About half the people on Earth decided they would not leave lockdown unless they were given a vaccine for Covid. So how do you get the world to leave their homes again? Because when half the world stops leaving their house out of fear, it pretty much shuts down everything else. Half the world has enough political power to either force the other half of the Earth to stay in their homes too, or make it very difficult for them to go about their day as they normally do. Masks, business shutdowns, closed restaurants, cancelled events, etc.
Covid was like a hostage situation, and the people holding us hostage had one demand: lockdown would not end until there was a vaccine. I’m not sure how people expect a President to negotiate the world out of that hostage situation other than to give them what they want. And perhaps there could have been a world where the people who were demanding the injection would have taken it and left their homes, then let everyone else leave their homes, but Joe Biden stole the election and started mandating it, saying lockdowns wouldn’t end until everyone took it, so the hostage situation reset.

Usually a cure for a pandemic ends a pandemic but not with Covid.
Instead they got the scientists of the world to declare HCQ was actually not a cure, it was poisoned. They forged a study against it and banned it.
So then Trump did the next best move and started taking the cure himself to show the people that the scientists were lying.
Everyone got mad at him for that. They said the President is taking poison! They started screaming through the TV.
Then the President caught Covid and got cured and told people not to be afraid of Covid. The TV got even more angry. First they gloated for three days that the President was going to die, then they yelled at him because he survived.
For those who think they could have done better, what is better than this? You reveal the cure. You take the cure yourself to show it’s safe. Then you get Covid and cure it and tell people not to be afraid. What other actions could be taken? How much more dumbed down could a President make it than this?
