This. I can forgive. But the guilty need to be executed to serve as a warning for others who would do evil. Justice isn't vengeful, it serves a purpose. Capital punishment isn't for us or our personal feelings, its for the stability and well being of everyone in the future.

Everyone should be on the side of justice. Those who would slaughter for profit or ideology are dangerous and justice doesn't take pleasure in executing murderers - it takes them out of society and makes them examples of why future psychopaths should avoid acting on their homicidal impulses.
You aren't going to be successful in trying to personify the justice system as individuals to be vilified, though you can work to change the system itself if you see the death penalty as injustice. Its a flawed system, there is much work to be done... though the practice of allowing wealthy and connected criminals to get away with anything they do has proven to be detrimental to us all. In my opinion justice should be blind to bank account or social connections, and dangerous people should be punished equally and decisively to ensure that their punishments act as deterrent and warning.

Its longer term but I like what he is doing. Instead of making a judgement call he is doing an in depth official investigation, and will act accordingly to scientific data. That way people can't claim biases on one man... and have already been indoctrinated to "trust the science" so denial at that point is also a confession on their part.

RFKJ is currently doing a full data analysis of all adverse reports, legally required disclosure, etc. Its expected out by November. Nothing "coof" - just pure scientific analysis. He just announced the injections should be removed from child vaccination schedules however, so they are taking action before the data is fully analyzed. Which makes sense, preliminary public data has shown they do substantially more harm than getting covid in that demographic already, so the benefits if any are determined by November wouldn't apply to children regardless.
I think we all know how it goes. Adverse reactions were suppressed, it went from "safe and effective as a vaccine" (after they had to change the definition of vaccine that is) to "you'll still get it so it isn't an effective vaccine but the symptoms might not be as bad" to "it stops you from spreading it" to "OK it doesn't do that either, etc. I don't know if the data will show it being an effective medication, but it should show whatever it does from a purely data analytical perspective.
I'm still surprised multiple companies haven't simultaneously cured all viruses in the interim though. I mean they publicly said they independently all came up with the same general gene therapy methodology at once - Moderna even did it as a new company that had never released a product before so its got to be easy to cure anything you've never seen before in an hour of work. We have much more data and samples available for viruses that exist in nature so if the tech actually works like they said we should have startups curing everything constantly like Moderna, while the big pharmas repeat the same methods and cure everything again with identical injectables.

I think they are liable for a mass fraud and malpractice suit, with full compensation and punitive damages. The key actors necessarily were involved in a conspiracy in order to coordinate such a fraud. This may elevate it to a RICO case. Corporate officers should be tried for criminal charges and sentenced to prison, maybe for life, considering their product ended or ruined at least thousands of lives. Malpractice IS "doing it on purpose." I was actually looking for the word "malfeasance (deliberate), " which is different from "misfeasance" (negligent). It's a crime against humanity, spelled out in the Nuremberg Code. Depending on severity of the violation, i think death was a condign penalty.
