Yeah, it can't be changed by a simple majority in the senate (and dems are having trouble reaching that 50 vote threshold thanks to Manchin and Sinema). You have to alter the constitution to federalize the election.

And I know Boris and Navarro are connected to 4 10 20, but could Bannon be part of the military operation? He was a Lieutenant “at the top of his game in his career” in the Navy, then he just goes to Harvard and Goldman Sachs? Could he have been Direct Commissioned like Lindell as Patel Patriot says in Addendum part 3? Also “When an officer retires, their commission normally remains in force and effect forever. In return for the privilege of being legally entitled to being addressed by their military rank and getting all their retirement benefits, they basically remain an "officer of the United States" until death.”
In a much more minor way, I've been wondering that about Tusli Gabbard since she decided not to seek another term as a Dem in the House. She's the only Dem that didn't vote to impeach & a major who still is active enough in the service that she goes in a few weeks of the year.
Since she active is military & was a Congresswoman, I wonder if Q approached her & asked her not to seek another term so that she can be part of the new admin once Devolution happens. Thinking that, to seem fair to the normies, they have got to have at least a few Democrats in the new post devolution admin.

I think Bannon is totally part of the operation, and he never left. He pretended to have a falling out with Jared Kushner to establish War Room as the premier news source of MAGA. Who else covered the grass roots operation to expose election fraud in so much depth? War Room has been so essential to Trump's cause that it couldn't have been created by chance. Bannon worked with Trump's campaign in 2016 and was White House Chief Strategist and Senior Counselor to the President in the Trump administration from January 2017 to August 2017.
Trump granted a federal pardon to Bannon on January 20, 2021. It is said Bannon still has Trump's personal phone number and they still talk. In public they seem very distant, but it seems more like a show.
Bannon is a strategist and I'm sure there is a strategy to this. Gotta watch closely with White Hats. They tend to pretend to hate each other in public and act like all they do is argue. Trump and Sessions is another example.
The consistent strategy of the White Hats has been to appear weak and divided to the enemy. Q even mentioned in a Q post 2525 "When your enemy feels in control..."
