Sticky for some positive news!! Cookies back on the menu Anons!! Kek Kek!
I wouldn't eat any of those snacks from big brands. They are loaded with toxins. Use Yuca app to evaluate any of these. Those toxins have long term side effects.
I've learned in the recent years, the more ads they pump into TV, more toxic they are for our health. I have tested some of them on my body and listened to the body itself. My one and only true doctor. If the body rejects, I throw out the entire pack of snacks (well... may be not immediately as I wouldn't want to burn my spending so fast, but keep them for a while until they become stale and then throw them out).
They try to mask the essence of toxic substance through strong addictive flavors like chocolate, vanilla, etc. Without these flavors one can feel the toxicity of the chemicals much easily. My body signals me through sinus the next day when toxic substances are isolated from snack flavors and can be sensed separately.
I almost took the jab when even Trump endorsed it and to keep my job. Then I asked my body - 'do I need it?' and it said Nah. It costed my job, but since then I've learned to more and more to listen to my trusted doctor - my body.
I was picking up a few things yesterday and read each label...it is distressing how many products now include "Contains bio-engineered food ingredients" on the label.
Sorry about your disease. What disease you may ask? Well I found out the other day that people who read labels and have an "unhealthy fixation on healthy eating" are suffering from Orthorexia. Stop reading labels and caring about what you put in your body and then you'll be cured. Honk honk.
Quick tip on finding Bioengineered foods..
If you see a SMARTLabel QR code that says “Scan Here to see Additional Food Ingredients”, but they don’t say there are Bioengineered Ingredients on the item itself, they’re hiding it on the f’ing website.
Worse, it’ll even be hidden there.
They KNOW we don’t want them and that it’s impacting sales, but KNOWINGLY want to put them there anyway.
These people are EVIL.

Everyone on this page should be arrested.

Also if you didn’t take the VAXXX but are fine with eating bioengineered food, you should pause and think for a minute.
You are what you eat.
Except Oreo panders to troonies.
there's always hydrox, lmfao
Hey now, guess who isn’t going to poison themselves?
… probably.
... much. (don't forget the milk)
Haven't heard that name in years; used to be my favorite. I never cared much for Oreos.
It’s okay Anon, a glass of milk and dunking Oreos is totally fine again. Kek! They can go back in the high school and college vending machines, and Michele Oblama can get F-ed on her whole “food control” programming. .
The Salem Oreo Trials?
😂😂😂😂 UpDoooot!
Can't do that, because Richard Pryor did that, and he caught on fire.
Yeah, Oreo is owned by Nabisco, which also makes Ritz Crackers, which gives us all the middle finger in their faggy Christmas commercials, etc.
And may have a satanic logo.
😂🤣😂
They always were. Glad I don't listen to the experts.
😉
😁😁
But the sugar is still poison.
Real sugar isn’t poison silly. It’s natural.
So is cyanide.
Are you trying to be funny or seriously comparing sugar to cyanide? You know they have NOTHING to do with each other. And there is sugar in near most foods besides meat and water. So not sure where you’d like to go with your thoughts, but I’m moving on.
Well, you stated that sugar is OK because it's natural. u/frogface pointed out that cyanide is natural (but that doesn't make it OK).
Apricot seeds contain traces of cyanide compounds but are good for you in small doses. Apples contain trace amounts of fructose. But I'd draw the line at eating a spoonful of raw sugar (or cyanide). That's just asking for trouble.
🤦🏻♂️
Swallowing a spoonful of sugar cures hiccups...
ha!
refined carbs has always been the problem. Animal fats are good for you, they lied and pump us full of sugars.
Not all sugars are equally bad either, the problem is excess and certain refined sugars are worse than others. Macros need to be balanced and in the end it's calories in vs out, despite the carbphobics claiming that carbs somehow violate thermodynamics. That balance also is highly individualized despite what "only my diet works" fanatics say.
Which refined sugars are worse than others?
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 As many of us here have figured out, doing your own research on health topics is far more effective than listening to doctors.
What are these doctor things you speak of?
I call them white coat wearing Big Pharmacy trained/sponsored parrots....
Like lawyers without the jokes.
Statins break down the myelin lining of your brain and lead to Alzheimer's.
Enter: a pill for that.
No one talked about high cholesterol until they came out with a drug to treat it.
That's how old I am.
Are you old enough for them to have tried the "pre-hypertensive" trick during the clinical trials?
That's because cholesterol numbers are meaningless with regards to heart disease. If we are going to look at labs, triglyceride:HDL ratio is the best predictor.
Otherwise, get a coronary artery calcium scan.
Cholesterol is elevated when the body is trying to address damage somewhere. Trying to force down cholesterol is like shooting the firefighters as they're trying to put out the fire.
Actually read the article and watch the video - the point is not that you should eat oreos to lower your cholesterol. The point they are making is that cholesterol is not "bad" - your body produces it to help metabolize fats and proteins - it does not need as much if your diet is carb heavy. Test subject eats a carb restrictive ketogenic diet and ate 12 oreos a day for two weeks - total cholesterol went from 384 to 111. He went back to his normal diet for 3 months then started statins (no oreos) and his cholesterol went from 421 to 284 after 6 weeks.
The brain needs cholesterol.
Cholesterol it is what the brains crave.
Uh huh.. Please pass the guac.
Oreos are a bioengineered product. Check the label.
Less bio engineered than statins... Remember we are on the junk food pharmaceutical portion of the slope...
Neither is best.
I'm pretty sure peanut butter cups cure cancer
Frozen or warm?
Definitely the kryogenic ones lol. Only psychos eat room temperature peanut butter cups
Been following this because I am low carb with LDL of 450. I am fairly lean. The studies previous show that the leaner you are the higher your cholesterol will be on a low carb diet. To lower it I could just eat some carbs for a few weeks. He did Oreos to get a bigger reaction from other doctors to draw attention to it. I did go off for two weeks and will test tomorrow. Should help school my dr. Who was FREAKING OUT!
One dr. Said that ldl will increase a bit to help with damaged arteries. but not in low Carb eaters because for them ldl is being used to carry fats for fuel instead of helping with the artery issue) Big pharma blames the cholesterol. (Statins). He said it is like blaming firemen everytime you see a fire.
Testosterone is closely tied to cholesterol 🤔
Please tell me that Nabisco hasn’t gone woke.
Have you ever seen a Oreo that is white on the outside?
Lol🐸
Stock up! Word on the street is Pfizer is going to by out Nabisco and quadruple the price.
I’d be curious to see if the kinds of carbs/grains also affect the stats.
As the grains and carbs consumed by 99% of the population. Including the organic and health food nuts. Isn’t really the same as what people were consuming a century ago. GMO, Crossbreeding for hardier plants etc.
Also it’s been observed. That people who have health issues with American Carbs and Grains. Don’t have anywhere near the same problems with grains in Europe. Which is believed to be attributable to stricter enforced standards on food meant for human consumption.
Meanwhile Companies in the U.S are allowed to cut corners and use all sorts of chemicals to drive down their costs and returning fatter and fatter profits.
To truly MAGA, we need to address our toxic food supply. We'll never be great if we keep poisoning ourselves. This obesity crap wasn't rampant in the 60's... 50's.... etc.
Indeed. Granted a substantial portion of the population was comparatively poorer then. Not to mention quite a bit of our current diet wasn’t even on the market. Or if it was. It certainly wasn’t within the financial means of the average American Household.
The amount of physical professions was considerably higher. So more people weren’t able to afford as much the “Junk” that was on the market, and were doing manual labor for 8-10 hours a day or longer probably helped keep people’s waistlines down.
And fatter and fatter customers. Kek!
How long before they are banned because they are black and white, and those two things are racist?
Wife is on Crestor. She doesn't have her eyes completely open but I kept her away from the clot shot.
Good man protect family!
...I bet hydrox are even better...
Nabisco is owned by.....
TMI! TMI! TMI!!!!!! BRAIN CRAMP!!!! GOOD BAD UGLY REEEEEEEEEEREEERRE!!!!
20mg of statins is excessive. 5mg is more than enough as a supplement to lifestyle changes.
Burning out your arteries with a poor diet is why they build up with plaque in the first place.
Also he is a Lean Mass Hyper-responder. What he's doing does not apply to everyone.
Too many people just read titles...
He did show a scale with about five Oreos and a pile of pills... So a nibble of Oreo a day keeps the statins away...
But gluttony brings Kevin Spacey..
that scale has no basis in reality.
Just like CNN, MSDNC, etc, etc...
PSA and Just FYI, the study was done on a particular small group of Lean Mass Hyperresponders on ketogenic diets, who were given exogenous beta hydroxybutyrate to maintain ketosis despite the extra glucose/cookie ingestion. I agree there are questions about statins in general (especially when used in primary prevention). However, there seems to be a reproducible and clear mortality benefit to the use of statins in certain patient populations for secondary prevention.
Anyone that's been involved with medicine should know that cholesterol is vital in making testosterone and other hormones. There is no such thing as bad cholesterol. Without it you are dead, period.
FFS. Did I say cholesterol was bad? No. I said, in certain patients statin therapy reduces your risk of death…significantly. It gets so dang tribal here. Maybe borderline personality disorder is a more accurate description. In real life, many things (especially medicine) are not all bad or all good. We just have to use them properly.
