For instance, I have to travel in a couple weeks so I gotta pack a supplement "kit" to go. Nowadays it's essential. 👍🏼

ALCAR (750-1g) for morning energy/motivation/fat burning, lasts about 8 hours for me, gets through the work day better than coffee.
