. I've been using Swanson's vitamins online (not sponsored, wish it was). They have good prices and high quality. Also as I suggested earlier visit a local shop, preferably mom and pop type store. Many of the owners are very knowledgeable and helpful. We are responsible for our own health IMO. Only time I've recently sought actual medical attention was this past winter when I broke two bones. If I could have set them myself I would have.

I will as soon as I have some time. It's going to be quite long and detailed, as I've spent years on this. In the meantime I may just make lists of the easily found things like vitamins and supplements and what they are generally used for. Nearly all modern meds are just copies of what is found in nature.
