Well stated. This will become clearer and clearer for everyone. Many will close their eyes and ears to it, but it will not be able to avoided. I’m amazed at how this is playing out.
While I agree the judges control what is allowed in both evidence and discovery. Trump can appeal with specific kinds of appeals. But, they judge being who she is in DC could potentially ice out evidence. I hope I am wrong. But keeping open eyes that the deep states isnt going to just let him stroll in and expose them.

Trumps lawyers first move should be a motion for change of venue. Forcing this Judge to rule against them will frame the entire proceeding as political and without merit based on the evidence. It will awaken many more normies. We are in the disclosure phase. Waking up as many normies as possible is the goal here.
This case will end up at SCOTUS. There is no way it is done before Nov. 2024 and a conviction under appeal doesnt preclude Trump from running.
Im far more worried about the RNC dirty tricks. Tricks that lead to Trump being left off Primary ballots entirely and/ or a brokered convention where the rules are such that they can steal a legitimate nomination from Trump.
evidence can be, and should be, presented at lower level court even if the lower court doesn't "allow" it. as long as the evidence is part of "the court record" the evidence can be raised upon appeals, including specific appeals as to the lower court's ruling that said evidence was deemed inadmissible.
for example if a defendant accused of murder had a video tape of another person killing the victim and that lower court ruled the tape was inadmissible for whatever reason, a higher court could exonerate the defendant by finding the lower court erred in their ruling on the inadmissibility of the tape
You can keep appealing your case all the way up to the supreme court. This judge will railroad him so democrats can say "convicted felon donald trump" but he will be vindicated by an appeals court or the supreme court, ultimately

Because optics are important. It's literally a movie to get the public to pay attention. Behind the scenes the moves are pretty much played out already. It's like watching a chess game as a master. The end result is known many moves ahead of time, typically by both sides.
If suddenly arrests were made without the pre disclosure of information then the population wouldn't understand. It's gonna be biblical, it has to play out in the public eye.

It's not the crime that determines whether or not your tried in civilian court or a court martial. It's it's the situation of the person.
If you are a civilian who commits treason you get tried in federal court. If you in the military or on a military base, you get tried in a court martial.
