I have no way to 'vet' this info (at least the 2nd half) - but can share a couple things I've heard that line up with a possible key event - maybe when something could have shifted in "the plan" or timing or choices re: what's going on/what happened.
A couple weekends ago (likely Sat-Jan. 9th, which was a few days after the Electoral Vote count and Capitol bldg 'incursion' on 1/6), per Monkey Werx US on a video from around then, AF1 and AF2 were both airborne at the same time that evening (around 7-8pm CT if I recall) and their planes were surrounded by a bunch of other planes at the same time. The group of planes flew down south of DC and were circling outside of DC towards VA. They flew around for a while in circles and weren't using their real callsigns for a while. There may have been a restricted air space flight restriction circle around the area too (or maybe that's the one that's always there).
The sort of alarming flights of both POTUS and VP airborne at the same time and seemingly hovering around near DC alone didn't mean much since there weren't any other dots to connect to that incident until a few days ago (around 1/16 or 1/17-ish)...
Simon Parkes (who I'm kind of on the fence about) claimed that Saturday before last (Jan. 9th) there was another attempt on POTUS, but this time the bad guys were damn near successful and Trump barely escaped. He didn't say what the method of attempt was though.

But when I re-evaluated, I realized I’m just upset because the plan I thought would be spectacular didn’t happen the way I thought it should.
Either, a lot of people including Trump and Pompeo went to a lot of trouble and effort to betray us and their country or we are right on track with the plan.
What would be in it for them to start this, have people wake up, unify, and pray unceasingly? The pay off of making us disheartened for a short time and their seeming desire to gloat for pulling one over on us is just not enough payoff for the work put in.
We are not a people that anyone can take our faith and hope away from because we know our hope is in the one true God and His Son Jesus, not ever in any human. And His plan will be realized and He will get the glory. I don’t know what that plan is or if He is planning to save America from ourselves, but I don’t have to know.
Another thought: What would be different if there never was a Q? Maybe we would have been later to realizing what was happening, maybe less unified, maybe less likely to share the gospel, and I’m sure many other positive things if I really thought about it. I don’t think we would have been able to do more to stop these events from happening. In fact, I think we were more mobilized and activated to peacefully fight what we knew was wrong because of Q. So the premise that we lost precious time sitting back waiting for a savior is false and those that lob that argument are just looking for a scapegoat.
I think I'm exactly where you were and are. I'm not a Q follower, but started doing some research and looking into his EO's / nominations and find it hard to think he didn't know this fraud was coming and didn't prepare for it.

I think China may have threatened to nuke us with whatever the Marines are looking for in the hundreds of container ships being searched off the west coast. Anything that would stop a Xiden presidency would have made China look pretty bad.

I thought the same thing. He seemed to quit really fighting. It would explain the military build-up, the lack of total declass and even him leaving without appointing special prosecutors.
Trump is a fighter and he is very smart. He could recognize a no-win situation and would take the option that causes the least damage.
