And yet, leave he did! What a bad dictator he was, kek. What does it do to her credibility?
Powell is more interesting:
Looks like the Anon here who said Powell was his cousin and a good person was right. She is still maintaining the truth about elections and I assume her plea deal will be useless for the prosecutors.
Jenna, of course, must always have been a plant, and was played like a banjo by Scavino, hehe.
I'd agree on both your points. Of course Jenna showed her cards a while back and could have always been suspect. But Sidney? Never for a second have I doubted her. For all the reasons I'm sure isn't necessary to write here. I love her for her patriotism and high moral character.
I know, but many Anons here (in the justifiable Anon way) have been skeptical of her, and this is an important data point for them.
I think Powell showed her colours when she picked up the Flynn case and turned it round. It seemed that prosecution and defense were against General Flynn but Powell stepped in, got to grips with the case and procured a better outcome for the General.
She I always trusted & I think she's part of the plQn
Same, and agreed!
Yeah ever since I watched a speech she gave at hillsdsle from before 2020 I knew she was a good one
Of course. I appreciate the post's. I have this 'tic' where I jump to Sidneys defense prior to someone picking her apart. kek
"License to Lie" was a book written by a Patriot. The defense of General Flynn could only have been successful with a Patriot in charge. Ill give Ms. Powell some latitude here. But as always I dont really trust anyone but Trump and dont put my faith in any person but him.
I really think a lot of Sidney. I believe this current scene is bringing her back into the spotlight, and for a reason. As we well know, timing is everything!
Maybe she’s waiting for the evidence to come out in other cases proving election was fraudulent in GA for example so they can do the work then she can appeal… as a lawyer she knows a lengthy court battle is expensive and energy draining
It's entirely possible Jenna Ellis is a double plant like Cassidy Hutchinson was. The media overselling them as whistleblowers actually weakens the prosecution's case.
They're both doing what they're supposed to. Jenna is the Constitution expert.......wasnt that it? Theres more...there always is.
Yeah, nearly 3 years after the election and the best they have from Jenna is a statement proven bunk three years prior?
She should be ashamed of herself, but then so should the rest of them.
I am just busy laughing my head off - liberals were so hopeful that this time they "got him"
I.e. low information voters
Low information voters, but sadly still voters.
Could also be bots.
The libs be like...

"but Dan said.... I mean, Dan said it! Dan said he wouldn't go! What more evidence do you need!?!?"

Men can't give birth
Fauxbama isn't an American citizen

And Trump didn't lose the election

I’ve said for awhile if I had to guess the non military Q assets of which there are few Powell is one. She hit hard with the Kraken and retreated and went radio silent. Why? Because she is in on the plan filing tons of lawsuits.
Yeah seems that way. Also her role exposing DOJ corruption during Arthur Anderson case will come full circle considering Andrew Weissman was part of that fraud
I’ve seen suggestions Jenna Ellis is part of Julian Assange’s DMS files.
This makes me happy.
The process is the punishment
Taxpayers fund endless and baseless prosecution against any and all conservative. Mike Lindell was nearly bankrupted (or was).
Gen Flynn, and hosts of others are forced to deplete their resources to defend against baseless charges; the best they can hope for, after losing everything they have saved, is “charges dropped”.
So plead guilty of some smaller charge, and have a retirement, or risk jail and certain financial ruin
A lot of untold, sad stories just like this one. The left knows they can't take down Trump but they have gone after many Trump loyalists the same way you describe. I'd like to fault Jenna or Sydney for taking a plea deal but given the circumstances they would almost certainly be convicted and serve prison time, so I don't blame them for making that choice.
^^^ THIS ^^^
You make an important point. The only group other than leftists who abuse legal process as punishment to such an extreme are Scientologists.
Wasn't this from civil suits, not prosecutions?
Mostly, but don't forget the feds raided Lindell and took his electronics, So there is certainly more.
ABC News has obtained portions of videos of the proffer sessions of both Ellis and Sidney Powell, two attorneys who aided Trump's efforts to overturn the election. The videos for the first time reveal details of what they have told law enforcement since agreeing to cooperate last month in the district attorney's election interference case.
Just the fact that they go out of their way to follow up with "the false assertion" rather that just saying that someone asserts it, should be enough for even the idiotest of the idiots to realize that they are nothing more than moral-free, filthy liars, at best.
redundant adjectives often imply dishonesty
False is not redundant here.
If I assert than I'm 180lbs, I can assure you that is a false assertion.
redundant assertion of honesty also implies dishonesty...
exactly
Amen. Well put.
So the prosecutors leak the interviews to ABC, and this is all they have, hearsay from Jenna Ellis?
They pleaded guilty last month.
That means the prosecutors have had to turn this evidence over to the other defendants as part of discovery.
This type of stuff most likely comes from the defense counsel. There's lots of reasons to get this stuff out early
Good point, I didn’t think of that.
Jonathan Miller, counsel for Misty Hampton, announces that he released the videos to one media outlet. (He did not say which outlet).
That's Jenna? Did she always have a double chin and big arms?
They say cameras tend to add 50 lbs give or take...
Exactly how many cameras were on her?
So do cinnamon rolls and cupcakes.
They say she's big boned, but I ain't ever seen a skeleton with a double chin.
Stress eating. The Trump curse strikes again.
Don't forget, double tongue too.
I could NOT care less. I already don't care at all. So you need to try harder until you give zero fucks.
lol it’s so lame… “not trump said that they won’t leave office…”
Trump left office… not sure what she is trying to say here…
The boss isn't going to leave...
But he did, so ... We're using heresay as a proof when you can easily look back and see it never happened?
Gotcha.
This movie sucks so far. Way too many obnoxious actors trying to get screen time.
Oh the lies - they claim that 45 never signed EO13848?
Here's the unsigned executive order. It CITES EO13848, so it would have been a new and separate executive order
https://www.politico.com/news/2022/01/21/read-the-never-issued-trump-order-that-would-have-seized-voting-machines-527572
I think this is not about the EO itself, but a course of action based on this EO.
There's been other reporting that talks about this draft that Trump did not put into action and I think it's referring to that
Wait 3 days and this will be proven to have never been said
???
There's video of it.
So who’s the leaker?
One leaker identified.
There a hearing on this right now. DA wants a protective order for this
Jonathan Miller, counsel for Misty Hampton, announces that he released the videos to one media outlet. (He did not say which outlet).
Given that they both are testifying in this case, this information would be turned over to the defense as part of the discovery. They plead guilty last month, so all the remaining defendants probably have these videos by now.
My guess is defense counsel for someone.
Gonna go with Michelle Obama. Word on the street is she has been leaking alot...of seminal fluid.
Euw! Fren that's gross!
I even got doen voted. Lol
I'm far from a legal expert, but I just don't see where a crime was committed here. President Trump thought (correctly) that the election had been stolen, and he was looking into ways to prove that.
Then they make a big point out of bringing up the allegation that he said he was not going to leave office. So? He DID leave office at the appointed time, so once again, where was the crime here?
Ellis says she was told he wouldn't leave, so ergo 45 committed a thought crime. Millennials pretending to do law as if they are in the playground. You get more logic from Peppa Pig.
You can only use legal means to do that.
Like if I have $1,000 in a bank and the bank makes a mistake and says I dont. I can't just go down there with a gun and demand $1,000 that still occurring
