I'm almost certain it does. Almost everything of this type uses REST APIs. Part of my job is to document APIs by sniffing network traffic and writing my own clients for them. I'd try it at home for Truth but I only have an android phone. If they release it for android before web, I could code a scraper or web client.
It's based off Mastodon. No real security through obscurity, especially after someone blew the whistle that it was based off Mastodon. Source code is available:

The Truth Social (Mastodon) link is the sourcecode (appears on my right, but I'm an old fashioned computer user, fuck cell phones).
Intercepting the requests, figuring out what data is expected to be sent & returned to the best of our ability, and documenting it. So we don't get a complete API, but figure out enough to use the same features as a given app. I can then create my own implementation until they change the API and I need to sniff the traffic again.
Why would Q come back to an app? Why not just go back to the original board that was set up upon his request? Too sketch for me to believe until confirmed.

There are a couple of serious posts in there, like the one from today about the Ukrainian Mig. It was both a wake up call but comforting at the same time.
Q posted stuff that wasn't super serious back in the past, so this seems in line to me.
Agreed 100%, besides they didn't want attention before this. Under the radar, and now nobody can access it. If i remember correctly, apple's banned apps in the past can't be deleted once downloaded unless you let them update your phone.

We were specifically told NO OUTSIDE COMMS. So real Q would have to do something so extraordinary that no doubt remains. The trip code at 8chan would be the best verification.

I think Trump's team is making a fake Q to throw off the Deep State.
Devs and executives of the company could easily set up such an account even if it doesn't have enough required characters for the username. This could very easily be done by devs, and then could give anyone they like access to the account. There doesn't need to be anything special about it. There's no verification at all that it's actually Q and not just a random dev, or even someone specific at the company wanting to continue to push or draw attention to the Q movement.
I just looked through other accounts on TS and there’s even one made in Dec 2021 and January 2022. They made some random groups maybe to practice and get some movement? A cryptocurrency TS account was made in January. So the makers of the app probably made these groups/accounts. Or maybe very early beta not sure. But TSQ on Feb 9 isn’t that rare. There are other accounts made in Feb 9, including one named “Jeff Bezos is a Total Creep.”
Well I for one can't yet access TSQ yet and I'd like to know what that crypto account is :P

I am open to considering every possibility. It could be Q. It could be fake Q. It could be Qs little brother. Or a rogue mod or developer. Or a publicity stunt. We don’t know for sure, and the stakes are high. There is no downside to being cautious and showing the community the value of discernment.

What the deal with the wait list? TBH seems a little sketch. There is no real reason they should be overwhelmed, sign-ups are text only and even millions of people would only result in a few gigs of data at most.
Seems kind of perfect to me if you understand the tech and optics. Not everybody can access, but how many bad actors are going to figure out how to see like I just figured out? We have access, but most of these people like Podesta with passwords of "password" won't get how to even find the site let alone navigate it. It's kind of why 4chan worked how it did in the early days.
