I fully expect the supreme court to rule NO on Presidential Immunity against criminal immunity
π€π Theory π²π‘
Think about it - this is one of the few remaining barriers to prosecuting Obama, Biden, et al if they can claim Presidential Immunity while in office.
It must be ruled on against Trump not Obama or Biden for the public to accept it easily.
"It is legally untested whether they also enjoy criminal immunity from arrest or prosecution."
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Presidential_immunity_in_the_United_States
It seems more and more that the Trump trial is basically just the pre-screening/test run for the real deal, which isn't the prosecution of Trump. Once SCOTUS rules that presidential immunity is null and void, that opens a can of worms that cannot be shut. Will it be used against Trump? Sure, but for what essentially amounts to minor traffic violations. Obama and Billy boy better start stocking up on Depends.
Obummer still has to flee to his native homeland of Kenya.
Bush will have to flee to Paraguay.
To swim in his underground reservoir
There will be a lot of them going to South America. 1945 all over again.
And yes, the Bushes own a lot of land down there, right on top of a huge fresh water reservoir.

Dunno. Last I heard the African countries were getting pretty based. They might throw his sorry ass back out. Maybe he can find an asteroid that would take him.
Elon something something Mars. Haha
I thought the demon was from Indonesia? I know there are Kenya claims , im always confused as to the answer of this !
Stepfather Lolo Soetoro was from Indonesia and Barry lived there for a time when he was a young boy demon.
He gotta go where there is no reciprocity.
Yeah sorry, I just remembered the Q drop about claiming Kenyan citizenship.
Good news for him. He is not welcome there π
Trump is safe because he is squeaky clean.
Yes, this right here!!!
Back during the reddit days, someone edited the Yung Gravy "Mr. Clean" video to have Trump's face overlaid on Yung Gravy's face. It was a high-quality video meme that I wish I could find again.
Minor traffic violations? Look im with you on him being railroaded for vauge crimes but hes facing 100+ years in prison if convicted and hes being tried in DC where they WILL convict him. You cant act like βwell yeah theyll get Trump but its no big deal bc heβll be fine and weβll get Obama and Biden!β
And you're acting like this wasn't expected/planned for from Day 1.
Wherever you go, you can't summon 12 random jurors and all of them have the same political beliefs. Even in DC. Every trial will end up as a hung jury.
Heβll win all of these on appeal.
My curiosity is what happens if someone proves Obama was never eligible to be President? Is he still covered by Presidential Immunity? Same goes for Biden, if he is proven to be illegitimately installed, was he really President? Why would he be covered by Presidential Immunity?
Nevertheless both have committed enough corrupt acts when they were not President to justify them joining Club Gitmo.
I think this is what Q was hinting at when they said βa new word for βtreasonβ will need to be inventedβ. Is it technically treason if Hussein was never loyal to the US in the first place?
We already have a term for people who aren't loyal to the US and weren't lawfully elected... Democrats.
=)
I understand what you are saying, but he took the same oath and if he wasn't loyal to the US then he took the oath under false pretenses and was never going to honor it, Many people believed he was not qualified and raised some concerns, but whoever they voiced the concerns to just didn't care-so he is very liable for what he did to our country-him and big Mike should both be tried-when found guilty they should be given the severest of penalties.
Did he take the same oath?
If I remember correctly didnβt Justice Roberts screw up the oath? And he and Obama supposedly did it βcorrectlyβ in the White House in private.
Edited to add: Apparently neither time was the oath done correctly. https://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2013/01/obama-oath-of-office-2013/319262/
My statement didn't go into how many people do not pay very close attention to most of the ceremonial portion of those events. They just "see" that the inauguration went as scripted, generally. I understand what you are saying, but in saying this, he does (in the video you sent) swear to uphold and defend the constitution of the United States. It did look as though he had trouble saying the United States, unless it was a slight glitch in the film.
Yes, because of his oath of office. Loyal or not he swore an oath and should be liable because of it.
Good question, but it works even further back than obammy... Let's say his whole administration is rendered null and void, and he goes up for fraud, treason, etc, there's still Clinton and Bush to deal with, and all their accomplices.
Who swore him in?
Justice Roberts who screwed up the oath in public. Remember? They said they fixed it later on the White House when no one was watching.
wot? Said: o-zero shOwed him a copy of the Epstein flight logs?
Trump is in control of it ALLπ€·πΌββοΈ
No, it can't be ruled against Trump. If Trump were to lose immunity, then ANY prosecutor could black mail POTUS at any time, and the founders NEVER intended a prosecutor to have more authority over POTUS.
Perhaps the ruling will be similar to the lawsuits precedent. Only temporary delay of charges while in office.
βImmunityβ sounds like some bs concept that criminals came up with to circumvent the law.
Also, how is it that the government can just willy-nilly give sweetheart deals to Epstein, and deny his victims justice?
I like it when a plan comes together. Kek
Hannibal enters the chat.
Trump set this up perfectly so that Biden and Obama could be prosecuted
Immunity doesn't just insulate the public official from prosecution for crimes they may commit in the course of their duties, it also protects them from harassment for unpopular or offensive actions necessary to their position. It is unlikely that thinking justices would abolish Presidential Immunity as it would place Judicial Immunity at risk. Without this type immunity, almost all government functions would grind to a halt. Of course crimes not related to job performance are not covered now.
President Trump, was forced to "Run the Gauntlet", but was taken though at a snail's pace, without any armor, each "official" got to take as many swings as they could, using any weapon they could get their hands on.
Now, it's time to take Obama, Carter, Biden and the entire Congress though the same treatment.
I agree, and thankfully our president is clean, but this sets precedence.
The whole point of the United States is we are ruled by president and not a king.
Does it matter if the President can rattle off an Executive Order on a whim and change my life?
A. Can you give an example? What executive orders have changed your life.
B. Executive Orders don't give the President new powers. They are rooted in US laws.
For example, 13818 is an EO a lot of people know. Right up front it tells you why the President has this power, it cites about 4 or 5 laws
https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2017/12/26/2017-27925/blocking-the-property-of-persons-involved-in-serious-human-rights-abuse-or-corruption
The key law that is cited is this one Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act (Public Law 114β328)
This law was passed in 2016 and required the executive to set up a new sanctions scheme. The executive order didn't come out of nowhere, it's the way the law passed by Congress and signed by the President is going to be implemented.
If you look up the law https://www.congress.gov/bill/114th-congress/senate-bill/284/text
The law says a bunch of stuff the president "shall" do like
In legal language shall means you have to do that. So one of the things the President had to do to follow this law is to issues the orders/guidelines etc that says how the law will work.
If the President issues orders/guidelines on how laws will work don't you see how this could change a life?
Off the top of my head I'd say the EO Biden issued suspending new oil/fraking leases when he first got into office.
Or the EO Biden issued removing Trump's price lowering on insulin.
Or how about the EO Biden issued shutting down the Keystone XL pipeline.
Yes an Executive Order can change your life, your future earnings, and yes even your life expectancy in some cases.
Thank you. I don't think they understood what I meant.
Correct. The President is the Executive branch. They don't make laws and they don't interpret them, they enforce them. Executive orders exist to assist Presidents in lawfully enforcing the law. They can lose any and all authority to issue an effective executive order if they can't cite a law written by congress or to protect a right outlined in the Constitution to justify their EO. And their EO's are subject to judicial oversight as well. Should suit be filed with SCOTUS arguing that an EO fails to prove that it has legal backing, SCOTUS can deem it unlawful.
Our founders were brilliant.
Do we have a wall?
Are we being invaded?
Can you afford a box of Corn Flakes?
Are illegals breaking into homes in my State? (yes)
Do you like paying outrageous prices for gasoline, heating fuel, and electric power?
You are telling me why and how a President can wield executive orders. I never said they couldn't, or that it was unconstitutional.
But you could also give me a dissertation on how a King can wield decrees.
I think you know what I'm saying here.
I really have no clue how any of that connects to what we were talking about.
Have you read the "Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism" Act of 2001?
Have you, in your lifetime, seen a war after WWII that was declared by Congress? You know, like Vietnam when our young people were forced into a uniform and sent overseas to fight and die because President LBJ had an agenda?
I'm not going to go on about this. If you really don't get my point, maybe it's because I'm not explaining myself well. On the other hand, maybe you don't want to get my point or something.
Ok if so, what is the time line for being prosecuted? This there a statute of limitations? ***** ***** For federal offenses, most crimes carry a five-year statute of limitations on criminal legal proceedings, with a few exceptions: No time limit: Capital offenses, terrorism-related offenses that result in death or serious injury, and designated federal child abduction and sex offenses. 20 years: Art theft.
I agree
God Bless President Donald Trump, his wife, family, legal team, friends, Q followers, most of all his security team and their families too, God Bless America and you the reader Too. π TRUMP warned us
EXACTLY
What happened to military tribunals? Treason, martial law.... presidents will keep their immunity.
Here is no hiding for these guys if we want them. And we do. No deals.
Yup. No problem. He's not guilty of anything substantial so let the good times roll.
