I am buying papaya seed oil, pumpkin seed oil and pomegranate arils (or pomegranates), and kombucha. Any more I should add to the list? I have a nasty Candida flare up and I know the Big Pharma recommended prescription is not going to help with this. Already tried it before without success.

Don’t be wary of a cleanse. Just be aware that sometimes the symptoms can appear worse - called die-off or Herxheimer reaction. Can be really weird and person specific. For my son it was severe depression. Didn’t last long and since he was aware it could happen he was prepared for it. Once cleared he needed to do several rounds of treatment but he is doing great!
I am prepared to suffer more if it means that it actually works and not some bullshit temporary antidote.
Updoot for black seed oil and oregano. Also add NAC. Can say affirmatively that these all work. Be ready for a Herxheimer reaction.
NAC as in sodium chloride? Salt? I am prepared for anything that will help me not deal with this again.
N-Acetyl Cysteine is usually abbreviated as NAC.
I have to wear blue jeans for work, bc dress code. I wear soft cotton when I'm not at work, and the flare up is on the backs of my legs. I wear cotton underwear only. I go commando (TMI, ik) when I get a chance, to let shit breathe.
I am going to try that bath tonight! I need more acv though. I will get more oregano and will try black seed oil as well. Thank you so much for your reply fren.
Interesting that the Parasite Pill 2.0 mentions Coconut Oil for Candida on page 167.
Also appearing on the list are Papaya Seeds & Pumpkin Seeds.
I'd definitely recommend using Ivermectin topically for the OP and your husband.
Add some NOW brand Candida Support supplement pills. Contains black walnut, Pau D'Arco bark and oregano oil powder.
Add activated charcoal.
Thanks fren
Good suggestion! Seriously important to get the “residue” out. Take away from your protocol by a couple of hours.
Candida Albicans? I'm diabetic, so "yeast thrush" in the mouth, unfortunately, is very common. I've tried the Rx crap to no avail.. What seems to always work best is PLAIN yogurt! I've heard of folks being successful rubbing it elsewhere as well.
And if you can't tolerate dairy, fermented coconut yogurt does wonders and tastes just like regular yogurt! Get it plain, NO added sugar!
Also cashew yogurt, or goat milk yogurt are tasty!
Topically applied or ingested yogurt? Sugar yogurt is going to feed the fungus/parasites so that seems logical.
BOTH. When using for thrush, I swish it around my mouth and swallow. Definitely without sugar (that's why diabetics get it, sugary saliva.) I've heard of women using it in and around the "nether regions".
Gymnema Sylvestre. Nature's metformin.
Interesting..
I've heard MMS is also used to cleanse candida so if your protocol don't work out, try MMS.
Good luck!
Thanks fren
Fluconazole 150mg qd x 6-14 days
Medistatin (Nystatin) is supposedly safer for your liver.
Nystantin w food , 2x day
I second this, in addition to the natural remedies mentioned. Or, alternately, Menbendazole.
Are you saying Mebendazole can be used instead of Fluconazole to treat Candida?
If so, suppose I take Mebendazole to treat this, what would the daily dose be? I have the 100 mg ones, so I should just take it once a day after a fatty meal or what?
62 species of candida, of which approx 5 are medically relavent.
Mebendazole is 1° anti-parasititic, not antifungal and i cant comment on it's efficacy. Although it's shown promise in cryptococcal fungal infection.
Drug should be tailored to specific species, but C. albicans is most common.
To have a systemic candida infection points to a weaken immune system most of the time.
Drugs are classified according to their initially-approved purpose, but they can be used for multiple purposes, especially if they work in multiple ways in the body, because the subsequent indications may utilize different actions.
Preachin' to the choir!
I am not a doctor - but it appears that a typical dosing schedule is 100mg twice per day for at least 3 days. It does not appear to matter if taken with or without food.
If it were me, I would do the 3 day routine every other week for 6 weeks and evaluate progress.
I have done this many times, fren. Like others have said, be ready for a herxheimer reaction. It usually hits me day to and through day 3. Make sure your bowels are moving well and use activated charcoal for first few days in evening at least. Drink a lot of clean water!
Pau D'Arco is a good tea for eradicating candida. Black seed oil, berberine, and NAC are great. MSM, zinc and selenium helpful.
I use Lugol's iodine nearly daily. I have even tried the turpentine (do your research)!
The thing is consistency over time. Watch for return of symptoms - carb craving, acidity, brain fog, rashes, digestive issues. Try to mitigate at beginning rather than wait for many to appear. Over time and with consistency of diet and occasional intervention, I rarely have symptoms now.
Good luck!
How did the gum spirits work for you? I hear different things, but a lot of people say it is the most effective treatment they ever did. I'm kinda freaked out about it but my candida is crazy and having systemic issues like brain fog, blurry vision, terrible digestion, and feeling like shit.
I honestly didn't notice a huge payoff, compared to other protocols I've used. I only did it used it for two days straight. Perhaps if it was a longer run. Good luck, I commiserate! Mine has been more in check with dietary changes and fasting one day/week.
You might try looking into D-mannose. It’s traditionally used for UTIs, but I’ve seen some discussions about it’s potential effect on candida. And it’s all natural. I’m thinking it might be worth a try. Good luck with your cleanse 🙏
Thank you!!
Aside from what you put into your system to cleanse it, also pay attention to what you need to keep out of it. Steer clear of added sugars, white sugar/brown sugar, honey, maple syrup, and even most fruits. Any amount of glucose or fructose can exasperate the problem and prevent you from healing. Try to cut out sugars for at least one week and see how you feel. If you're feeling better, along with the other protocols, then keep going for another week. Slowly reintroduce small amounts of sugar every few days, starting with fruits, then honey and maple syrup, and maybe tiny amounts of white sugar, but it really is best to cut out white sugars from your diet almost entirely.
I fully intend to just eat meat, vegetables, fruits, all the stuff to keep my body nourished and nothing else. Not sure about nuts?
Thanks for a good reply
I think nuts are okay on a candida cleanse, unless you can't tolerate them or are sensitive, etc. You're welcome, and good luck!
Struggled with it for a long time. Found Kolorex Candida Balance. Took it for 6weeks to two months. No issues. Make certain to low carb - carnivore high fat. See Ken Berry and Paul Saladino
I will check this out!
Chlorine Dioxide aka "Miracle Mineral Supplement/MMS" is what you need...
Yes, please post your protocol.
I know you have other suggestions, but I've read that grapefruit seed extract (GSE) is helpful for this. I haven't heard of the things you mentioned for it. A good probiotic might be better than kombucha since it has a lot of sugar.
I didnt realize kombucha had sugar in it!
I also remember clay could help.
What is your protocol?
I don't have one yet lol
Good Luck, fren.
Keep singing the Candida song, by Tony Orlando & Dawn (1970's).
"Oh, Candida
We could make it together
The further from here, girl, the better
Where the air is fresh and clean"
"Hmm, Candida
Just take my hand and I'll lead ya
I promise life will be sweeter
And it said so in my dreams"
Is Kambucha going to help? It's made with a SCOBY - Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast.
If you’re female boric acid suppositories are life changing.
If you have symptoms other than (or along with) vaginally, (such as oral thrush, brain fog) oregano oil is supposed to be a good antifungal, antimicrobial, antibacterial, etc., for a whole body treatment. In a glass, 1/4 water, and 3 drops of oregano oil. Stir to break up the oil into small droplets, drink this all at once. Do this 2x/day, should see positive effects after day 3. Continue for 10 days. Do not take more than 10 days without a break. Also, oregano oil is a 'hot' oil and will burn (i.e, burn like tasting a really hot pepper) if you just try to 'taste a drop' or get it on your lips, so don't do that. Not a doctor, just telling you what I have read and what I do. Plenty of info on Oregano Oil out there.
I’m going to do this. Thank you!
I am female, I have heard taking small doses of Borax is supposed to help
You’re on the right track for detoxing candida internally, but if you need instant relief for the female anatomy these are legit. You can get them on Amazon and Dollar General always has them and much cheaper.

Boric acid suppositories are used for vaginal yeast infections and bacterial vaginosis. They work by lowering the pH of the vagina to help restore the normal flora. They can also be used prophylactically to maintain normal pH.

It is going good so far! I am taking all the supplements (but I think the most effective are the black seed oil and the oil of oregano), cleaning up my diet, taking Epsom salt baths (in ACV, eucalyptus and tea tree oil dropped in). Going outside for vitamin D, exercising more, trying to do it all and get sleep. Still recovering from getting 7 wisdom teeth pulled (yes that number is right). Drinking kefir, health ade kombucha (with pomegranate in it), and Suja elderberry ginger juice. Going all out. But I want to stomp this shit out. We just washed sheets last night, and it seems to help.
I didn't grow them in until 3 years ago (I was 23). Chronic migraines that ruled my life until I got good dental insurance and then found out that I had 10 wisdom teeth. I've had candida proclivities my whole life but two surgeries in the last few months have killed my immune system, methinks. I noticed wearing blue jeans to work is making shit worse, but I can't change the dress code. I'm glad for weekends, when I can go commando and let my legs air out. Good Lord they are so itchy right now.
I am taking fenbendazole as of 2 days ago and it seems to be what is helping the most
I think im having parasite issues, because I am surprisingly rational today lol.
How are you doing? I suspect I have major candida overgrowth in my gut and have to do a cleanse soon. I'm actually about to do a colonoscopy prep as well to flush everything out of me. Wondering how your detox went?
It is going good. The only thing skewing the results is the antibiotics I had to take for my recent wisdom tooth extraction.
Yup, I had a skin infection and had to take doxy for a week and it destroyed my gut. It's been 2 yr since and still haven't healed. Have to be proactive to heal this mess. Candida has serious effects I didn't even know about. Brain fog, joint pain, mental illness type of symptoms. Not good.
I wish you good health. God bless
