Two people I know who have been perfectly healthy, in the space of 48hrs, now say they are feeling tired, lethargic, no energy, no motivation, etc. Slowly the truth is coming out and they are discovering it for themselves.
Fasting has been proven to cure a lot of issues. Autophagy happens when you fast for long enough, it's your body's way of clearing out damaged cells. Yoshinori Ohsumi won the Nobel prize for his discoveries in 2016. So ya fasting is powerful and helps with some serious illnesses.
Correct, it's really beneficial when done In a controlled way. Glad I dug more into it and gave it an honest try again. By far and away the easiest way I've shed pounds.
Just makes sense, body stored all the fat from excess eating, just stop eating lol.
Try intermittent fasting. It's very easy to start and after a couple weeks you won't even get hungry in the morning. Water/coffee/vitamins can keep you going with full energy for physical work, tradesman here, until around 2-3pm. Every dinner becomes AWESOME.
No - I've been doing OMAD (One Meal a Day) since November and I feel better than ever, better mental clarity, more energy - I also low carb with my OMAD.
If you jump right into a day long fast it'll prob be pretty rough but you'll live. Best to work into it slowly.
For much of human existence and for animals in the wild our bodies adapted with the knowledge that meals were never guaranteed. This is why we store excess energy as fat to begin with, because if your body gets extra energy it knows it might need it later to survive.
Only in our modern world do we have this problem where we have the ability to constantly and I mean constantly "graze". Snacks, fast foods, frozen dinners. Even poor people are fat.
Fasting is great cuz it reminds you don't NEED to eat breakfast/lunch/dinner to survive. A really overweight person could probably go for a month or more without ever eating a bite and be perfectly healthy/ healthier obviously at the end of the fast.
Fasting can be good.. but also doesn't help your metabolism.
If your problems are physical, you are either ailing or deficient in something (which can include sunlight) or your metabolism is slowed down and you can't get the burst of energy you need.
If your problems are mental, no amount of exercise or sunlight will do anything for you if the root cause isn't addressed.
Fasting isn't all that great for people who are already really lean (I mean like 10% bodyfat) or lower or when doing it for extended periods of time like a few days or longer. Why I said quick.
There's some truth to that, but physical training is a great road toward improving mental health as well. Training the body trains the mind. No amount of wallowing in lethargy or despair will help either.
Fasting can be good.. but also doesn't help your metabolism.
Depends on the metabolic problem.
If a person has a very high metabolism, then they are very skinny and should not fast unless they have a serious health problem they need to address. But then, they probably don't want to, anyway.
But fat asses are a different story. Fat asses have a slow metabolism because of their eating lifestyle, in most cases. Fasting can do a great deal of good in those situations.
And fasting means ZERO food. Some people claim to "fast" while just cutting back on calories. That is the worst thing a fat ass can do, because their metabolism will drop to match the low amount of calories, and they will not cut bodyfat. They need to go to zero for at least a few days to get the body to reset.
I'm subscribed to the raised by narcissists subreddit, and some say that because you're in such a bad environment, after however long of a time period of maintaining hypervigilance, your body basically tries to reset itself by sleeping a hell of a lot. It could be the person's environment as well - bad people make a bad environment, which makes a bad state of mind. I had that state and still maintain it, as my dad was a bipolar narc. One hour he'd be fine, the next hour or day he'd talk to you like you're a piece of shit.
Been feeling like that also, off and on. I find taking an iron tablet every other day seems to help with the tiredness, along with shortness of breath, as it adds oxygen to the blood.
You deserve a Medal of Honor. I just scrolled by that toxic post. I don’t even understand what he’s talking about? Is meat fake bc ice can melt? I haven’t followed his posts. Is he fake and gay troll?
Let's say we're all in danger because we didn't get the vaxx.
What in the actual fuck do they care? They got vaxxed. Kudos Dipshit. Move on.
It's telling they can't move on, and it's because they're searching for that one gotcha moment where they will be proven right, but there's none forthcoming.
and it's because they're searching for that one gotcha moment where they will be proven right, but there's none forthcoming.
Hilariously ironic because theyre discussing how we keep having gotcha moments. So close to the truth but too brainwashed to see it. Like theyre flying past the sun and genuinely wondering why theyre on fire
My sister, double vaxxed and boosted despite my warnings, has had heart troubles and is ALWAYS sick now. Ordinarily she’s healthy, eats a healthy diet, exercises, etc. Meanwhile, I’m unvaxxed and even work with KIDS, haven’t been sick except for Covid in over a year. She’s on an antidepressant now, too, and has changed. Neurological differences for SURE.
I got the JnJ in December to escape Canada. All of my other issues may be psychosomatic, but my menstrual cycle switched to 21 days for four months which is definitely a direct side effect. Scary shit.
I'm there with you. I've had it. Nearly every subject is taboo with them...so really, why bother with such "friends?" Many have written off my wife and I anyway because (the horror) we've remained unvaxed all this time.
Right on! Yep. Their values and morals just don't align with ours (the wife and I). Funny thing is, we don't really miss them at all. Such an odd time we're in... We've managed to stay unvaxed as well. I'm sure that factors in there somewhere too. We've lost family members as well over the whole "are you vaxed thing".
Yeah right? Like the scene in The Stand where the research scientist was ready to kill Gary Sinise for surviving the plague. Is it reaching that point? Watch yer backs!
Yes I had covid and it really was nothing compared to other illnesses I've had, like bronchitis. Covid wasn't fun but it also wasn't the most painful illness ever either. And since I've had it 2 years ago I've barely gotten sick with anything. A few sniffles, the quickest colds that last 1 day, etc, but never the flu or anything else. No fevers either.
I haven't had regular flu since what was likely the OG COVID back in November 2019. That sucked for a couple weeks and since then I've been strangely more resilient. Zelenko protocol helps too, been doing it for over a year now and it reduces cold symptoms and duration.
Same here, I've been really resilient against typical or even harsher sicknesses. I've been taking NAC pretty regularly for the past few years anyway before I even knew it was useful against common germs. It's good for hormone balance so I take it for that, but it's good for other things too.
Ahh yes, nothing like confirmation bias to reinforce your delusional thoughts. Damn these people are fucking retarded. Reddit exists for this exact type of people...lol
Hahahaha!!! Our mods are so amazing at censoring information contributing the mass formation we are now experiencing!! Thanks so much, masters… I mean mods!
This is only going to get worse for them when they dutifully get two more shots every year and the cumulative long term effects start to take their toll.
The stupid idiots shouldn't be talking about their stupid shots to other people anyways. They thought this was going to be some kind of bragging right. It turns out that the unvaxed were right and they can't stand it. I might have gotten the shot if they hadn't turned it into some kind of religious ritual. It would have been a mistake. My habit of determining the truth or falsehood of something based on the behavior of the people around it has paid off before, and it did with this one.
Some of them are not as envious of clean bloods’ health as they are envious of our courage to just say no. Envy of courage is an underrated dynamic between the left and right. Exhibit A: Kyle Rittenhouse
I’ve noticed quite a few old white people in my city don’t wear masks when walking down the street, but a ton of young third world immigrants do. I think that must have something to do with the saying no factor. It’s easier for an old-timer, who has ties to the land going back generations, to simply say no to their government than it is for some newly-dropped third worlder. And I think if I was living in Japan or something, I would be more inclined to follow the orders of the Japanese government just because I am an outsider. I wouldn’t have that earned connection to Japan where it would be easy to tell the authorities to piss off because I have more claim to this land than they do.
Yeah ... it sure is "LUCKY" that one group took one action and did NOT get sick, while the other group took a different action and not only got sick, but also died.
Is this real? The guy praising the mods at the end is a "Charter Member of the HCA Mods Fan Club!". Scary thread if real, the disconnect is absolutely insane!
My brother-in-law said to my husband a few weeks ago "If I die of a heart attack, don't blame the vaccine!" and my husband wondered why he'd even care what the heart attack was blamed on. This is what it's come to, the people who got the vax are so defensive about it because they know in their gut that there is something deeply wrong with it.
It’s amazing they are still pretending Covid is this deadly plague. How many times do they have to see people catch Covid, or catch it themselves, and be fine, for them to realize, “This is just a cold.”
Because "it could have been worse", they parrot the lie that the jab, that was advertised to stop it entirely but doesn't, somehow just makes it less deadly instead.
I would guess a lot of people that took the vax are having problems but wont admit it to themselves or anyone else but in time it will be undeniable.
So i think give it a few more years and we should see a massive increase in auto immune disorders, cancers etc and it wont matter what they think cause they will all be infertile or dead.
I laughed at "antivaxx demagogues"
Someone who doesn't understand language, right there.
These people suck AT BEING DUPED!
Two people I know who have been perfectly healthy, in the space of 48hrs, now say they are feeling tired, lethargic, no energy, no motivation, etc. Slowly the truth is coming out and they are discovering it for themselves.
Could be anything really, I'm unjabbed and have been experiencing much of that myself. All of this shit in general takes a toll on you.
A quick fast will wipe any lethargy away and clear your head, then go get some exercise and sunlight.

What if you feel like shit the day after not eating though?
Try intermittent fasting. It's very easy to start and after a couple weeks you won't even get hungry in the morning. Water/coffee/vitamins can keep you going with full energy for physical work, tradesman here, until around 2-3pm. Every dinner becomes AWESOME.

So true i have been doing some small fasts after watching this video which explained the good things that happen on longer fasts.
Video about the good things that happen while fasting
Can confirm that this doesn't work.

You don't need to fast for days.
Intermittent fasting works WONDERS for the body at any size or shape.

Reading through the whole thing, and it sounds like the same person wrote every comment. I'm pretty sure Reddit is mostly bots. Same as Twatter.
If you have to openly lie to your political opponents… how does that not cause a rational person to question their views? Mind blowing
There’s another user with the name “Zeltreise”. I almost thought that was you if it were not the handshake.
I thought the same thing! Good mention about the Pepe! I kept wondering what the heck was wrong with you until I noticed the handshake.
You deserve a Medal of Honor. I just scrolled by that toxic post. I don’t even understand what he’s talking about? Is meat fake bc ice can melt? I haven’t followed his posts. Is he fake and gay troll?
Kek. The ultimate stamp of approval.
20, shit, there's kids having strokes and heart attacks.
The sin of PRIDE on full display. Pray for these folks.
There's a kind of hysteria behind those posts.
Here's the thing.
Let's say we're all in danger because we didn't get the vaxx.

Hopefully they keep getting more mRNA shots just to spite us.

They have no integrity in my experience. This is the reason I've let just about all of my liberal friends go.
I'm there with you. I've had it. Nearly every subject is taboo with them...so really, why bother with such "friends?" Many have written off my wife and I anyway because (the horror) we've remained unvaxed all this time.

These retards will never admit, doesn't matter how blatant it gets
DAMN YOU BASTARD SONS OF FUCKING BITCHES
for not getting sick.

blowing the mods was really weird at the end of a thread about the withholding of important vaxx info
These people can't admit that they want to be serfs with masters.
Postal workers get paid to still deliver mail to people they don't like.
"I gush at the thought of being kept in a bubble!" 🤮
To them safety>freedom

True, I know some people who only became suspicious and resistant because of how insanely hard they pushed the experimental jabs.
They are jealous of us.
Some of them are not as envious of clean bloods’ health as they are envious of our courage to just say no. Envy of courage is an underrated dynamic between the left and right. Exhibit A: Kyle Rittenhouse

Yeah… It’s just dumb luck we’re not all dying from a virus that has a 99.9x % survivability rate for the gen pop.
