Some would say I am delusional but reading Q and then thinking of scripture in light of it

Here is my rather non-traditional perspective on scripture and Q.

Q writes 'future proves past', and countless times, the actual meaning of the drops only became clear once certain events, aka future events, took place. A lot of what Q embedded in the drops is veiled, like a hidden code, many meanings that only become apparent in hindsight on the basis of the future.

My view on scripture is the same. There are many things embedded in the scripture that past generations have simply taken at a certain face value, or interpreted on the basis of their limited knowledge foundation. And so, a tradition of interpretation evolved, and bore fruits. What fruits? Division, conflict, spiritual diffusion. Is the problem here scripture? Or is it the naturally limited theological constructs that previous generations developed and employed?

In my view, its the latter.

Then why? What is the reason for scripture? God created the universe through 'the Word'. The word, aka the invisible nature of things expressed in 'language', has power to create. The whole purpose of the Word in the old testament era, from Abraham to Malachi (well, actually to John the Baptist) was simply this: to 'recreate' the 'chosen people' aka the target audience for the word, to help them recreate themselves as a righteous people, aligned with God, for one single purpose: to receive God's son when he arrived.

The core thing that all theology since then has gotten correct is that the Son is the key. But a lot of other things have been misunderstood, simply because the people interpreting the Word (the new Testament in the era since Jesus) have had necessarily limited understanding. After all, when Jesus arrived, he clarified and upgraded the understanding of the Word from the Abrahamic era. Upgrade. Because the Word can only be expressed and understood on the basis of the intellectual and spiritual development of the people it is targeted for.

Some folks talk all about 'spreading the Gospel' as if simply telling the world about the Word is all that is required. But what is the purpose of spreading the Word? Why do people need the Word? Not simply for personal, individual salvation. Yes, the Word has the power to recreate, which is essentially what spiritual salvation equates to - we are saved because our spirits are restored back to God's dominion, so that the power of his Word can transform us WHEN we practice it.

But hearing the word and not transforming yourself everyday thereafter means nothing. You may be 'saved', but are you really? It's not the lip service. Jesus made that abundantly clear. It's how you take God's Word and then use that power to transform and recreate yourself in alignment with God's will and heart for you.

But, on a larger level, the Word still has a purpose that pertains to the whole, not simply the individual. In the era before Jesus, the target of the OT Word was the descendants of Abraham. But, after Christ accomplished spiritual salvation, the target of the new Word in the post-advent period became all humanity. Anyone hearing and receiving Jesus and his Word became the new chosen people.

Chosen for what? The word after Jesus has one core purpose: to recreate humanity as a righteous people aligned with God, to be able to receive Christ when he returns.

The Israelites - Abraham's descendants, failed miserably in their mission. They failed to recognize Christ, and failed to unite with him, attend to him, learn from him, and recreate themselves to a fully recreated level, both in spirit and in the flesh. The consequence? Christ had to sacrifice his body through the crucifixion in order to accomplish the offering to win spiritual salvation. For a failed chosen people, and for their heirs - humanity. Because collectively, when Israel failed to receive Christ, humanity failed to receive Christ. So, the price became necessary. Remember, Christ could forgive sin BEFORE the cross. The Cross wasn't necessary for Christ to forgive our sins. It became necessary because the sin of rejecting God's son was unbearable, so he paid the price. With his flesh.

What does all this mean? It means that the full and complete redemption - not only of our spirit but ALSO of our flesh (in as much as it needs to be restored to God's ownership, not Satan's) - had to be postponed until the Second Coming. Because God's son is still the key. Only through God's Son, pure and sinless, can humanity be reborn and redeemed, both in spirit and in flesh.

Which is all to say (in agreement with what you have shared) that believers who simply focus on the spiritual dimension, thinking that the flesh is inherently evil (it isn't) and that only in the next life can we truly receive and understand God, those believers have fallen into a theological perspective that is in stark contradiction to too much of God's word. As you put it, 'biblical nihilism is still nihilism'.

Just as a tool is only as good as the person who uses it, just as a gun is only as effective as the one who wields it, the scripture, the Word, is only as effective as the ones who receive it, digest it, and then release its power. And, the target of God's purpose has ALWAYS been his kingdom, HIS kingdom, on Earth and in Heaven.

Because Adam and Eve fell, through them, the world became Satan's kingdom, because God had entrusted his sovereignty over the earth to Adam. Adam was to be the one who executed God's sovereignty on earth, in unity with his Father, as the external embodiment of his Father's heart and purpose.

This is why in the Old Testament, the purpose explained was clearly to make an earthly kingdom of Abraham's descendants, one that would be a blessing to all the rest of humanity, his People being the instrument through which Christ executed his salvation to all humanity. But, their failure to receive Jesus dictated a secondary, less preferred option. The path of sacrifice and suffering, rather than the path of obedience and offering.

The purpose of the Word in the current era is for humanity to recreate ourselves, to prepare that foundation, so that when Christ returns, he is received, and not rejected. Because without unity with Christ returned, there is no future for humanity, and God's vision for us.

So, learn the Word, practice it, but realize the target: the Foundation on Earth to receive the Second Coming. On this, all our hearts should be focused.

We must learn the lesson of the bad tenants. We are commissioned by Christ to be good stewards, honorable and righteous, over the world and expand Christ's beachhead, here. This physical reality. Which rightfully belongs to God, not his enemy.

No, this "SAVE Act on Steroids" idea won't fly either.

Wayne Root wants Trump to declare a national security emergency over non-citizen voting, then issue a massive executive order forcing voter ID, proof of citizenship, paper ballots, etc., nationwide , claiming Congress and courts couldn't stop it.

Reality check: Presidents can declare emergencies, but it doesn't give them unlimited power to rewrite election laws. The Constitution still puts voter rules primarily with states and Congress, not the White House. Courts have already blocked similar Trump EOs on this exact issue as overreach. Suits would fly immediately, and judges would likely enjoin it fast.

The 1983 precedent Root mentions is real but doesn't create a magic shield for election policy. Emergencies get challenged all the time on separation of powers grounds. This is classic hopium. It sounds great in a column but runs into the same legal walls as regular executive action. Real fixes still need legislation or state-level work.

And it's a great example of what I was talking about earlier. Take someone who has only a vague grasp of constitutional law, mix in some wishing, and this is what spits out.
