Meat consumption is how our early ancestors survived and how the human brain grew as a collected species. Obviously the vegans are taking a toll as it appears their brains have started to shrink. There is no way to logically reason with them. They believe kicking a puppy and raping a child is the same as you eating a chicken. But in the end only God will judge.
God told Peter was it? in the Bible in his dream that all food can be eaten made holy by God. Was it Peter or Paul, I forgot.. because before then they were afraid too.
just eat meat without anything else for a week or two and you 'll never fart or snore again. I used to get skin problems and dandruff, oily face, that's all gone too. That should tell us something about how our body works.
Just be really careful. I got gout when I was eating only meat for a long time. Fortunately it is only my big toes and sometimes my knuckles.
Causes:
Gout occurs when urate crystals accumulate in your joint, causing the inflammation and intense pain of a gout attack. Urate crystals can form when you have high levels of uric acid in your blood. Your body produces uric acid when it breaks down purines — substances that are found naturally in your body.
Purines are also found in certain foods, including red meat and organ meats, such as liver. Purine-rich seafood includes anchovies, sardines, mussels, scallops, trout and tuna. Alcoholic beverages, especially beer, and drinks sweetened with fruit sugar (fructose) promote higher levels of uric acid.
Interesting.. normally that happens at the beginning of switching to carnivore, not after a long time. I had a gout attack after about 1.5 weeks of carnivore, but I it wasn't my first. Probably my 6th. Gout is the worst, so good to be free from that problem.
Amino-acid ratio also has a huge impact on how much protein your body actually gets from the food you eat.
Vegans have to juggle several different foods just to get a sub-optimal amino-acid ratio.
We can just eat some meat and we get the perfect ratio.
It's like having just the correct amount of pieces to make an engine, meanwhile the vegans are missing a screw here, a piston there, maybe the flywheel. And they have to make up for that by eating more.
I am not judging anyone. I can make a determination on the idiots that want to ban any meat product and feed us insects and LAB grown fake meat. If someone wants to be a vegan, I don't care jus leave me and my NY Strips out of it! Kek
I doubt that will have much effect on vegans who think they are on the moral high ground.
The only thing I focus on is nutrition.
While plants do have nutrients, they have ZERO NUTRITION for humans.
The dietary nutrition that is necessary for humans to have optimal health is: amino acids (protein), fatty acids (saturated fat), vitamins and minerals. We don't NEED anything else to be healthy.
Plant protein is mostly not bioavailable to humans. This is due to (a) the nutrients are locked up in the fiber, which humans cannot digest and, therefore, cannot absorb and utilize (plus, protein needs saturated fat with it in order to be digested at all), (b) plants also have protease inhibitors which block the absorption of any protein that might actually get digested somehow, and (c) the amino acid profile in plants is wrong, so that even if we could get at the protein, ALL plants lack several amino acids and they are in the wrong proportions to each other. Contrast that with animal foods where the protein is HIGHLY bioavailable (97% for eggs, 95% for beef, vs. 5% for soy), it is easily digested, absorbed, and utilized by the human body, and the amino acid profile is ideal in that they have all the essential amino acids, and in the right proportions to each other.
Plant fats are not fats, for the most part. The couple of exceptions are avocado and coconut. All other plants have oils, not fats. Humans do not need plant oils, and in fact plant oils are very toxic and harmful to humans.
Plants do not have vitamins and minerals in the right amounts for humans, are missing some (A, B12, D, K2) altogether, and again are mostly locked up in the fiber so that our digestive system cannot access them -- until they reach the colon where SOME of them can be digested and absorbed due to the bacteria there.
The reason why other primates (apes, etc.) can and do eat plants (exclusively, usually) is because they have bacteria in their stomachs which can break down the fiber/cellulose.
Humans have ZERO bacteria in our stomachs.
Minerals are also not the right type or bioavailable for similar reasons.
In addition, plants have anti-nutrients, which vegans either don't even know about, or never talk about if they do know. These anti-nutrients block the absorption of minerals either partially or completely, depending on the plant.
Finally, ALL plants you will find in your supermarket have a MINIMUM of 60 known human carcinogens. Most have over 100.
Plants cause cancer in humans by way of toxic chemicals (so-called "phytonutrients," which is just a fancy term for plant chemicals).
Among these toxic chemicals are such things as cyanide. Two chemicals in broccoli will mix together when the plant stalk is bitten by an animal, and they will form cyanide. There are numerous similar examples.
Yum yum!
Anyone (i.e. vegans) who claim they care about the welfare of animals to the point where they don't want people to eat their optimal diet for optimal nutrition -- animal foods, in the form of meat, eggs, and dairy -- is a person who is delusional, uneducated, and hates people.
Very good response and you hit many of the key issues associated with vegan diets.
Over time there are malabsorption issues that can, and often do, take their toll. As a clinician for over 25 years I can honestly say that my vegan patients presented with some specific health challenges that manifested at a much younger age than their meat eating cohort equivalents. This was especially true for raw vegans that engaged in high level athletic activities. The younger they were when they started on their path towards veganism, the younger these problems seem to manifest. Many of them hit the wall between 40 and 50. Some of them appeared no different than a cancer or geriatric patient due to wasting syndrome. I had a 40 year old raw vegan runner that was malnourished and frail. She had the muscle mass and fragile skeletal structure of an 80 year old woman and looked many years older than her chronological age. She refused to believe that she was suffering from her raw vegan diet compounded by intense running because she thought it was healthy. Talk about cognitive dissonance. Her running abruptly stopped when she suffered a bad shatter type of leg fracture that required surgery. This was not uncommon with my vegan patients that were runners.
Wonder why strictly vegan men, especially when consuming raw plants, are often underweight and simpy? Alongside the malnutrition of essential proteins, fats, and minerals, there is the problem of enterolignans - specifically phytoestrogens. Besides all the environmental pseudo estrogen exposure from chemicals, vegan diets drive estrogen receptor activation thereby contributing to hormonal imbalances for not only men, but women as well.
As you already stated, plant based polyphenols lack bioavailability. It is essentially a crap shoot as to how the body utilizes these polyphenolic compounds due to the interplay between gut microbiome and gut metabolites. The gut-brain connections here also cannot be understated - a huge topic in itself. Humans lack the enzymes necessary to break down cellulose and hemicellulose. Cooking plants helps to break down the cellulose to some extent but this process also removes nutrients. So even though some lab has identified a possible beneficial nutrient of a particular plant, in practice how much of that nutrient contained in a plant is actually taken up by the human body? In order to even come close to meet human nutritional needs, a person would have to consume massive amounts of plant material. This may bring onboard some nutrition, but as you already stated, besides the nutrients there is also an increased amount of other lignans or other compounds contained in that plant that may not be beneficial when consumed in larger amounts.
Now, this is not to say that in order to combat certain health challenges like obesity, cancer, diabetes, etc., that a vegan diet cannot be helpful. But, a vegan diet is not healthy over the long term. Humans are not strict herbivores. We eat animals that have already broken down and absorbed vital nutrients that humans then consume in a form that is more nutritionally dense than from the original source plants - providing that the animal sources themselves are clean. Give me a grass fed organic steak any day of the week.
She refused to believe that she was suffering from her raw vegan diet compounded by intense running because she thought it was healthy.
Yeah, that is probably just about the worst possible combination of diet and execise that anyone could do.
Probably a lot of vegans do it, though.
Wonder why strictly vegan men, especially when consuming raw plants, are often underweight and simpy?
Besides the increased estrogen uptake that you mention, I think that a vegan diet, due to its lack of nutrition, causes the body to break down proteins in the body to function properly. Over time, this leads to loss of muscle mass, yet all the carbs also contribute to accumulation of bodyfat. Hence, the "skinny fat" look, and the higher estrogen leads to the effeminate/simpy behavior.
So even though some lab has identified a possible beneficial nutrient of a particular plant, in practice how much of that nutrient contained in a plant is actually taken up by the human body?
That is a key issue that is entirely missed by most people -- especially vegans.
A few years ago, I read a paper from the University of Hawaii (cannot find it online anymore).
They stated that both beef and spinach have iron. However, the iron in spinach is the wrong kind for humans and not easily absorbed. Spinach has non-heme iron, whereas beef has heme iron.
The human body will absorb a certain amount of utilizable iron in 3 ounces of beef (less than 1/4 pound).
To get the same amount of iron from spinach, you would have to eat 10 cups.
That's just one example of how impractical a vegan diet is -- not to mention that the spinach also comes with a heaping helping of harmful anti-nutrients, which would likely prevent much absorption of the iron at all.
Yes, the bioavailability of nutrients when consuming plants, especially minerals, proteins, and fat soluble vitamins, are lacking in comparison to animal products no matter how much they try to say otherwise. The only way a vegan is going to avoid eventually becoming malnourished is by supplementation. The majority do not supplement beyond B12. Just taking some B12 is not going to cut it. Supplementation is a whole other discussion in itself regarding quality and effectiveness - they are not all created equal. Of course there are always outliers that do not seem to have issues, but they are in the minority.
As a clinician I was in a unique position to do comparisons between patient cohorts. Some of my background was in research. What I saw in my practice among my vegan patients caught my attention - especially considering this was a population focused so much on trying to be healthy. The athletically inclined raw vegans were the worst. These vegans In their mid forties often had bodies with little muscle mass and their bones were trashed. The lower extremity shatter types of fractures that required surgical intervention resulted from non traumatic related everyday activities - something I would have expected to see more from a geriatric patient. It appeared to me that this particular vegan cohort had a much higher level of these types of severe fractures versus the rest of my patient base. That was concerning and it got me taking a closer look.
My vegan patients, due to the lack of muscle mass, body fat, and possibly some level of nerve dysfunction, also often had problems retaining body heat and felt cold even in the summer. They didn't seem to think this was a problem because they thought they were healthy. Personally, these vegans at that point appeared to have a lot in common with anyone else suffering from an eating disorder. I once went to meet with the director of a new dietetic program at the local college to discuss the program. It was in the middle of summer and she had a floor heater. The room was like a sauna. She was a hard core vegan and also was a runner. This person was in charge of educating dietetic techs and the like that often end up in nursing homes and hospitals implementing diets and counseling according to FDA recommendations which currently is pushing a heavy plant based diet. I have been around long enough to have seen this shift over the years.
Education in organic and biochem is not lost on me. It always amazes me that this basic foundational science seems to be thrown out the window when moving into the applied science of many medically related fields. I often find myself at odds with others - not only when I was in college, but also professionally throughout the years. Diets are just one area that I do not agree with the mainstream narrative and consensus. Glad to see there are many like minded individuals in the house.
let them eat plants, be vegans and destroy themselves.. the lion diet people will be the only survivals left in the end. I'm tired of being mocked at everyday for all I believe in. We got the same access to the information out there but some people choose to close their eyes and let their doctors, teachers, govt, pharma decide their fate.
This sounds right out of Saladino's or Baker's book. Saladino who now eats around 300g of carbs from fruit/honey per day. ; )
I think this is an extreme perspective which can certainly be argued.
There is merit to some of it, I'm sure.
Any one of these claims can be argued, and that response can be debated to the end of the earth. Most folks are missing the bigger picture here. Including me.
Ya, I stopped studying this stuff because I could research all day every day and never find the TRUTH. If you're missing a couple of bits of information that could invalidate your entire argument, or the argument against your argument.
I know very healthy carnies and frankly I know very healthy vegans.
I also know people who had horrible things happen to them on a proper carnivore diet. And vegans as well.
The ONE THING I can say for sure is I have never seen ANYONE go backwards after giving up PROCESSED FOODS. Yes, I know our fruits and veggies aren't the same as they were 100 years ago. I know many fruits and veggies were man-made via cross-breeding / selective breeding to create new varieties with desirable traits such as flavor, sweetness, appearance, etc. By processed I mean boxed/packaged foods with 100 ingredients / chemicals.
Packaged foods are the #1 most important things to stop.
I've seen people fail on the keto diet. Eating lots of packaged foods still.
My theory is the REAL benefit of the carnivore diet is that with meat only, well, kinda forces one to give up all those packaged foods! And grains, eliminating grains can also have miraculous effects.
I myself go back and forth between more meat and less meat, frankly I find I do much better with LESS meat. Not NO meat, but less.
The gut biome enterotypes shift and can be different between a person that eats meat versus a person that has a plant based diet. The gut biome has a huge effect on brain and immune function. Beside the gut-brain connection, the brain needs fat to be healthy - especially animal fats that contain cholesterol. Ever wonder why cholesterol lowering drugs and low fat diets seem to be associated with dementia? The problem is not dietary cholesterol intake, it is chronic high amounts of dietary carbs that elevate fasting insulin levels, which in turn drives inflammatory processes. Cholesterol is also a necessary hormonal backbone. Cholesterol is necessary for survival. The medical/pharm/agricultural industrial complex has worked hard to remove animal fats from our diets and replace them with carbs and bad oils. I think herein lies the answer to your inquiry.
this needs to be stickied at GAW as a daily reminder, along w/ other great comments here, so patriots can remain or become healthier and stronger as we fight a war against evil and low frequencies.
Yes, this is a battle over our health initiated by the powers that should not be. I have been in health care long enough to see the changes and the push towards plant based diets. When have they ever been truly concerned about our health? That should tell us something when considering their latest direction to once again change the American diet and claim it is healthier.
A full meat diet is the best way to eliminate certain foods you may have a reaction to. Some people swear by be a vegan---Lionel is one---but if you look at him, he does NOT look healthy and he always seems to have a cold.
All the vegans I know ended up liberal and divorced..now tell me there is no connection there. Your brain is made up mostly of cholestrol (hence, your need for daily intake of eggs, meat, bacon, fish, kerrygold butter) and what is the no.1 cause of demential/alzheimer/depression/mental problem? Sugar... fight me if you disagree. Funny how no doctors ever tell their patients all that.. not even doctors at GAW I bet. don't wanna be out of business and have healthy people huh? How do you sleep at night? If you really care about healing people you'd tell everyone to NEVER EVER cook with seed oil, the no. 1 cause of heart disease.
Why do vegans eat things like imitation bacon? I would think the mere association of bacon would send them thinking about those poor pigs screaming in the slaughterhouses. Obviously deep down they now what real food is but they prefer a synthetic processed copy of that which they claim to hate.
they crave beef, so they make fake meat out of soy/tofu covered in red general tso or bbq sauce for example.. they don't understand their body is crying for all the nutrients you can only get from beef and substituting w/ something fake just for the taste or texture won't help.. very superficial way of thinking, maybe that's why they're vegan in the first place
The schools are now serving ultra pasteurized milk, my wife tells me. It doesn't need to be kept chilled. They heat it up to such a high temperature that all the good stuff is killed. I just read about it a couple days ago. I just noticed it on my creamer. I also noticed it when I was shopping for heavy whipping cream. They only carry ultra pasteurized. Guess I will have to visit the local dairy.
I've tried them all. Currently picking up raw milk from city farmers market. Its hard to go back to pasteurized now. This articl below has good info half way down.
Just an observation. We were at a amusement park and went to our car to pull out our cooler and have lunch. The vegans next to us did the same. Holy smokes did they have to shovel in tons of vegetables. They sat and chewed, and chewed, and chewed the vegetables. They were eating the vegetables like starving people. My kids were staring at them. We finished up and moved on. It was weird watching a starving family try to feed themselves on just vegetables.
These people (militant vegans) are mental infants. They have no concept of reality. They have completely lost touch with nature. They also are responsible for countless animal deaths with all their plant consumption. Remind them about the millions of tiny animals killed during plant harvest. We have to consume each other - that is the curse of this fallen world.
There are stereotypical caricatures on both sides of this debate. Calling vegans stupid is as wrong as a vegan calling you stupid. The real issue here is the desire to impose one's will on another. Those are the people that really bother me.
Vegans are stupid. They claim to care about suffering but that only extends to the literal end of their nose, beyond that, they don't care and don't do anything to change outcomes.
If they really wanted to end suffering, they'd farm animals themselves and raise them without suffering, to ethically turn them into food, then turn that into a local business so they could provide cruelty free meat to more than just themselves.
No.. it's a fucking fashion statement that they pretend is a moral cause.
Those are rationalizations indicating that you don't believe the word "vegan" has any specific meaning.
Putting human induced animal "suffering" aside for a second, animals eat each other, and every time I've witnessed that it's been far more traumatic and brutal than a human preparing an animal for slaughter.
The utter inanity of the "vegan" position is immediately apparent to anyone who's spent even a little time existing outside of a major urban center. Willfully attaching that label to yourself is an act of stupidity itself, so, sweeping or not, they reveal themselves in doing so.
I’ve been doing carnivore almost two months and have found several videos of former vegans saying they have gone carnivore and so many health problems have been cured. A few were vegan influencers and when they told their story they got bad backlash from the vegan community.
their skin color tone will tell you.. they always look green or weird color shade and their lips ain't bright red and their cheeks ain't pink like meat eaters
Boo fucking hoo. If you had any self-esteem, you'd tell those "fuming" carnivores to shove it up their ass, as one should do with any zealot with a useless, non-tangible opinion. Living life triggered by such opinions is what the weak commie left does.
This is from r/vegan by the way. I’m getting downvoted obviously but I could care less about my “karma”. These people are the most ignorant judgemental people I’ve encountered and deserves to be called out for it.
Smart. I take care of so many vegans in anemia clinic that do not eat any B12 source. I don’t disagree with vegan being healthy, but many do not realize the deficiencies with a strict vegan diet.
Hey watch it now. Cats? Don't bring my fur babies into this. LOL
Toxoplasmosis from cat feces can occur if you touch cat feces and eat or put stuff in your mouth without washing your hands first. Simply don't do THAT.
BTW, both butter and steak have a lot of vitamins and minerals in them.
But the spinach has anti-nutrients, which will block the absorption of much of those nutrients.
For example, oysters have the most zinc of any food on the planet.
But if you eat it with black beans, the anti-nutrients in the beans will block about 50% of the zinc absorption.
If you eat the oysters with beans and corn, the anti-nutrient combination in the beans and corn will block 100% of the zinc that you would otherwise get if you just ate the oysters.
These anti-nutrients are a BIG deal. It is probably the main reason why so many people suffer from malnutrition -- but their big, fat guts hide the fact that they are actually malnourished.
As more and more people are deceived by the "plant-based" propaganda, the situation gets worse and worse.
I tried many diets for my health issues, vegan being one of them. Plant protein was not enough for me energy wise. I definitely need meat, chicken, beef or fish. I need to have at least one meal a day. Bugs won’t work for me either. I’ll just throw that up.
Equating woke liberal vegans and Jesus is also a really stupid fucking thing to do. Those people are so f****** lost. They have no idea what Jesus preached what he thought how he lived. These people are lost.
The reason veganism is promoted is another form of promoting sickness and depopulation. Protein is necessary for health. The way fruits and vegetables are produced today, unnecessary chemicals are introduced via fertilizers, insect sprays, etc. Then vegetables are often bagged in plastics. Even with organic, there is a lot of leeway given during production and harvesting. With government corruption, can you really be sure if that which is labeled organic and priced higher, is not just another massive con job?
Next month will be a year since I switched to a predominantly animal based diet, and also limited all my daily eating to a three hour window, mid-day.
I quickly (within four months) lost 50 pounds (240 to 190), seven inches off my waist (38” to 31” and shirts XL to M). I’ve also added muscle.
Literally every aspect of my health has improved dramatically. Previously high blood pressure became normal, horrible acid reflux has 100% disappeared, life-long sinus issues totally disappeared, etc.
I don’t have a guide, really. I started eating at home every day, and I’m a creature of habit, so most days my three-course meal is similar…
Course one is six eggs scrambled with some kind of meat (beef, pork, chicken) and some veg mixed in (broccoli, onion, zucchini, etc). Topped with one avocado.
Course two is greek yogurt with fruit and almonds mixed in.
Course three is a diced up apple with peanuts and some chocolate chips.
About five days per week that’s my exact diet, and a couple days a week it varies depending on if we go out to eat, or cook something special.
All my eating for the day is done mid-day, at one sitting, and that was extremely difficult the first two months, my stomach would be burning hungry (burning fat?) at night. After two months I guess my body adapted, and I’m no longer hungry at night.
Protein for strong muscles and fat for a strong mind. No wonder vegans have neither.

Going on three years without any plants eaten. All plants are poisonous.
Especially night shades
All of them.
Just be really careful. I got gout when I was eating only meat for a long time. Fortunately it is only my big toes and sometimes my knuckles.

You're at a party...
What pisses me off is someone virtue signaling by ordering the vegetarian pizza...
At the end of the party only the vegetarian pizza remains ---- with only one bite taken out of one piece.
I never ----- ever ------ see leftover meatlovers.
I enjoy Hawaiian pizza. Bacon chunks or ham slices, doesn't matter. Spongebob's house is a tasty delicacy pizza topping!
Everyone loves eating. Nobody likes being eaten.
Me girlfriend does 🥸

Thanks again.
Wow, I didn't know most of this info. But I am mostly a meat eater. I do like some garlic bread with my steak !
let them eat plants, be vegans and destroy themselves.. the lion diet people will be the only survivals left in the end. I'm tired of being mocked at everyday for all I believe in. We got the same access to the information out there but some people choose to close their eyes and let their doctors, teachers, govt, pharma decide their fate.
This sounds right out of Saladino's or Baker's book. Saladino who now eats around 300g of carbs from fruit/honey per day. ; ) I think this is an extreme perspective which can certainly be argued.
Every Vegan I know has a problem with thinking. Evidently taking meat out of your diet causes you not to be able to process COMMON SENSE.
I speak as a meat eater---especially beef! Kek
Their body craves REAL food, but they have to create the fake stuff to justify their false beliefs -- and to virtue signal.
Why do vegans eat things like imitation bacon? I would think the mere association of bacon would send them thinking about those poor pigs screaming in the slaughterhouses. Obviously deep down they now what real food is but they prefer a synthetic processed copy of that which they claim to hate.
Yes, but that is because you are normal.
Vegans are mentally ill.
they crave beef, so they make fake meat out of soy/tofu covered in red general tso or bbq sauce for example.. they don't understand their body is crying for all the nutrients you can only get from beef and substituting w/ something fake just for the taste or texture won't help.. very superficial way of thinking, maybe that's why they're vegan in the first place
Mandatory meat and milk at school lunches could be a fun skirmish.
There are some niche grocers that offer low temp pasteurized and/or non homogenized, and they definitely seem to be a higher quality milk.
I've never had the pleasure of visiting the dairy and getting raw.
Texas ----- Jersey cow raw milk ---- $10+/gal.
Best milk you will ever drink.
I've tried them all. Currently picking up raw milk from city farmers market. Its hard to go back to pasteurized now. This articl below has good info half way down.
https://drcate.com/raw-milk-why-mess-with-udder-perfection/
Raw 'A2' milk from guernsey or jersey cows is the way to go.
Growing children 2x the benefit for raw milk.
just remind them hitler was a vegan as well, watch their heads explode.
Go on…. I have a big interest in parasites.
Genesis 9:3 (ASV)
3 Every moving thing that liveth shall be food for you; As the green herb have I given you all.
Those are sweeping statements indicating that you've met and studied every vegan.
My only disagreement with you is over your theory that all vegans are stupid. Some are, for sure, but you can find stupidity in every demographic.
You are, of course, pedantically correct.
I am, more usefully, semantically correct.
Thank you for being gracious.
This is priceless. Peirs Morgan owns vegan on avocados. I didn’t know he has so many anti vegan videos. I’ve never been a fan but I can respect this.
Vegan Avocados
I’ve been doing carnivore almost two months and have found several videos of former vegans saying they have gone carnivore and so many health problems have been cured. A few were vegan influencers and when they told their story they got bad backlash from the vegan community.
How do you know that someone is a vegetarian or vegan?
Wait a few seconds and they'll tell you.
their skin color tone will tell you.. they always look green or weird color shade and their lips ain't bright red and their cheeks ain't pink like meat eaters
No. Just wait a few seconds and some fuming carnivore will start calling him names and mocking him.
I've been a strict lacto ovo vegetarian for over 50 yrs. My body my choice. Your body your choice
My husband does cook his bacon in the outside microwave😯-other than that its Not my business what other people do. I'm a Libertarian.
Smart. I take care of so many vegans in anemia clinic that do not eat any B12 source. I don’t disagree with vegan being healthy, but many do not realize the deficiencies with a strict vegan diet.
Tell them plants have feelings, too. Maybe they'll cut out fruit and veggies from their diets, too.
Hey watch it now. Cats? Don't bring my fur babies into this. LOL Toxoplasmosis from cat feces can occur if you touch cat feces and eat or put stuff in your mouth without washing your hands first. Simply don't do THAT.
I love baby spinach plants steamed and with real butter. So delicious. Best served with a t-bone steak.
Next time, eat the spinach with nothing else.
Tell us how great it tastes without the butter.
But there is good news!
Big Pharma has lots and lots of drugs to sell!
congrats..spinach is no.1 food with oxalates. bet you don't even know what oxalates is until arthritis and joint pains kick in.
Just means more bacon for me. I'm cool with it.
Real bacon though - not that turkey crap.
There are more animals killed planting vegetables than ever could be ranching cattle for beef or chickens for meat.
Vegans are some of the sickliest people you can observe. Yeah, they look great when they are in their 20s. Look at some old vegans. Yeah.
"You believe it's ok to judge anyone who don't [sic] share your beiefs."
Uh-huh. And yet all I've seen in this thread is judging people who don't share your beliefs.
"If you can't accept others and their lifestyles, how do you expect them to accept you?"
Yup. Never let it be said that the Left has a monopoly on self-righteousness.
"Equating woke liberal vegans and Jesus is also a really stupid fucking thing to do. "
Yeah, it is. So is equating all vegans/vegetarians with woke liberal vegans.
Jesus also told Peter to rise, kill, and eat!
I tell vegans they are still killing living things, and how dare they feign moral superiority to prioritize animal life over plant life.
Ask them how many animals get killed by tractors and combines BRUTALLY so they can eat their tofu burgers..
I’ve already said I don’t support trans women.
Well done. I am at 240 now and want to do the same.
What did you use as a guide for your "predominantly animal based diet"?
Ask them their source of B12. Stumps them every time. They want us weak and anemic.
