They happened so close to each other that it's very easy to get them mixed up, but I wonder if MH370 disappeared for similar reasons.

I remember hearing about this shortly after the crash and also a rumour about something being shipped from the Americas to Asia via a very odd and indirect route. Never really heard anything else about this afterwards though.
And they never found the wreckage. Wonder what really happened??

This! I was glued to the tv for months on end when this happened. I smelt something off from the moment it happened. And this was before I was awake and knew anything. At heart, I love a good conspiracy theory (which most are proven true) so naturally a plane goes missing perked my tin foil hat right up! Seriously, how do you lose a plane lol. When I was in Colorado, around 2010 some guys came vacationing to A-Basin to celebrate curing AIDS. We we're pretty excited back then, some guy asked how they did it, I guess it had something to do with bone marrow.
I was always surprised to never hear about it in the news.
There's been a couple of human patients completely cured of AIDS using something similar to that. If you DDG something like AIDS patient cured I'll get you'll find articles about it. It was kind of a big deal when it happened. I think it hasn't been widespread because it's only a certain genetic profile of person that it's worked on so far.
Researchers? AIDS conferences can just have regular people attend.
