Why not turn down the volume of war in Ukraine and then ratchet up war drums against Russia with more countries being dragged into that conflict? Trade a small war for a huge war. Lots of guns and tanks would be needed and the deepnstate probably own the manufacturing capabilities and the average tax payers will foot the bill. It's a great plan for the deepnstate to cull people and keep them poor.
