Russia said the ship was fine and mocked Ukraine for the claim.
Russia then said the ship had a fire that led to an explosion... that was somehow totally unrelated to the previously reported missile attack.
Russia said the ship was sailing back to port.
Russia then said the ship sank while being towed in a storm... a storm that didn't exist on any weather radar.
